Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED灯管,包括LED灯管电源驱动电路,该LED灯管电源驱动电路包括高频电源驱动模块、低频电源驱动模块以及对两者进行切换的开关电路。本发明利用开关电路切换低频电源驱动模块和高频电源驱动模块,可以让高频电源驱动模块适用于所有的电子镇流器,避免其余电路对驱动电路的干扰。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源驱动电路,尤其涉及一种LED灯管电源驱动电路。
背景技术
日光灯是办公场所、居所最常用的照明工具,传统的日光灯一般采用荧光灯管,因LED节能、环保等优点,随着LED技术的不断成熟,荧光灯管逐渐被LED灯管所替代。由于现有的荧光灯具往往安装有镇流器,其输出电流为交流电,而LED需要直流驱动,因此需要改造现有灯具的线路,才能实现替换。
CN 203596948 U公开了一种兼容电子镇流器的LED驱动电路,包括:降压限流电路,用于对电子镇流器的输出进行降压和限流,输出交流电;高频整流电路,用于将所述的交流电进行整流,以输出第一直流电;滤波电路,用于对所述的第一直流电进行滤波,并向LED输出;高压吸收电路,与降压限流电路的输入端相连,该高压吸收电路包括:整流电路,用于将电子镇流器的输出转化成第二直流电;吸收电路,吸收所述的第二直流电;开关电路,用于控制所述的整流电路和吸收电路之间的通断;延时电路,用于延时控制所述的开关电路。
包含上述驱动电路的LED灯管可以直接替换具有电子镇流器的荧光灯具,但是无法替换安装电感式镇流器或没有安装镇流器的灯具上,有一定的局限性。
CN 101925229 A公开了一种LED灯管的驱动电路装置,它包括有一高频磁芯隔离变压器,并联于隔离变压器输出端的整流桥,并联于整流桥输出端的高频电容;所述整流桥的输出端并联于高频电容和LED灯串的正负极;所述高频磁芯隔离变压器的一个输入端连接日光灯管的两头插针;所述的高频磁芯隔离变压器输入端串联有另一高频电容以及并联于该高频电容的低频整流桥;所述整流桥的输出端和低频整流桥的输出端同时并联于高频电容和LED灯串的正负极;所述高频磁芯隔离变压器的一个输入端和另一高频电容的一个输入端分别连接日光灯管的两头插针;该电路兼容使用于高频电子镇流器或低频电感整流器灯架以及直接安装于市电网络,但是它不能兼容所有型号的镇流器,具有噪声干扰大的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种LED灯管电源驱动电路,以解决现有兼容市电和镇流器的驱动电路不能适用于所有型号的镇流器的问题。
一种LED灯管电源驱动电路,包括高频电源驱动模块、低频电源驱动模块以及对两者进行切换的开关电路。
用LED灯管替换现有的荧光灯管时,有些灯具安装有电子镇流器或电感镇流器,或者安装镇流器之后已经被旁路舍弃,或者已经拆卸完成,为了满足多种情况的需要,本发明的电源驱动电路包含了低频电源驱动模块和高频电源驱动模块,当灯具具有电子镇流器,则连接高频电源驱动模块,如果是安装了电感镇流器,或者镇流器已经被拆卸、旁路舍弃,则连接低频电源驱动模块,切换通过开关电路实现。
所述低频电源驱动模块可采用市售的电源驱动模块,如NXP的SSL2109。
所述高频电源驱动模块可采用CN 203596948U公开的LED驱动电路。
开关电路可采用普通的开关器件。
本发明还提供了一种LED灯管,所述LED灯管包含所述LED灯管电源驱动电路。
所述LED灯管可以为2D灯管、直灯管、环形灯管、PLL灯管或U型灯管。
进一步优选的,所述LED灯管为直灯管,所述高频电源驱动模块和低频电源驱动模块分别设于灯管的两端。
所述LED灯管为T8灯管。
所述低频电源驱动模块的两个输入接口与灯管第一端的两个灯脚一一配对连接,所述高频电源驱动模块一个输入接口连接灯管第二端的两个灯脚,另一个输入接口通过开关电路连接灯管第一端的两个灯脚。
