一种整体式低温先导阀,包括调压阀,所述调压阀包括圆顶和阀体,所述圆顶上设置出气压力表接口和进气压力表接口,所述出气压力表接口上设置出气接头,所述出气接头与出气导管,所述出气导管与出气口连接;所述进气压力表接口上设置进气接头,所述进气接头与进气导管,所述进气导管与进气口连接;所述圆顶内设置圆顶板;所述阀体内设置隔膜板,所述隔膜板上设置隔膜,所述隔膜板与提升阀芯连接,所述提升阀芯上设置阀体板,所述阀体板上设置扣环;所述提升阀芯上还设置阀座,所述阀座上设置大O型圈;所述提升阀芯上还设置提升阀芯套筒,所述提升阀芯套筒上设置提升阀芯弹簧。

技术领域
本发明涉及先导阀技术领域,具体是涉及一种整体式低温先导阀。
背景技术
先导阀是为控制其他阀或元件的操作而使用的辅助阀,常用于小流量的先导阀控制大流量的主控阀的场合。现有先导阀的一般是通过钢球和锥形阀座来实现先导阀的开启和关闭;现有产品在使用时存在如下缺点:在操作把手进液时,需要使用较大的操作力,这是由于先导阀的进液口与高压液体相通,使得进液球的周围充满着高压液体,当操作把手进液时,不仅需要克服作用在进液球上的弹簧力,还需要克服额外的作用在进液球上的高压液压力,才能将堵住球座口的进液球从球座口处推开。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种整体式低温先导阀。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种整体式低温先导阀,包括调压阀,所述调压阀包括圆顶和阀体,所述圆顶上设置出气压力表接口和进气压力表接口,所述出气压力表接口上设置出气接头,所述出气接头与出气导管,所述出气导管与出气口连接;所述进气压力表接口上设置进气接头,所述进气接头与进气导管,所述进气导管与进气口连接;所述圆顶内设置圆顶板;所述阀体内设置隔膜板,所述隔膜板上设置隔膜,所述隔膜板与提升阀芯连接,所述提升阀芯上设置阀体板,所述阀体板上设置扣环;所述提升阀芯上还设置阀座,所述阀座上设置大O型圈;所述提升阀芯上还设置提升阀芯套筒,所述提升阀芯套筒上设置提升阀芯弹簧;所述阀体上还设置阀体塞,所述阀体塞与提升阀芯套筒连接。
作为优选,所述阀体上还设置进气接口和出气接口。
作为优选,所述提升阀芯套筒上还设置小O型圈、支撑环和阀座密封。
作为优选,所述阀体塞上还设置堵塞O型圈。
作为优选,所述圆顶和阀体用内六角螺钉和垫片连接。
作为优选,所述进气导管上还设置调节阀。
采用上述方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:通过在圆顶和阀体间设置隔膜,使产品没有填料介质,也不会外漏,增加了产品的密封性;通过设置调节阀,使产品实现动态调整,增加产品的控制精度;增大了圆顶的体积,提高了产品的稳定性。

实施例:一种整体式低温先导阀,如图1~3所示,包括调压阀,所述调压阀包括圆顶和阀体,所述圆顶上设置出气压力表接口和进气压力表接口,所述出气压力表接口上设置出气接头,所述出气接头与出气导管,所述出气导管与出气口连接;所述进气压力表接口上设置进气接头,所述进气接头与进气导管,所述进气导管与进气口连接;所述圆顶内设置圆顶板;所述阀体内设置隔膜板,所述隔膜板上设置隔膜,所述隔膜板与提升阀芯连接,所述提升阀芯上设置阀体板,所述阀体板上设置扣环;所述提升阀芯上还设置阀座,所述阀座上设置大O型圈;所述提升阀芯上还设置提升阀芯套筒,所述提升阀芯套筒上设置提升阀芯弹簧;所述阀体上还设置阀体塞,所述阀体塞与提升阀芯套筒连接;所述阀体上还设置进气接口和出气接口;所述提升阀芯套筒上还设置小O型圈、支撑环和阀座密封;所述阀体塞上还设置堵塞O型圈;所述圆顶和阀体用内六角螺钉和垫片连接;所述进气导管上还设置调节阀。
整体式低温先导阀通过在圆顶和阀体间设置隔膜,使产品没有填料介质,也不会外漏,增加了产品的密封性;通过设置调节阀,使产品实现动态调整,增加产品的控制精度;增大了圆顶的体积,提高了产品的稳定性。

1.一种整体式低温先导阀,包括调压阀,其特征在于所述调压阀包括圆顶和阀体,所述圆顶上设置出气压力表接口和进气压力表接口,所述出气压力表接口上设置出气接头,所述出气接头与出气导管,所述出气导管与出气口连接;所述进气压力表接口上设置进气接头,所述进气接头与进气导管,所述进气导管与进气口连接;所述圆顶内设置圆顶板;所述阀体内设置隔膜板,所述隔膜板上设置隔膜,所述隔膜板与提升阀芯连接,所述提升阀芯上设置阀体板,所述阀体板上设置扣环;所述提升阀芯上还设置阀座,所述阀座上设置大O型圈;所述提升阀芯上还设置提升阀芯套筒,所述提升阀芯套筒上设置提升阀芯弹簧;所述阀体上还设置阀体塞,所述阀体塞与提升阀芯套筒连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种整体式低温先导阀,其特征在于所述阀体上还设置进气接口和出气接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种整体式低温先导阀,其特征在于所述提升阀芯套筒上还设置小O型圈、支撑环和阀座密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种整体式低温先导阀,其特征在于所述阀体塞上还设置堵塞O型圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种整体式低温先导阀,其特征在于所述圆顶和阀体用内六角螺钉和垫片连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种整体式低温先导阀,其特征在于所述进气导管上还设置调节阀。
