本发明涉及一种直管型LED灯,包括灯管、LED灯带和驱动电源,所述LED灯带是由LED灯珠设置于基板上并经电连接的发光体,所述驱动电源与LED灯带电连接,所述灯管为陶瓷管。本发明结构简单,制作方便,强度高,运输不易碎。

本发明涉及一种LED灯,具体涉及一种直管型LED灯。
背景技术
LED照明市场是LED最重要、最具发展前景的应用。随着LED技术的进一步成熟,21世纪的居室灯具设计将会是以LED照明灯泡设计为主流,同时充分体现节能化、健康化、艺术化和人性化的照明发展趋势,成为居室灯光文化的主导。LED灯采用发光二极管作为光源,光效更高、更为节能、使用寿命更长,而且更为环保。现有直管型LED灯的灯管均采用玻璃管或塑料管,而采用玻璃管时,玻璃管内壁需涂荧光粉,使制作工艺复杂,生产过程有环境污染,且玻璃管易碎;采用塑料管时,塑料管容易老化,且长时间使用后塑料管泛黄、变型。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种直管型LED灯,结构简单,制作方便,强度高,运输不易碎。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种直管型LED灯,包括灯管、LED灯带和驱动电源,所述LED灯带是由LED灯珠设置于基板上并经电连接的发光体,所述驱动电源与LED灯带电连接;其特征在于:所述灯管为陶瓷管。
作为一种优选,所述LED灯带与灯管之间通过粘合层粘合。
本发明的有益效果是:采用陶瓷管作为灯管,内壁无需如玻璃管那样涂荧光粉,制作方便,无环境污染,储运过程中不易碎;且不会如塑料管那样易老化、泛黄、变型。

具体实施方式
如附图1、图2所示,一种直管型LED灯,包括灯头1,灯管2、粘合层3、LED灯带、LED灯珠5和驱动电源,所述灯管2为陶瓷管。LED灯带包括LED灯珠5和基板4,LED灯珠5设置于基板4上并经电连接而构成LED灯带,LED灯带由粘结剂粘结固定于灯管2中,LED灯带与灯管2内壁间即为粘合层3。驱动电源与分体式灯头1电连接,驱动电源与LED灯带之间电连接。

1.一种直管型LED灯,包括灯管(2)、LED灯带和驱动电源,所述LED灯带是由LED灯珠(5)设置于基板(4)上并经电连接的发光体,所述驱动电源与LED灯带电连接,其特征在于:所述灯管(2)为陶瓷管。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种直管型LED灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯带与灯管(2)之间通过粘合层(3)粘合。