所述开关电路包括开关K1和开关K2,开关K1和开关K2一端分别连接灯管第一端的两个灯脚,另一端连接高频电源驱动模块的一个输入接口。
所述开关K1和开关K2组合形成拨动开关。
所述拨动开关安装在灯管的灯头内,灯管的灯头侧壁具有供拨动开关的拨头露出的开口。
所述灯头外设有套环,套环内侧设有与所述拨头相配合的拨槽,有利于美观和操作。
本发明利用开关电路切换低频电源驱动模块和高频电源驱动模块,可以让高频电源驱动模块适用于所有的电子镇流器,避免其余电路对驱动电路的干扰。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种LED驱动电路,包括高频电源驱动模块、低频电源驱动模块以及对他们进行切换的开关电路,高频电源驱动模块可以采用如CN 203596948U公开的结构,低频电源驱动模块可以采用市售产品,如NXP的SSL2109,开关电路可以由普通开关元器件组成,在灯管连接市电或电感镇流器等低频电源时,则使用低频电源驱动模块,如果连接电子镇流器等高频电源时,则使用高频电源驱动模块,主要通过开关电路切换让驱动模块连接相应的电源。
如图3所示,一种包含所述LED驱动电路的LED灯管,包括PC管10、玻璃管11,、管内的灯条1以及管两端的灯头,6、7,包括PC管10内有卡槽,LED灯条1通过卡槽安装在PC管内。
两端的灯头内分别设有低频电源驱动模块2和高频电源驱动模块3,其中右端的两个灯脚,4分别连接低频电源驱动模块2的两个输入接口,灯管左端的两个灯脚5短路后连接高频电源驱动模块3的一个输入接口,连接低频电源驱动模块2的两个灯脚通过开关电路连接高频驱动模块的另一个输入接口。
如图2所示,开关电路包括开关K1和开关K2,开关K1和开关K2一端分别连接灯管右端的两个灯脚4,另一端连接高频电源驱动模块的的一个输入端。
如图3所述,开关K1和开关K2组合构成拨动开关8,拨动开关内置在灯管左端的灯头内,灯头侧壁有开口,拨动开关的拨头露出开口,供使用者操作,缝隙处安装有开关面板9。
当原有荧光灯具具有电子镇流器,则让高频电源驱动模块工作,如果原有荧光灯具具有电感镇流器、或者镇流器已经拆除、损坏或旁路,则通过拨动开关切换到使用低频电源驱动模块。虽然这种方式需要人为判断灯具情况,但简化了电路,而且避免其余电路对驱动电路的干扰,保证高频驱动电路可以适用于所有型号的电子镇流器。
图4、图5和图6是分别采用铝塑灯头、FA8灯头和R17D的LED灯管,左端的灯头处有套环12,套环内侧设有与拨动开关8配合的拨槽13,可以达到隐藏拨动开关的目的,而且也方便操作。另外为避免打滑,套环外侧设有防滑凸条。
如图7~10所示,分别为2D灯管、环形灯管、PLL灯管和U型灯管,其结构与现有结构基本类似,区别在于安装了低频电源驱动模块、高频电源驱动模块以及拨动开关,由于它们同样具有四根灯脚,因此它们的连接方式可以与附图2一致,区别在于驱动模块的位置做出相应改变。

Claims (1)

1.一种LED灯管,包含电源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述电源驱动电路包括高频电源驱动模块、低频电源驱动模块以及对两者进行切换的开关电路;
所述LED灯管为直灯管,所述高频电源驱动模块和低频电源驱动模块分别设于灯管的两端,所述低频电源驱动模块的两个输入接口与灯管第一端的两个灯脚一一配对连接,所述高频电源驱动模块一个输入接口连接灯管第二端的两个灯脚,另一个输入接口通过开关电路连接灯管第一端的两个灯脚;
所述开关电路包括开关K1和开关K2,开关K1和开关K2一端分别连接灯管第一端的两个灯脚,另一端连接高频电源驱动模块的一个输入接口;
所述开关K1和开关K2组合形成拨动开关;
所述拨动开关安装在灯管的灯头内,灯管的灯头侧壁具有供拨动开关的拨头露出的开口;
所述灯头外设有套环,套环内侧设有与所述拨头相配合的拨槽。
