Abstract

本发明公开了一种分体式电源插头,包括外壳体,外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,外壳体内设置有线路板,线路板上设置有与铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,线路板与电线相电连接,外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,铜插脚设置于下壳体上,电线设置于上壳体上,上壳体与下壳体相对转动设置,上壳体上固定设置有转轴,下壳体上设置有与转轴相配合的轴孔,上壳体与下壳体之间设置有限制两者脱离的限位机构,工作中,电源线拉拽的过程中,上壳体相对下壳体转动,用以配合电源线的受力角度,从而防止电源插头被拽出电源座。

本发明涉及一种分体式电源插头。
背景技术
   现有的电源插头其外壳通常为一体式,在其使用过程中,使用人员通常需要对电线进行拉拽,拉拽过程中极容易使得电源插头脱离电源座。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种分体式电源插头,有效防止电源插头脱离电源座。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种分体式电源插头,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,所述铜插脚设置于所述下壳体上,所述电线设置于所述上壳体上,所述上壳体与所述下壳体相对转动设置,所述上壳体上固定设置有转轴,所述下壳体上设置有与所述转轴相配合的轴孔,所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间设置有限制两者脱离的限位机构。
进一步改进的是:所述限位机构包括固定设置于所述转轴的上限位凸起、开设于所述轴孔内的环形限位槽,所述限位凸起与所述转轴相垂直,所述限位凸起设置于所述环形限位槽内。
进一步改进的是:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:工作中,电源线拉拽的过程中,上壳体相对下壳体转动,用以配合电源线的受力角度,从而防止电源插头被拽出电源座。

如图1所示,一种分体式电源插头,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚1以及电线2,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚1相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线2相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体3以及下壳体4,所述铜插脚1设置于所述下壳体4上,所述电线2设置于所述上壳体3上,所述上壳体3与所述下壳体4相对转动设置,所述上壳体3上固定设置有转轴5,所述下壳体4上设置有与所述转轴5相配合的轴孔6,所述上壳体3与所述下壳体4之间设置有限制两者脱离的限位机构。
无图示,所述限位机构包括固定设置于所述转轴5的上限位凸起、开设于所述轴孔6内的环形限位槽,所述限位凸起与所述转轴5相垂直,所述限位凸起设置于所述环形限位槽内。
无图示,所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚1接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。

1.一种分体式电源插头,其特征在于:包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,所述铜插脚设置于所述下壳体上,所述电线设置于所述上壳体上,所述上壳体与所述下壳体相对转动设置,所述上壳体上固定设置有转轴,所述下壳体上设置有与所述转轴相配合的轴孔,所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间设置有限制两者脱离的限位机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的分体式电源插头,其特征在于:所述限位机构包括固定设置于所述转轴的上限位凸起、开设于所述轴孔内的环形限位槽,所述限位凸起与所述转轴相垂直,所述限位凸起设置于所述环形限位槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的分体式电源插头,其特征在于:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
