本发明涉及一种防松刀具，包括刀杆和刀片，所述刀杆的一端设有安装刀片的下沉部，下沉部中设有螺纹盲孔，下沉部的侧壁上设有与下沉部的底面平行的限位凸起，所述刀片通过螺栓固定设置下沉部中，与下沉部的侧壁接触的刀片的侧面上设有与限位凸起相契合的限位槽。进一步地，所述限位凸起横跨下沉部的整个侧壁。采用了上述的方案，刀片的限位槽与刀杆的限位凸起相互契合，在刀具发生震动时，通过限位槽和限位凸起进行减震缓冲，降低震动对刀片和刀杆之间连接的影响，从而提高刀片和刀杆之间连接的稳定性，提高刀具的使用寿命。

本发明涉及机械工具技术领域，具体涉及一种防松刀具。
背景技术
刀片通过螺栓连接的方式与刀杆固定连接在一起，在对工件的加工过程中，也即在刀具与工件相互接触的过程中，刀具发生震动，容易使刀片与刀杆之间的连接松动，同时也影响刀片上刀尖的定位精度。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种防松刀具。
实现本发明的技术方案如下：
一种防松刀具，包括刀杆和刀片，所述刀杆的一端设有安装刀片的下沉部，下沉部中设有螺纹盲孔，下沉部的侧壁上设有与下沉部的底面平行的限位凸起，所述刀片通过螺栓固定设置下沉部中，与下沉部的侧壁接触的刀片的侧面上设有与限位凸起相契合的限位槽。
进一步地，所述限位凸起横跨下沉部的整个侧壁。
采用了上述的方案，刀片的限位槽与刀杆的限位凸起相互契合，在刀具发生震动时，通过限位槽和限位凸起进行减震缓冲，降低震动对刀片和刀杆之间连接的影响，从而提高刀片和刀杆之间连接的稳定性，提高刀具的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图1、2，一种防松刀具，包括刀杆1和刀片2，所述刀杆的一端设有安装刀片的下沉部3，下沉部中设有螺纹盲孔4，下沉部的侧壁上设有与下沉部的底面平行的限位凸起5，所述刀片通过螺栓6固定设置下沉部中，与下沉部的侧壁接触的刀片的侧面上设有与限位凸起相契合的限位槽7。
本发明结构简单，安装方便，刀片的限位槽与刀杆的限位凸起相互契合，通过螺栓将刀片与刀杆固定连接。限位槽和限位凸起对刀片进行竖直方向上的定位，螺栓对刀片进行水平和竖直方向上的定位，提高刀片和刀杆之间连接的稳定性。在刀具发生震动时，通过限位槽和限位凸起进行减震缓冲，降低震动对刀片和刀杆之间连接的影响，降低螺栓松动的可能性，从而提高刀片和刀杆之间连接的稳定性，提高刀具的使用寿命。另外，本发明也可提高了刀尖的定位精度。上述所述的水平方向为平行于下沉部的底面所在水平面的方向。
刀具震动时，限位凸起和限位槽受力，为使限位凸起上受力均匀，也即减震均匀，所述限位凸起横跨下沉部的整个侧壁，如此设计可提高刀具的使用寿命。
