Abstract

一、人工造风应急驱散雾、雾霾的设施设备:进风道、出风筒与车载移动型可燃气体内燃机发电机与风机,组合成雾霾排空设备,进行驱散雾霾。二、人工造风预防与治理雾霆设施,由以下几部分设施设备组成:1、田野成片塑料大棚。2、风道。3、风筒及其它附属设施设备。4、田野成片塑料大棚与风道接通,风道与各个风筒接通,风筒与高空大气接通。风筒下部设有大型引风机,风筒最上部设有大型风力发电机发电。风力发电机发出的电作为下部引风机的电源,供引风机用电。形成人工强制性造风,以预防、治理雾霾。5、人工造风也可以由田野成片塑料大棚、风道、风筒三大部分与其它附属设施设备,能形成自然造风,以预防、治理雾霾。

Description

人工造风应急驱散雾、雾霾预防治理雾、雾霾的设施设备
一、人工造风应急驱散雾、雾霾的设施设备,由以下设施、设备构成: 
1、进风道、出风筒与车载移动型可燃气体内燃机发电机与风机,组合成雾霾排空设备,进行驱散雾霾。 
2、内燃机可燃气体为管道天然气、氢气、氧气、沼气,即液化天然气、氢气、氧气、沼气。 
3、可燃气体内燃机为涡轮增压型、中冷型或特冷型三种形式,将可燃混合气体输入可燃气体内燃机汽缸中进行燃烧做功产生动力,带动第一涡轮机工作,第一涡轮机的出风口与第二涡轮机的进风口连接,用空气做媒介吹动第二涡轮机工作,第二涡轮机带动发电机发电,构成一个既发电又排风的双重功能设备,从而达到驱散雾、雾霾的应急设备。 
二、人工造风预防与治理雾霾设施,其结构如下: 
1、田野成片塑料大棚 
2、风道 
3、风筒及其它附属设施设备组成 
4、田野成片塑料大棚与风道连通,风道与各个风筒连通,风筒与通入大气。风筒下部设有大型引风机,作为强制性引风。风道与风筒各部设有多个风力发电机,所发电力作为引风机的电源,供引风机用电。形成一个既引风又发电的双项工作的设施设备,达到预防与治理雾霾的长效机制。 
5、设置在田野中的成片塑料大棚,与设置在公路上(低速、高速均可)风道相连通,形成田野大棚与封闭式公路相通,封闭式公路与各风筒相连通,并经无害化处理后排入大气,从而达到预防与治理雾霾的目的。 

Claims (2)

1.人工造风应急驱散雾、雾霾的设施设备,由以下设施、设备构成: 
(1)、进风道、出风筒与车载移动型可燃气体内燃机发电机与风机,组合成雾霾排空设备,进行驱散雾霾。 
(2)、内燃机可燃气体为管道天然气、氢气、氧气、沼气,即液化天然气、氢气、氧气、沼气。 
(3)、可燃气体内燃机为涡轮增压型、中冷型或特冷型三种形式,将可燃混合气体输入可燃气体内燃机汽缸中进行燃烧做功产生动力,带动第一涡轮机工作,第一涡轮机的出风口与第二涡轮机的进风口连接,用空气做媒介吹动第二涡轮机工作,第二涡轮机带动发电机发电,构成一个既发电又排风的双重功能设备,从而达到驱散雾、雾霾的应急设备。 
2.人工造风预防与治理雾霾设施,其结构如下: 
(1)、田野成片塑料大棚 
(2)、风道 
(3)、风筒及其它附属设施设备组成 
(4)、田野成片塑料大棚与风道连通,风道与各个风筒连通,风筒与通入大气。风筒下部设有大型引风机,作为强制性引风。风道与风筒各部设有多个风力发电机,所发电力作为引风机的电源,供引风机用电。形成一个既引风又发电的双项工作的设施设备,达到预防与治理雾霾的长效机制。
