一种环保涂料制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将糯米、熟石灰、漆树枝和胡卢子秸杆四种原料在50-60℃烘干20-30分钟后进行粉碎,以60目筛网过筛,过筛后的原料粉末按照下列重量百分比进行混合:糯米40%、熟石灰30%、漆树枝15%、胡卢子秸杆15%;混合后按照1:3-8的重量比加入纯净水搅拌均匀制得环保涂料成品。本发明所提供的一种环保涂料制备方法,其所制备的环保涂料采用天然植物作为原料制成,可避免现有涂料中化学粘合剂对人体健康的潜在危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种环保涂料制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上涂料种类较多,但几乎每种涂料中都有一定比例的化学粘合剂,因此在涂在墙上未干以前都会散发一定的刺激眼睛和呼吸道的气味。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保涂料制备方法,以减少或避免前面所提到的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种环保涂料制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将糯米、熟石灰、漆树枝和胡卢子秸杆四种原料在50-60℃烘干20-30分钟后进行粉碎,以60目筛网过筛,过筛后的原料粉末按照下列重量百分比进行混合:糯米40%、熟石灰30%、漆树枝15%、胡卢子秸杆15%;混合后按照1:3-8的重量比加入纯净水搅拌均匀制得环保涂料成品。
本发明所提供的一种环保涂料制备方法,其所制备的环保涂料采用天然植物作为原料制成,可避免现有涂料中化学粘合剂对人体健康的潜在危害。

本发明提出了一种环保涂料制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将糯米、熟石灰、漆树枝和胡卢子秸杆四种原料在50-60℃烘干20-30分钟后进行粉碎,以60目筛网过筛,过筛后的原料粉末按照下列重量百分比进行混合:糯米40%、熟石灰30%、漆树枝15%、胡卢子秸杆15%;混合后按照1:3-8的重量比加入纯净水搅拌均匀制得环保涂料成品。
在50-60℃的温度烘干20-30分钟可以有利于将糯米、熟石灰、漆树枝、胡卢子秸杆中的多余水分去除,从而便于进行后继的粉碎。
所述环保涂料在进行使用时,在60-80℃温度下搅拌混合8-15分钟,这样可以激发出漆树枝粉末、胡卢子秸杆粉末中的有效物质,之后即可作为使用。
糯米、熟石灰混合物具有很强的粘合性、耐磨性和耐水性,漆树枝分泌物和胡卢子秸杆分泌物具有很强的防腐性和抗氧化性等特性,而且漆树枝和胡卢子秸杆粉末中的纤维也可以增强粘合性。
本发明所提供的一种环保涂料制备方法,其所制备的环保涂料采用天然植物作为原料制成,可避免现有涂料中化学粘合剂对人体健康的潜在危害。
