一种除湿节能工业空调,其在工业空调机的蒸发侧涡流风机进风前端装有湿度传感器,湿度传感器信号线与控制电路连接。湿度传感器和一个温度传感器一起安装在蒸发侧涡流风机进风口侧同时监测电器柜内部进入工业空调空气的温度和湿度,所述传感器线通过工业空调中的蒸发腔体连接至控制电路的传感器插口,蒸发侧涡流风机同时与冷凝侧涡流风机和压缩机连接至控制电路。本发明将工业空调在制冷时具备的除湿功能加以利用,在传统只能控温的同时,通过增加湿度传感器实现控湿的要求,将除湿时产生的冷凝水加以收集。自动化程度高且一机多控,除去单独增加除湿机和PTC电加热的高耗能,节能环保。

一种除湿节能工业空调
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床电器柜用工业空调控制其湿度的装置,属于工业制冷设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的的发展,工厂车间内电器柜使用工业空调越来越多,除了对柜内温度控制以外,对柜内湿度也需要有解决办法。柜内湿度大,会使空气的绝缘性能降低,开关设备中很多地方是靠空气间隙绝缘的。空气中的水分附着在绝缘材料表面,使电气设备的绝缘电阻降低,特别是使用年限较长的设备,由于内部有积尘吸附水分,潮湿程度将更严重,绝缘电阻更低。设备的泄露电流大大增加,甚至造成绝缘击穿,产生事故。传统工业空调只能单一的控制其柜内温度,并且设置下限为20℃,对柜内的湿度无法进行精确控制。而增加带除湿功能的专用除湿机和PTC电加热器虽然会解决柜内湿度,但是单独购买和安装会大大增加运行成本和维护费用,正常使用时耗电量高,对能源利用率低。为了减少对能源的浪费,利用工业空调本身制冷附带除湿的特性和电器柜相对密封的特征,有必要对工业空调控温外的除湿功能进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是一种能够在满足温度要求后继续利用压缩机制冷满足其湿度要求,不需要单独增加除湿机和PTC加热器的节能装置。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种除湿节能工业空调,其在工业空调机的蒸发侧涡流风机进风前端装有湿度传感器,湿度传感器信号线与控制电路连接。
湿度传感器和一个温度传感器一起安装在蒸发侧涡流风机进风口侧同时监测电器柜内部进入工业空调空气的温度和湿度,所述传感器线通过工业空调中的蒸发腔体连接至控制电路的传感器插口,蒸发侧涡流风机同时与冷凝侧涡流风机和压缩机连接至控制电路。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明将工业空调在制冷时具备的除湿功能加以利用,在传统只能控温的同时,通过增加湿度传感器实现控湿的要求,将除湿时产生的冷凝水加以收集。自动化程度高且一机多控,除去单独增加除湿机和PTC电加热的高耗能,节能环保;本发明结构简单、在原有工业空调基础上易于组建、使用寿命长、成本低廉、维护方便、安全可靠,对春、秋季节南方湿度较大的工厂车间内电器柜湿度处理均可推广使用。

具体实施方式
本发明一种除湿节能工业空调,它由壳体、蒸发腔体、挡水板、排水管、水盒、压缩机、翅片式冷凝器、毛细管、翅片式蒸发器、涡流风机、温度传感器、湿度传感器、控制电路组成。图1-3中显示,温度传感器12和湿度传感器13安装在蒸发侧涡流风机4进风口侧,监测电器柜内部进入空调空气的温度和湿度,传感器线通过蒸发腔体2连接至控制电路8的传感器插口。蒸发侧涡流风机4、冷凝侧涡流风机5和压缩机10连接至控制电路。将湿度传感器安装至蒸发侧涡流风机进风前端,信号线与控制电路连接。所述控制电路包括湿度传感器、控制电路组成。所述湿度传感器为电阻式,电源:3.5~5.5V DC,湿度:20~90%RH,温度:-40~80℃,精度:±3%RH、±0.5℃,输出:数字(单总线)。蒸发腔体2内设有朝上弯折的用于阻挡保存冷凝水的挡水板7,蒸发腔体2底部出水孔通过排水管(9)接入水盒11。
本发明工作过程如下:空调除湿工作,温度传感器12监测未达到设定温度,但湿度传感器13监测湿度高于75%RH以上时,由控制电路8控制压缩机10,蒸发侧涡流风机4和冷凝侧涡流风机5继续工作,设定湿度下降至49%RH或者实测温度下限5℃停机。除湿过程中产生的冷凝水由挡水板7阻挡保存在蒸发腔体2内,经排水管9排出,最后收集在水盒11处。

Claims (4)

1.一种除湿节能工业空调,其特征是在工业空调机的蒸发侧涡流风机(4)进风前端装有湿度传感器(13),湿度传感器(13)信号线与控制电路(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿节能工业空调,其特征是湿度传感器(13)和一个温度传感器(12)一起安装在蒸发侧涡流风机(4)进风口侧同时监测电器柜内部进入工业空调空气的温度和湿度,所述传感器线通过工业空调中的蒸发腔体(2)连接至控制电路(8)的传感器插口,蒸发侧涡流风机(4)同时与冷凝侧涡流风机(5)和压缩机(10)连接至控制电路(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除湿节能工业空调,其特征是所述湿度传感器为电阻式,且电源:3.5~5.5V DC,湿度:20~90%RH,温度:-40~80℃,精度:±3%RH、±0.5℃,输出:数字式单总线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的除湿节能工业空调,其特征是蒸发腔体(2)内设有朝上弯折的用于阻挡保存冷凝水的挡水板(7),蒸发腔体(2)底部出水孔通过排水管(9)接入水盒(11)。
