技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池工艺技术领域,主要是通过改变丝印烧结炉网带顶针形状来改善电池片烧结外观。
背景技术
在现在的电池片烧结过程中,采用的网带大多数顶针与电池片接触部分为烘干后的铝背场。当电池片与网带发生相对位移时,电池片铝背场就会出现被顶针划伤的部分,从而造成铝刺、脏污等现象的发生。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本方法通过对烧结炉网带顶针的改造,使电池片烧结时与网带的接触部分从背场部分转移到电池片边缘,解决了因为电池片与网带的相对位移而造成的背场缺陷,从而降低电池片的B片率,提高生产效益,本发明针对尺寸为156*156mm的电池片。
具体实施方式
一、附图说明
1、图1烧结炉网带的顶针。
2、图1中红线为中轴线,中轴线也为网带中心线。
3、图1两侧图形对称,完全一致。
4、左右两侧的标注即为新设计网带顶针的规格参数,单位为mm。
5、图形底部的白色线条所在平面即为烧结炉网带平面。
6、每两组顶针间距为45mm.
二、发明优势
1、该顶针主体设计为斜坡的形式,使电池片与顶针接触时在边缘位置将其架起,使电池片与顶针接触的位置处在电池片的边缘,从而避免了背场与顶针接触并相互摩擦。
2、本发明将电池片的支架处转移到电池片边缘位置,可以在烧结时适当减缓电池片的翘曲度。

1.一种烧结炉网带新型顶针,主要用于尺寸为156*156mm的电池片。其特征在于利用在网带上安装一种支架状的顶针,与电池片接触部分为电池片的边缘。从而避免了电池片背面划伤的情况,降低电池片生产的B品率。
