Abstract

一种雨淋报警阀,外形呈仿锤型,为单活塞往复结构,设置了驱动腔、空气腔,采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理,属于消防灭火领域;解决了常规雨淋报警阀误喷放事故,排除了密封圈水源侧积聚的空气;由阀座、上下阀体、衬套、活塞、弹簧、中阀体、芯轴、底板、密封圈、压板、浮球、螺塞组成;中阀体紧固于上阀体与下阀体中,主密封圈由底板、压板夹固,旋紧于芯轴上侧,浮球由螺塞封于底板孔中,弹簧设于中阀体与活塞间,芯轴下端旋紧活塞,安装于中阀体的活塞腔内;喷放时,打开启动阀,将压力源引至驱动腔,开启出水;停止时,关闭启动阀,释放驱动腔压力,关闭密封;本阀在电力、化工、冶金、隧道具有广泛的应用前景。

雨淋报警阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在水喷雾灭火系统中,使水单方向流入系统执行灭火的雨淋报警阀,外形呈仿锤型,为单活塞往复结构,设置了驱动腔、空气腔,采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理,具备实时排除密封圈水源侧积聚的空气,属于消防灭火领域。
背景技术
现行国标GB5135.3-2003雨淋报警阀,控制腔压力降低时阀瓣便开启出水,当水源波动时,雨淋报警阀常被高峰水击冲开,造成误喷放事故。在供水系统检修停水后必须至现场重新操作雨淋报警阀使之建立起来,在冶金、电力、化工、隧道等大型区域,消防水源共用的场所,雨淋报警阀时常误开启出水,造成不应有的经济损失。
当前的雨淋报警阀密封圈水源侧没有自动排气结构,在伺服状态时密封圈水源侧积聚着较多的压缩空气,这部分空气大部分来自于系统冲洗、维保时,向管网的空管路充水过程中,被挤压至各雨淋报警阀密封处的压缩空气,其二是溶解于水中缓慢释放的空气。平时由于这部分气体的存在,造成管网压力往复振荡、水气两相腐蚀,影响阀门、管件的正常使用寿命;这部分空气在启动灭火时起到吹风助燃的反作用。
发明内容
为了解决雨淋报警阀的误喷放事故,实时排除密封圈水源侧的空气;本发明提供一种雨淋报警阀;采用单活塞往复机构,设计了驱动腔、空气腔,采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理;由:阀座1、锁紧栓2、上阀体3、衬套4、活塞5、螺钉6、弹簧7、下阀体8、中阀体9、螺栓10、O型圈11、芯轴12、底板13、密封圈14、压板15、浮球16、螺塞17组成。中阀体由螺栓紧固于上阀体与下阀体中,采用中阀体外圆定位;密封圈由底板、压板夹固,旋紧于芯轴上侧,浮球由螺塞封在底板孔中;弹簧设于中阀体与活塞之间:芯轴下端旋紧活塞,安装于中阀体的活塞腔内;衬套塞于中阀体内,采用锁紧栓紧固;平时弹簧顶推密封圈组件与阀座锥面密封;消防水源通过上、下阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达密封圈组件处密封;密封圈水源侧的空气由螺塞斜孔、底板出气凹环槽、压板数个排气孔排出,当空气排尽水位上升时,托起浮球至锥孔密封;喷放时,打开启动阀,将压力源引至驱动腔增压,密封圈组件开启出水;停止时,关闭启动阀,释放驱动腔内的压力,密封圈组件在水流冲力与弹簧推力的共同作用下,关闭密封。
本发明是这样实现的:由阀座、锁紧栓、上阀体、衬套、活塞、螺钉、弹簧、下阀体、中阀体、螺栓、O型圈、芯轴、底板、密封圈、压板、浮球、螺塞组成。中阀体由螺栓紧固于上阀体与下阀体中,采用中阀体外圆定位;密封圈由底板、压板夹固,旋紧于芯轴上侧,浮球由螺塞封在底板孔中;弹簧设于中阀体与活塞之间;芯轴下端旋紧活塞,安装于中阀体的活塞腔内;衬套塞于中阀体内,采用锁紧栓紧固;平时弹簧顶推密封圈组件与阀座锥面密封;消防水源通过上、下阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达密封圈组件处密封;密封圈水源侧的空气由螺塞斜孔、底板出气凹环槽、压板数个排气孔排出,当空气排尽水位上升时,托起浮球至锥孔密封;喷放时,打开启动阀,将压力源通过加压驱动孔引至驱动腔增压,密封圈组件在活塞向下作用力下,开启出水;停止时,关闭启动阀,释放驱动腔内的压力,密封圈组件在水流冲力与弹簧推力的共同作用下,关闭密封。
本发明的有益效果是:在断水、供水管网为空管或水源压力剧烈波动下保持密封,防止误开启喷放,实时排除了雨淋报警阀密封圈水源侧积聚的空气;减少了管网压力振荡、水气两相腐蚀,满足了在石化、冶金、电力、隧道等长距离、大防护区、消防水源共用场所的应用要求。

