本发明公开了一种智能挡弧光装置,包括圆形导轨、马达、弧光挡板、中央处理器、光纤电弧光传感器和断路器,焊接台设置在圆形导轨的中心位置,所述弧光挡板设置在圆形导轨上,并在马达的带动下在圆形导轨上滑动,所述光纤电弧光传感器设置在焊接台的周围,当光纤电弧光传感器感应到电弧时,光纤电弧光传感器将检测到的信号传输至中央处理器,所述中央处理器控制马达带动弧光挡板将弧光遮挡,同时控制断路器将电源断开。达到了避免弧光损伤产品的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能挡弧光装置。
背景技术
目前,在高压焊接方面,因采用高压为电源,存在弧光问题,而高压弧光对电子产品和金属产品都有较大的损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种智能挡弧光装置,以实现避免弧光损伤产品的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种智能挡弧光装置,包括圆形导轨、马达、弧光挡板、中央处理器、光纤电弧光传感器和断路器,焊接台设置在圆形导轨的中心位置,所述弧光挡板设置在圆形导轨上,并在马达的带动下在圆形导轨上滑动,所述光纤电弧光传感器设置在焊接台的周围,当光纤电弧光传感器感应到电弧时,光纤电弧光传感器将检测到的信号传输至中央处理器,所述中央处理器控制马达带动弧光挡板将弧光遮挡,同时控制断路器将电源断开。
进一步的,所述光纤电弧光传感器和中央处理器间设置滤波电路,所述滤波电路,包括运放器A1和运放器A2,所述运放器A1的同相输入端依次串联电阻R4和电阻R3,电阻R4和电阻R3间的节点为c,且节点c与电容C3串联接地,电容C1和电容C2组成的串联电路并联在电阻R4和电阻R3组成的串联电路的两端,电容C1和电容C2间的节点为b,该b节点和运放器A1的输出端间串联电阻R5,运放器A1的反相输入端和电阻R1串联接地,且运放器A1的反相输入端和运放器A1输出端串联电阻R2,所述运放器A1的输出端与运放器A2的同相输入端连接,所述运放器A2的输出端和运放器A2的反相输入端间串联电容C4,电阻R6和电容C4并联。
本发明的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本发明的技术方案,通过光纤电弧光传感器感应电弧,当感应到电弧时,通过控制弧光挡板和断路器将弧光隔离的同时,自动断开电源。从而达到了避免弧光损伤产品的目的。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种智能挡弧光装置,包括圆形导轨、马达、弧光挡板、中央处理器、光纤电弧光传感器和断路器,焊接台设置在圆形导轨的中心位置,弧光挡板设置在圆形导轨上,并在马达的带动下在圆形导轨上滑动,光纤电弧光传感器设置在焊接台的周围,当光纤电弧光传感器感应到电弧时,光纤电弧光传感器将检测到的信号传输至中央处理器,中央处理器控制马达带动弧光挡板将弧光遮挡,同时控制断路器将电源断开。
其中,光纤电弧光传感器和中央处理器间设置滤波电路,滤波电路如图2所示,包括运放器A1和运放器A2,运放器A1的同相输入端依次串联电阻R4和电阻R3,电阻R4和电阻R3间的节点为c,且节点c与电容C3串联接地,电容C1和电容C2组成的串联电路并联在电阻R4和电阻R3组成的串联电路的两端,电容C1和电容C2间的节点为b,该b节点和运放器A1的输出端间串联电阻R5,运放器A1的反相输入端和电阻R1串联接地,且运放器A1的反相输入端和运放器A1输出端串联电阻R2,运放器A1的输出端与运放器A2的同相输入端连接,运放器A2的输出端和运放器A2的反相输入端间串联电容C4,电阻R6和电容C4并联。
电容C1的容抗为68nF,电容C4的容抗为100nF。

1.一种智能挡弧光装置,包括圆形导轨、马达、弧光挡板、中央处理器、光纤电弧光传感器和断路器,焊接台设置在圆形导轨的中心位置,所述弧光挡板设置在圆形导轨上,并在马达的带动下在圆形导轨上滑动,所述光纤电弧光传感器设置在焊接台的周围,当光纤电弧光传感器感应到电弧时,光纤电弧光传感器将检测到的信号传输至中央处理器,所述中央处理器控制马达带动弧光挡板将弧光遮挡,同时控制断路器将电源断开;其特征在于,所述光纤电弧光传感器和中央处理器间设置滤波电路,所述滤波电路,包括运放器A1和运放器A2,所述运放器A1的同相输入端依次串联电阻R4和电阻R3,电阻R4和电阻R3间的节点为c,且节点c与电容C3串联接地,电容C1和电容C2组成的串联电路并联在电阻R4和电阻R3组成的串联电路的两端,电容C1和电容C2间的节点为b,该b节点和运放器A1的输出端间串联电阻R5,运放器A1的反相输入端和电阻R1串联接地,且运放器A1的反相输入端和运放器A1输出端串联电阻R2,所述运放器A1的输出端与运放器A2的同相输入端连接,所述运放器A2的输出端和运放器A2的反相输入端间串联电容C4,电阻R6和电容C4并联。
