本发明公开了一种行车钢丝绳防绞装置，它包括电动葫芦（1）和电控箱（6），所述电动葫芦（1）包括电机（11）、钢丝绳滚筒（12）、导向叉（13）、右侧板（14）和左侧板（15），其特征在于：在所述导向叉（13）的右侧装有右挡板（3），在所述导向叉（13）的左侧装有左挡板（4），在所述电动葫芦（1）的右侧板（14）的左侧装有右行程开关（2），在所述电动葫芦（1）的左侧板（15）的右侧装有左行程开关（7），所述电控箱（6）通过导线（5）分别与电机（11）、右行程开关（2）、左行程开关（7）连接。该发明结构简单，可有效防止绞绳，维修量小，安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及起重设备，具体地说是行车钢丝绳防绞装置。
背景技术
现在行车在进行吊运作业时，工人凭目测吊钩的大致落点来定位吊运的起吊点，由于这种定位方式误差较大，常出现较大的斜吊，而过大的斜吊可能会损坏导向叉，导致钢丝绳缠绞而不能吊运，不得不进行维修，且维修工作量大，另外，过多的斜吊还可能损坏钢丝绳，造成安全隐患。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构简单、可有效防止绞绳、维修量小、安全可靠的行车钢丝绳防绞装置。
为达到上述目的，本发明包括电动葫芦和电控箱，所述电动葫芦包括电机、钢丝绳滚筒、导向叉、右侧板和左侧板，在所述导向叉的右侧装有右挡板，在所述导向叉的左侧装有左挡板，在所述电动葫芦的右侧板的左侧装有右行程开关，在所述电动葫芦的左侧板的右侧装有左行程开关，所述电控箱通过导线分别与电机、右行程开关、左行程开关连接。
本发明由于在导向叉的左右二侧分别装有左挡板、右挡板，并且在电动葫芦的左侧板及右侧板上分别装有左行程开关、右行程开关，而右行程开关、左行程开关通过导线与电控箱连接，采用这样的结构后，当钢丝绳滚筒作逆时针转动将吊钩移动至钢丝绳滚筒的左端时，左挡板就会撞击左行程开关，此时，钢丝绳滚筒则不能继续作逆时针转动，但此时，可以通过电控箱控制钢丝绳滚筒作顺时针转动，从而防止钢丝绳发生缠绞；反之，当钢丝绳滚筒作顺时针转动将吊钩移动至钢丝绳滚筒的右端时，右挡板就会撞击右行程开关，此时，钢丝绳滚筒则不能继续作顺时针转动，但此时，可以通过电控箱控制钢丝绳滚筒作逆时针转动，从而防止钢丝绳发生缠绞。本发明结构简单，可有效防止绞绳，维修量小，安全可靠。

参见图1，本发明包括电动葫芦1和电控箱6，所述电动葫芦1包括电机11、钢丝绳滚筒12、导向叉13、右侧板14和左侧板15，在所述导向叉13的右侧装有右挡板3，在所述导向叉13的左侧装有左挡板4，在所述电动葫芦1的右侧板14的左侧装有右行程开关2，在所述电动葫芦1的左侧板15的右侧装有左行程开关7，所述电控箱6通过导线5分别与电机11、右行程开关2、左行程开关7连接。

1.行车钢丝绳防绞装置，包括电动葫芦（1）和电控箱（6），所述电动葫芦（1）包括电机（11）、钢丝绳滚筒（12）、导向叉（13）、右侧板（14）和左侧板（15），其特征在于：在所述导向叉（13）的右侧装有右挡板（3），在所述导向叉（13）的左侧装有左挡板（4），在所述电动葫芦（1）的右侧板（14）的左侧装有右行程开关（2），在所述电动葫芦（1）的左侧板（15）的右侧装有左行程开关（7），所述电控箱（6）通过导线（5）分别与电机（11）、右行程开关（2）、左行程开关（7）连接。
