Abstract

本发明涉及照明灯具领域,尤其是一种LED灯板。这种LED灯板包括壳体和LED灯,壳体和安装板之间设有密封圈,安装板上设有LED灯阵列,安装板的内侧设有反光板。所述的密封圈具有防水的作用,更好的保护了LED灯,延长了其使用寿命,安装板上所设的通孔起到了散热作用,减少了LED灯的光哀,所述的反光板扩大了照明范围,同时,安装板的弧面瓦状结构,也使得LED灯的照明范围扩大,且增强了光照的均匀度,LED灯的照明效率大大提高。

本发明涉及照明灯具领域,尤其是一种LED 灯板。 
背景技术
目前,LED 灯广泛应用于室内室外的照明,由于它具有寿命长、效率高、无辐射、抗冲击等优点,深受广大用户的喜爱。现有的LED 灯一般包括壳体和LED 灯,结构简单,但是其结构不利于光的散射,且防湿等效果不好,导致照明范围小,照明效率低下,不能充分发挥LED 灯所具有的优点。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的LED 灯照明效率低下的不足,本发明提供了一种LED 灯板。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED 灯板,包括壳体和LED灯,壳体和安装板之间设有密封圈,安装板上设有LED 灯阵列,安装板的内侧设有反光板。 
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括安装板上设有间距相等的通孔。 
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括安装板呈弧面瓦状。 
本发明的有益效果是,所述的密封圈具有防水的作用,更好的保护了LED 灯,延长了其使用寿命,安装板上所设的通孔起到了散热作用,减少了LED 灯的光衰,所述的反光板扩大了照明范围,同时,安装板的弧面瓦状结构,也使得LED 灯的照明范围扩大,且增强了光照的均匀度, LED 灯的照明效率大大提高。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。 
如图1 是本发明的结构示意图,一种LED 灯板,包括壳体1 和LED 灯5 ,完体1 
和安装板3 之间设有密封圈2 ,安装板3 上设有LED 灯5 阵列,安装板3 的内侧设有反光板4 口安装板3 上设有间距相等的通孔6 ,安装板3 呈弧面瓦状。
在壳休1 和安装板3 之间设密封圈2 ,使得安装板3 的密封性增强,可以防水、防潮,起到了保护LED 灯5 的作用。将安装板3 设计为弧面瓦状结构,使得LED 灯5 散射角度扩大,从而LED 灯5 的照明范围扩大,且增强了光照的均匀度,安装板3 的内侧设有反光板4也扩大了LED 灯5 的照明范围, LED 灯5 的照明效率大大提高。安装板3 上所设的通孔6 ,起到了散热的效果,减少了LED 灯5 的光衰,延长了其使用寿命。将这种LED 灯板运用到生活中的各行各业,具有节电、高效照明的效果。

1.一种LED 灯板,包括壳体(1) 和LED 灯(时,其特征是,壳体(1) 和安装板(3) 之间设有密封圈(2) ,安装板(3) 上设有LED 灯(5) 阵列,安装板(3) 的内侧设有反光板(4) 。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的LED 灯板,其特征是,安装板(3) 上设有间距相等的通孔(6) 。
3.根据权利要求l 所述的LED 灯板,其特征是,安装板(3)呈弧面瓦状。
