本发明公开了一种带清理机构的镜面广告机,包括机壳、显示屏以及微控制器,机壳上设置有显示屏开关,所述机壳上方设置两个灯罩,灯罩内安装灯泡,显示屏下方设置红外感应器,显示屏的一侧设置清理机构,清理机构包括微型电机、微型电机输出轴上安装齿盘一、机壳另一端安装轴承、转轴与微型电机输出轴平行,转轴上固定连接有齿盘二、齿盘一和齿盘二通过链条啮合连接,链条与毛刷相卡接;红外感应器和光感应器与微控制器的输入端相接,微控制器的输出端接有显示屏、语音器、灯泡模块和毛刷控制模块,所述毛刷控制模块由定时/计数器、中断控制器和微型电机构成。本发明设计新颖合理,广告效果强,实现方便,使用效果好,便于推广使用。

本发明属于多媒体及人机互动技术领域,尤其涉及一种带清理机构的镜面广告机。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,广告也是满街都能看到,但是醒目且有吸引力的广告却是有限的,而且大多数有吸引力的广告都是通过电视、大的展览板、宣传栏、杂志等进行宣传,其中有形的广告宣传要么容易破损、不可回收、时效性差、而且花费大量的人力分发造成广告成本过高,而通过媒体或电子广告牌等无形的广告宣传则费用昂贵,成本非常高,一般的中小型企业和单位承受不了,尤其是一些实力很弱的新建企业更是力不从心;并且一些广告牌会难以打扫,经常需要人定期清理,这无形中也提高了产品的成本。因此,开发一套可以方便更换使用、使用时间长且易清理的广告宣传装置是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种带清理机构的镜面广告机,其设计新颖合理,在播放广告时,当有人靠近的广告机的时候临时充当一面镜子,更易吸引人们的眼球、激起人们的好奇心,达到极好的广告效果,能够广泛应用于广告公司、商场、饭店等场所,其实现方便,使用效果好,便于推广使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种带清理机构的镜面广告机,其特征在于:包括机壳、设置于机壳正面板的显示屏以及微控制器,所述机壳上设置有显示屏开关,所述机壳上方设置两个斜向下的灯罩,灯罩内安装灯泡,所述显示屏下方设置红外感应器,显示屏的一侧设置有能够定时清理显示屏的清理机构,所述清理机构包括安装在机壳一端的微型电机、所述微型电机输出轴上安装齿盘一、所述机壳另一端安装有能够与转轴转动连接的轴承、所述转轴与微型电机输出轴平行,所述转轴上固定连接有与齿盘一位于同一平面的齿盘二、所述齿盘一和齿盘二通过链条啮合连接,所述链条与毛刷相卡接;所述红外感应器和光感应器与微控制器的输入端相接,所述微控制器的输出端接有显示屏、语音器、灯泡模块和毛刷控制模块,所述毛刷控制模块由定时/计数器、中断控制器和通过齿盘一、齿盘二和链条控制毛刷的微型电机构成。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明包括机壳1、设置于机壳1正面板的显示屏2以及微控制器3,所述机壳1上设置有显示屏开关10,所述机壳1上方设置两个斜向下的灯罩5-1,灯罩5-1内安装灯泡5-2,所述显示屏2下方设置红外感应器4,显示屏2的一侧设置有能够定时清理显示屏2的清理机构,所述清理机构包括安装在机壳1一端的微型电机8-1、所述微型电机8-1输出轴上安装齿盘一8-2、所述机壳1另一端安装有能够与转轴8-4转动连接的轴承8-3、所述转轴8-4与微型电机8-1输出轴平行,所述转轴8-4上固定连接有与齿盘一8-2位于同一平面的齿盘二8-5、所述齿盘一8-2和齿盘二8-5通过链条8-6啮合连接,所述链条8-6与毛刷7相卡接;所述红外感应器4和光感应器11与微控制器3的输入端相接,所述微控制器3的输出端接有显示屏2、语音器9、灯泡模块5和毛刷控制模块6,所述毛刷控制模块6由定时/计数器6-1、中断控制器6-2和通过齿盘一8-2、齿盘二8-5和链条8-6控制毛刷7的微型电机8-1构成。

本发明的工作原理是:广告机播放广告,当红外感应器4感应到有人接近广告机时,红外感应器4传送信号给微控制器3,微控制器3使广告平面缩小到显示屏2的下方,而显示屏2的其余部分就会充当一面镜子,同时微控制器3控制语音器9进行温馨提示或祝福等语音,并且光感应器11将感应到的光强信号转换为电压值传送给微控制器3,微控制器3将收到的电压值与设定值比对,如果光强低于设定值时,则同时显示屏2上方的灯泡5-2开启;人离开后,微控制器3又会使广告恢复到整个显示屏2显示,并且关闭灯泡5-2;微控制器3通过定时/计数器9和中断控制器6-2使毛刷7经过一段特定时间对显示屏2进行清理;如果到该特定时间,微控制器3控制微型电机8-1开始工作,微型电机8-1带动安装在其输出轴上的齿盘一8-2转动,啮合连接齿盘一8-2和齿盘二8-5的链条8-6开始转动,同时卡接在链条8-6上的毛刷7开始工作,达到清理作用,微控制器3控制微型电机8-1正反转,微型电机8-1正转时,毛刷7从显示屏2的一端到另一端,完成一次清理,当微型电机8-2反转时,毛刷7又回到起始端完成第二次清理,即电机正反转工作一次,毛刷7清理显示屏两次。

1.一种带清理机构的镜面广告机,其特征在于:包括机壳(1)和设置于机壳(1)正面板的显示屏(2)以及微控制器(3),所述机壳(1)上设置有显示屏开关(10),所述机壳(1)上方设置两个斜向下的灯罩(5-1),灯罩(5-1)内安装灯泡(5-2),所述显示屏(2)下方设置红外感应器(4),显示屏(2)的一侧设置有能够定时清理显示屏(2)的清理机构,所述清理机构包括安装在机壳(1)一端的微型电机(8-1)、所述微型电机(8-1)输出轴上安装齿盘一(8-2)、所述机壳(1)另一端安装有能够与转轴(8-4)转动连接的轴承(8-3)、所述转轴(8-4)与微型电机(8-1)输出轴平行,所述转轴(8-4)上固定连接有与齿盘一(8-2)位于同一平面的齿盘二(8-5)、所述齿盘一(8-2)和齿盘二(8-5)通过链条(8-6)啮合连接,所述链条(8-6)与毛刷(7)相卡接;所述红外感应器(4)和光感应器(11)与微控制器(3)的输入端相接,所述微控制器(3)的输出端接有显示屏(2)、语音器(9)、灯泡模块(5)和毛刷控制模块(6),所述毛刷控制模块(6)由定时/计数器(6-1)、中断控制器(6-2)和通过齿盘一(8-2)、齿盘二(8-5)和链条(8-6)控制毛刷(7)的微型电机(8-1)构成。
