Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保塑料瓶,由瓶身和瓶盖组成,其特点在于,所述瓶身上部设置扭力凹槽、中部设置波纹、下部设置回力凹槽,本发明将一次性用了后的饮料瓶通过上下挤压,将其体积降到最小,有效减小空瓶的占空间的大小,同时,挤压后的空瓶有效避免了商家的二次利用,保证饮用人员的安全,通过使用者简单的一个动作,实现环保的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保塑料瓶。
背景技术
塑料瓶是使用聚酯(PET)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)为原料,添加了相应的有机溶剂后,经过高温加热后,通过塑料模具经过吹塑、挤吹、或者注塑成型的塑料容器,主要用于饮料、食品、酱菜、蜂蜜、干果、食用油、农兽药等液体或者固体一次性塑料包装容器。
现在多数塑料瓶采用的是不够环保的材质,只能供一次使用,人们饮用完之后直接将塑料瓶扔进垃圾桶,但这样的空瓶放置在垃圾桶中,就存在占空间大,不利于垃圾桶的有效使用的问题,另外,普通的塑料瓶的材质并不具有重复使用特点,一些不法商贩不顾人们的健康而将其重复利用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保塑料瓶,通过形态上的改变实现环保的功能。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种环保塑料瓶,由瓶身和瓶盖组成,其特点在于,所述瓶身上部设置扭力凹槽、中部设置波纹、下部设置回力凹槽。
作为优选,所述扭力凹槽是供使用者手握住旋转,带动波纹一起向下转动,将波纹挤压收紧。
作为优选,所述波纹可以设置为顺时针或者逆时针,根据使用者的使用习惯而定。
作为优选,所述回力凹槽的用力方向与扭力凹槽相反,带动波纹一起向上转动,辅助将波纹挤压收紧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:将一次性用了后的饮料瓶通过上下挤压,将其体积降到最小,有效减小空瓶的占空间的大小,同时,挤压后的空瓶有效避免了商家的二次利用,保证饮用人员的安全,通过使用者简单的一个动作,实现环保的目的。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种环保塑料瓶,由瓶身(1)和瓶盖(2)组成,其特点在于,所述瓶身(1)上部设置扭力凹槽(3)、中部设置波纹(4)、下部设置回力凹槽(5)。
实施例1:在适用于右手操作的人员的本发明中,饮用完的空瓶,扭力凹槽(3)和波纹(4)转向为顺时针,回力凹槽(5)的转向为逆时针,使用者手握住扭力凹槽(3)旋转,带动波纹一起向下转动,将波纹挤压收紧,回力凹槽(5)的用力方向与扭力凹槽相反,带动波纹一起向上转动,辅助将波纹挤压收紧,将瓶身(1)收紧,再扔进垃圾桶。
实施例2:在适用于左手操作的人员的本发明中,饮用完的空瓶,扭力凹槽(3)和波纹(4)转向为逆时针,回力凹槽(5)的转向为顺时针,使用者手握住扭力凹槽(3)旋转,带动波纹一起向下转动,将波纹挤压收紧,回力凹槽(5)的用力方向与扭力凹槽相反,带动波纹一起向上转动,辅助将波纹挤压收紧,将瓶身(1)收紧,再扔进垃圾桶。
本发明通过对塑料瓶做形态上的改变实现环保的功能,有效减小空瓶的占空间的大小,并避免了商家的非法二次利用。

1.一种环保塑料瓶,由瓶身(1)和瓶盖(2)组成,其特点在于,所述瓶身(1)上部设置扭力凹槽(3)、中部设置波纹(4)、下部设置回力凹槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保塑料瓶,其特点在于,所述扭力凹槽(3)是供使用者手握住旋转,带动波纹(4)一起向下转动,将波纹(4)挤压收紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保塑料瓶,其特点在于,所述波纹(4)设置为顺时针或者逆时针,根据使用者的使用习惯而定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保塑料瓶,其特点在于,所述回力凹槽(5)的用力方向与扭力凹槽(3)相反,带动波纹(4)一起向上转动,辅助将波纹(4)挤压收紧。
