Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the advantages of the technical solutions of the present invention clearer, the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for monitoring service performance, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. the reverse proxy server receives a user service request.
The user service request carries service identification information, and the service identification information can be specifically a service id; the user service request may be a user http (hypertext Transfer Protocol) request, and the user http request may specifically be a request for a user to acquire each resource in the service, for example, the user requests to acquire a picture resource, a Text resource, and the like in the service. For the embodiment of the invention, because the user service request received by the reverse proxy server is the service request sent by the client when the user actually uses a certain service, compared with the method that before service release, the client simulates user operation to initiate the service request to the service server, the accuracy rate of service performance monitoring can be improved.
102. And the reverse proxy server sends the user service request to a corresponding service server for service processing according to the service identification information.
103. And the reverse proxy server acquires the time information of the service server for processing the service.
The time information for processing the service by the service server may include a time for receiving the service request of the user, a start time for processing the service, and an end time.
104. And the reverse proxy server stores the time information and the service identification information in a database.
Further, the reverse proxy server stores the time information and the service identification information in a database, so that the statistical analysis server can generate performance statistical data corresponding to the service. The performance statistic data may include service response time, service processing time, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
For the embodiment of the present invention, the user service request may also carry URLs (Uniform Resource locators) corresponding to respective resources in the service that need to be obtained, where step 103 may preferably be: and the reverse proxy server acquires the time information of the service server for processing each resource according to the URL corresponding to each resource. Each resource included in the service may be a web resource, and the web resource may specifically be a picture resource, a video resource, a text resource, and the like. For the embodiment of the invention, the condition that each resource contained in the service is processed by the monitoring service processor can be realized by acquiring the time information of each resource contained in the service processed by the service server, the performance statistical data corresponding to the service is generated, and the monitoring precision of the service performance is improved.
In this case, step 104 may include the reverse proxy server storing the service identification information, the time information for the service server to process each resource, and the URL corresponding to each resource in the database, so that the statistical analysis server generates the performance statistical data corresponding to the service according to the time information for the service server to process each resource.
The time information of each resource processed by the service server comprises the time of the service server receiving the user service request, the starting time of each resource respectively acquired by the service server, and the ending time of each resource respectively fed back by the service server.
The method for monitoring the service performance provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps that firstly, a reverse proxy server receives a user service request, the user service request carries service identification information, then, the reverse proxy server sends the user service request to a corresponding service server for service processing according to the service identification information, then, time information for processing the service by the service server is obtained, and finally, the reverse proxy server stores the time information and the service identification information in a database so that a statistical analysis server generates performance statistical data corresponding to the service. Compared with the prior art that the test on each service performance usually simulates user operation at a client to initiate a service request to a service server before service release, so as to monitor the service performance according to the relevant operation of the service server, the embodiment of the invention can monitor the service performance in real time in the actual operation process of the service, thereby improving the monitoring efficiency and accuracy of the service performance and ensuring the stable operation of the service.
An embodiment of the present invention provides another method for monitoring service performance, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
201. and the statistical analysis server acquires time information corresponding to the service from the database according to the service identification information.
The time information is the time information of the service server processing the service, which is acquired by the reverse proxy server, and the time information may include the time when the service server receives the user service request, the start time of processing the service, and the end time of processing the service. The database may store time information and service identification information corresponding to different services within a period of time. For example, the database stores time information and service identification information corresponding to different services within a period of 5 months 10 days to 5 months 20 days.
202. And the statistical analysis server generates performance statistical data corresponding to the service according to the time information corresponding to the service.
The performance statistic data may specifically include a service response time, a service processing time, and the like of the service server for processing the service each time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Further, the statistical analysis server may further perform offline statistics on an average value of service response times, an average value of service processing times, a maximum value of service processing times, a minimum value of service processing times, and the like of the service server processing the service for multiple times within a period of time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It can be seen that, by the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the service performance data of the service server processing the user service request each time can be obtained and counted in real time, and the service performance change condition of any one user service request processed by the service server for many times within a period of time can be obtained and counted offline, so that the monitoring efficiency and accuracy of the service performance can be improved.
Preferably, the database may further store time information of each resource included in each time that the service server processes the service and a URL corresponding to each resource, where step 202 may be to generate performance statistical data corresponding to the service for the statistical analysis server according to the time information of each resource processed by the service server.
The resources included in the service may be web resources, and the performance statistics data corresponding to the service may include response time, processing time, and the like of the service server for processing each resource each time. The time information may include a time when the service server receives a user service request corresponding to the service, a start time when the service server processes each resource, and a time when the service server feeds back each resource.
At this time, the step of generating, by the statistical analysis server, service performance data corresponding to each resource according to the time information of each resource includes:
the statistical analysis server obtains response time corresponding to each resource according to the time when the service server receives the user service request corresponding to the service and the initial time of each resource, obtains processing time corresponding to each resource according to the initial time of each resource and the time for feeding back each resource, and generates performance statistical data corresponding to the service according to the response time and the processing time corresponding to each resource. For example, the time for the service server to receive the request for obtaining the picture resource of a certain service is 15:00, the time for the service server to start obtaining the picture resource is 1 second, the time for the service server to obtain the picture resource for feedback is 4 seconds, the response time for the service server to obtain the picture resource is 1s, and the time for processing the picture resource is 3 seconds.
For the embodiment of the invention, the service performance can be monitored according to the response time and the processing time respectively corresponding to each resource contained in the service by acquiring the time information of each resource contained in the service processed by the service server, and the monitoring precision of the service performance is improved.
203. And the statistical analysis server outputs performance statistical data corresponding to the service.
The statistical analysis server may specifically output the performance statistical data corresponding to the service according to a preset time interval, for example, the performance statistical data corresponding to the service may be output according to time intervals such as every minute and every hour. The output mode may specifically be that the performance statistics data corresponding to the service is sent to the corresponding service maintainer in the form of an email to perform service maintenance and improvement.
In another method for monitoring service performance provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a statistical analysis server first obtains time information corresponding to a service from a database according to service identification information, then generates service performance data corresponding to the service according to the time information corresponding to the service, and finally outputs the performance statistical data corresponding to the service.
