本发明涉及电气设备领域,尤其是一种防触电插头,包括绝缘壳、插片、弹片、绝缘滑动棒和接线板,所述设置在绝缘壳内部的弹片一端与插片固定连接,另一端与绝缘滑动棒上端固定连接,所述弹片之间彼此绝缘,所述绝缘滑动棒下端垂直穿过绝缘壳下表面并与绝缘壳下表面滑动连接,所述弹片上方设有接线板,所述接线板与绝缘壳固定连接,所述接线板与弹片为开路。本发明提供的一种防触电插头,结构简单,使用方便,安全性高,在以插头作为电源时,能够有效的防止触电事故的发生,大大保证了人员的用电安全。

本发明涉及电气设备领域,尤其是一种防触电插头。
背景技术
插头作为我们日常生活中经常使用的电气设备,其安全性能直接关系到各类人群的人身安全。在日常生活中,我们经常会遇到需要使用插头为插座提供电源,由于插头的插片完全暴露在空气中,其不安全性可想而知,一般情况下,为了人身安全,需要断开总电源,在插头插入插座后再送电,操作麻烦,特别是在工地等复杂的环境中,电工为了赶时间,一般直接接通电源线,手握持着插头,这样非常危险。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决在以插头作为电源,为其他设备提供电能时容易触电问题,本发明提供了一种防触电插头,通过弹片和绝缘滑动棒的巧妙配合,有效的解决了以插头作为电源,为其他设备提供电能时容易触问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供了一种防触电插头,包括绝缘壳、插片、弹片、绝缘滑动棒和接线板,所述设置在绝缘壳内部的弹片一端与插片固定连接,另一端与绝缘滑动棒上端固定连接,所述弹片之间彼此绝缘,所述绝缘滑动棒下端垂直穿过绝缘壳下表面并与绝缘壳下表面滑动连接,所述弹片上方设有接线板,所述接线板与绝缘壳固定连接,所述接线板与弹片为开路。
具体地,所述插片为两个或三个。
进一步的,所述弹片分别与插片和绝缘滑动棒通过螺钉连接,方便拆卸,且固定更牢固。
进一步的,所述绝缘壳上设有LED显示灯,在弹片与接线板接通的时候,LED显示灯亮,起到一个警示作用,也防止人为触动了绝缘滑动棒造成插片带点或者内部机械故障造成插片带电带来的危险。
进一步的,所述绝缘壳下表面形状为圆形、椭圆形或者多边形,可以根据插座的不同制作不同形状。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种防触电插头,结构简单,使用方便,安全性高,在以插头作为电源时,能够有效的防止触电事故的发生,大大保证了人员的用电安全。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1和图2 所示,F的方向为防触电插头的上部,F的反方向为下部,这种防触电插头,包括绝缘壳1、插片2、弹片3、绝缘滑动棒4、接线板5和螺钉6,设置在绝缘壳1内部的弹片3一端与插片2螺钉6连接,另一端与绝缘滑动棒4上端螺钉6连接,固定在绝缘滑动棒4上的弹片3之间彼此绝缘,绝缘滑动棒4下端垂直穿过绝缘壳下表面7并与绝缘壳下表面7滑动连接,弹片3上方设有接线板5,接线板5与弹片3之间设有空隙,彼此之间为开路,接线板5与绝缘壳1固定连接,绝缘壳1上设有LED显示灯。
在使用时,插头的插片2不带电,在插片2插入插座的过程中,插座外壳顶着绝缘滑动棒4滑动,固定在绝缘滑动棒4上的弹片3随着绝缘滑动棒4向上移动,直至与接线板5紧密接触导通,此时LED显示灯亮,弹片储存弹性势能;在不使用时,拔出插头,由于弹片3弹性势能转化为动能,使绝缘滑动棒4恢复到原来的位置,接线板5与弹片3断开。

1.一种防触电插头,其特征在于:包括绝缘壳(1)、插片(2)、弹片(3)、绝缘滑动棒(4)和接线板(5),所述设置在绝缘壳(1)内部的弹片(3)一端与插片(2)固定连接,另一端与绝缘滑动棒(4)上端固定连接,所述弹片(3)之间彼此绝缘,所述绝缘滑动棒(4)下端垂直穿过绝缘壳下表面(7)并与绝缘壳下表面(7)滑动连接,所述弹片(3)上方设有接线板(5),所述接线板(5)与绝缘壳(1)固定连接,所述接线板(5)与弹片(3)为开路。
2.如权利要求1所述的防触电插头,其特征在于:所述插片(2)为两个或三个。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防触电插头,其特征在于:所述弹片(3)分别与插片(2)和绝缘滑动棒(4)通过螺钉(6)连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的防触电插头,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳(1)上设有LED显示灯。
5.如权利要求4所述的防触电插头,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳下表面(7)形状为圆形、椭圆形或者多边形。