本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
通过采用单活塞往复结构,在雨淋报警阀中设计驱动腔、空气腔,采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理;平时弹簧顶推密封圈组件顺水流方向移动与阀座密封锥面接触、密封;消防水源通过上、下阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达密封圈组件处实现密封;在底板中设置浮球机构,实时排除密封圈水源侧的空气,达到了雨淋报警阀在水源压力波动时的持久密闭性能。
具体实施方式
中阀体由螺栓紧固于上阀体与下阀体中,采用中阀体外圆定位、由中阀体上下端面的O型圈密封;阀座嵌于中阀体内,由O型圈密封,采用数个锁紧栓紧固;密封圈由底板、压板夹固,旋紧于芯轴上侧,浮球由螺塞封在底板孔中。螺塞采用凸头螺钉结构,设计有45°排气孔道,分别通向螺塞轴肩平面与尾部平面外缘;尾部正中加工了一字型凹槽;45°排气斜孔道避免了高速气流对浮球的直接冲击,确保排气的通畅性。底板中心设计有O型圈密封槽,台阶孔;上平面车制了出气凹环槽、内凹面、外凹面,设计出气凹环槽,解决了底板排气孔与压板出气孔的对中问题;在出气凹环槽中钻制了排气孔、加工了密封锥面、螺纹孔。压板中心加工了与芯轴配合的螺纹,底面为与底板配合的凸台,与底板出气凹环槽对应的直径上钻了数个排气孔。弹簧设于中阀体与活塞之间,分别由芯轴外径、中阀体沉孔定位;芯轴下端旋紧活塞,安装于中阀体的活塞腔内;芯轴加工了与活塞、压板相配的直螺纹;中阀体加工了活塞腔、衬套装配孔、加压驱动孔、通气复位孔道,螺钉拧于通气复位孔道的竖向孔道的底端螺孔中,用粘结剂密封;衬套塞于中阀体内,由O型圈密封,采用数个锁紧栓紧固,衬套中部设计内凹段以减少与芯轴的摩擦接触面。雨淋报警阀采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理,为单活塞往复结构,设置了驱动腔、空气腔。平时弹簧顶推密封圈组件顺水流方向移动与阀座密封锥面接触、密封;密封圈水源侧的空气由螺塞斜孔、底板出气凹环槽、压板数个排气孔排出,当空气排尽水位上升时,托起浮球至锥孔密封;消防水源通过上、下阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达密封圈组件处密封,水源压力越大,顺水流向的密封力越大,密封愈可靠;开启喷放时,打开启动阀,将压力源通过加压驱动孔引至驱动腔逐步增压,空气腔的空气由通气复位孔道排出;由于活塞面积是密封圈面积的1.4倍,密封圈组件在活塞作用力下往进水侧逆水流移动,克服弹簧力、活塞摩擦力,开启出水;停止喷放时,关闭启动阀,释放驱动腔内的压力,密封圈组件在水流冲力与弹簧推力的共同作用下,克服活塞摩擦力与密封圈组件的重力,逐渐向出水侧顺水流移动,空气腔由通气复位孔道补气,关闭密封。1)材质:上阀体、下阀体采用球墨铸铁,阀座、锁紧栓、衬套、活塞、螺钉、

氯丁橡胶,密封圈内镶钢环丁腈橡胶,浮球采用聚乙烯。
2)公称通径:DN250。
3)额定工作压力:1.6MPa。
4)阀体水压强度:6.4MPa,不渗漏、不变形。
5)安装方式:竖直。
6)水压波动0MPa-2.4MPa保持关闭密封。
7)驱动介质:空气、氮气、清水。

1.一种使水单方向进入系统执行灭火的雨淋报警阀,其特征是单活塞往复结构,外形呈仿锤型,设计了驱动腔与空气腔,采用加压逆水流驱动开启、常压顺水流复位的动作机理;雨淋报警阀由:阀座(1)、锁紧栓(2)、上阀体(3)、衬套(4)、活塞(5)、螺钉(6)、弹簧(7)、下阀体(8)、中阀体(9)、螺栓(10)、O型圈(11)、芯轴(12)、底板(13)、密封圈(14)、压板(15)、浮球(16)、螺塞(17)组成;中阀体由螺栓紧固于上阀体与下阀体中,密封圈由底板、压板夹固,旋紧于芯轴上侧,浮球由螺塞封在底板孔中;弹簧设于中阀体与活塞间;芯轴下端旋紧活塞,衬套塞于中阀体内;平时弹簧顶推密封圈组件与阀座密封;水源通过上、下阀体与中阀体间的环隙,到达密封圈组件处密封;喷放时,打开启动阀,驱动腔增压,开启出水;停止时,关闭启动阀,释放驱动腔内的压力,关闭密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征是底板中心设计有O型圈密封槽,台阶孔;上平面车制了出气凹环槽、内凹面、外凹面;在出气凹环槽中钻制了排气孔、加工了密封锥面、螺纹孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的雨淋报警阀,其特征是螺塞,采用凸头螺钉结构,设计有45°排气孔道,分别通向螺塞轴肩平面与尾部平面外缘;尾部正中加工了一字型凹槽。
