本发明涉及一种永磁驱动有载调压开关,包括切换开关电路,所述的切换开关电路包括结构相同的单数分接头切换电路和双数分接头切换电路,所述分接头切换电路均由工作触头、过渡触头及两者之间的过渡电阻构成,上述工作触头和过渡触头均对应有一动触头,各个动触头相互并联,每个动触头上均连接一动触头永磁体,动触头永磁体另一端正对动触头驱动机构;所述的动触头驱动机构包括通过移动改变对动触头永磁体的作用力实现动触头与工作触头及过渡触头接触或分离的移动永磁体。本发明结构简单,使用方便,无需快速机构,通过触头直接动作实现切换,运行快速、可靠,故障率低,使用寿命长,具有广泛的使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有载调压开关,具体涉及一种永磁驱动有载调压开关。
背景技术
变压器通过从一个分接头切换到另一个分接头来改变变压器高压侧有效线圈匝数,实现调压目的。有载调压开关依靠切换开关来切换负荷电流,快速机构为切换开关的动力源,目前快速机构主要采用弹簧释能装置,但弹簧可靠性差,一旦主弹簧损坏将造成全部瘫痪,而随着使用时间的延长,弹簧弹性逐渐变差或弹簧断裂,都将造成严重后果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种无需快速机构、动触头直接动作,运行快速、可靠,使用寿命长的永磁驱动有载调压开关。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种永磁驱动有载调压开关,包括切换开关电路,所述的切换开关电路包括结构相同的单数分接头切换电路和双数分接头切换电路,所述分接头切换电路均由工作触头、过渡触头及两者之间的过渡电阻构成,所述的工作触头和过渡触头均正对一动触头,各个动触头相互并联,每个动触头上均连接一动触头永磁体,动触头永磁体另一端正对动触头驱动机构;所述的动触头驱动机构包括通过移动改变对动触头永磁体的作用力实现动触头与工作触头及过渡触头接触或分离的移动永磁体。通过移动移动永磁体改变其对动触头永磁体产生的作用力,从而实现动触头与工作触头和过渡触头的接触和分离。当移动永磁体与动触头永磁体同名磁极端靠近时,移动永磁体对动触头永磁体产生排斥力,动触头与工作触头/过渡触头接触;当移动永磁体与动触头永磁体异名磁极端靠近时,移动永磁体对永磁体产生吸引力,动触头与工作触头/过渡触头分离。
为便于控制动触头发生动作,所述移动永磁体由若干并排间隔设置的永磁体构成且相邻两永磁体同一端磁极相异。
为便于移动永磁体的设计制作同时使动触头永磁体的受力便于调节,动触头连接在动触头永磁体的同名磁极端,动触头永磁体正对动触头驱动机构的磁极端为同名磁极端。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,无需快速机构,通过触头直接动作实现切换,运行快速、可靠,故障率低,使用寿命长,具有广泛的使用价值。

具体实施方式
一种永磁驱动有载调压开关,包括切换开关电路,所述的切换开关电路包括结构相同的单数分接头切换电路和双数分接头切换电路,所述分接头切换电路均由工作触头K1、K2,过渡触头k1、k2及两者之间的过渡电阻R1、R2构成,所述的工作触头K1、K2和过渡触头k1、k2均正对一动触头1,各个动触头1相互并联,动触头1连接在动触头永磁体2的同名磁极端,动触头永磁体2另一端(同名磁极端,本实施例为N极端)正对动触头驱动机构;所述的动触头驱动机构包括通过旋转改变对动触头永磁体2的作用力实现动触头1与工作触头K1、K2及过渡触头k1、k2接触或分离的移动永磁体3。所述移动永磁体3由若干并排间隔设置的永磁体构成且相邻两永磁体同一端磁极相异。
图1至图5所示为从分接头Ⅰ切换到分接头Ⅱ的过程:
如图1所示,使移动永磁体的上端为N极的永磁体对准动触头D1,因此对动触头D1有斥力,使其与工作触头K1接触,而上端为S极的永磁体对准动触头D2、D3、D4,因此,对三个动触头有吸力,使其与相对的过渡触头k1、k2及工作触头K2分离,实现与分接头Ⅰ的连接。然后,将移动永磁体向右侧移动,如图2所示,使其上端为N极的永磁体同时对准动触头D1、D2,将动触头D2也向上推,使其与过渡触头k1接触,而上端为S极的永磁体只对准动触头D3、D4,继续使其与工作触头和过渡触头处于分离状态。之后继续向右移动移动永磁体,如图3所示,使上端为N极的永磁体对准动触头D2、D3,使两者与相对的过渡触头接触,而左侧的上端为S极的永磁体对准动触头D1,在吸力作用下,动触头D1与工作触头K1分离,此时,右侧的上端为S极的永磁体仍然对准动触头D4,使其与工作触头K2分离。最后,继续右移移动永磁体,作用原理同上,直到如图5所示,使得动触头D1、D2、D3与对应的工作触头或过渡触头分离,而动触头D4与工作触头K2接触,完成从分接头Ⅰ到分接头Ⅱ的切换。

1.一种永磁驱动有载调压开关,包括切换开关电路,所述的切换开关电路包括结构相同的单数分接头切换电路和双数分接头切换电路,所述分接头切换电路均由工作触头、过渡触头及两者之间的过渡电阻构成,其特征在于:上述工作触头和过渡触头均对应有一动触头,各个动触头相互并联,每个动触头上均连接一动触头永磁体,动触头永磁体另一端正对动触头驱动机构;动触头连接在动触头永磁体的同名磁极端,动触头永磁体正对动触头驱动机构的磁极端为同名磁极端;所述的动触头驱动机构包括通过移动改变对动触头永磁体的作用力实现动触头与工作触头及过渡触头接触或分离的移动永磁体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的永磁驱动有载调压开关,其特征在于:所述移动永磁体由若干并排间隔设置的永磁体构成且相邻两永磁体同一端磁极相异。
