技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种防辐射抗菌复合织物面料。
背景技术
随着电气设备技术的进一步发展，辐射在我们的周围随处可见，如影随形，不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射，对人体的健康有威胁作用，尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩，产生的危害作用更大，此外，长期在辐射环境中工作，会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状。同时在寒冷的冬天，天气尤为干燥，衣物发生静电的现象十分常见，产生静电时会使人产生刺痛感和麻木感，感觉非常不适。而在一些特殊场合如加油站等，电火花可能会引起较大的恶性事故，危险系数很高。另外人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活，不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌，长期累积富集，会对人体的健康产生危害。
另外，传统的制作服装的所采用的织物为不可以两面使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防辐射抗菌复合织物面料，能够屏蔽辐射，降低辐射对人体伤害，且可以有效抑制静电放电现象发生，同时可以提高抗菌效率，减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防辐射抗菌复合织物面料，包括基层，所述基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成，所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜，在所述铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层，所述防静电层由具有导电纤维的穗条构成；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物，机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明的防辐射抗菌的面料的基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成，所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用，抗菌效果较好。所述基层上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有铝合金薄膜，增强了该面料的防辐射能力，防护效果更好。在铝合金薄膜上设置有防静电层，所述防静电层由具有导电纤维的穗条构成，这样在与其它的衣物相接触时，能有效抑制静电现象的产生。
所述织物一面是机织织物，另一面是针织织物，所制成的服装可以两面使用，风格不同，新颖别致。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种防辐射抗菌复合织物面料，包括基层1，所述基层1由经纱11和纬纱12相互连接制成，所述经纱11和纬纱12采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，所述基层1上表面通过胶黏剂粘合有一层铝合金薄膜2，在所述铝合金薄膜2上设置有防静电层3，所述防静电层3由具有导电纤维的穗条构成，所述基层1厚度为0.2mm，所述防静电层厚度为0.1mm，所述铝合金薄膜2厚度为0.1mm。
所述基层由织物制成，所述织物包括有机织织物和针织织物，机织织物和针织织物之间通过粘合剂对合粘合在一起。
