本发明公开了一种防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物，用如下重量份草药原料制成水剂：苦参2份、黄柏2份、芙蓉花1份、灯芯草1份、蒲公英1份、野菊花1份、金银花1份、水杨梅2份、鱼腥草1份、丹皮1份、车前草2份和桃树皮0.5份。本发明还提供一种制备方法，包括如下步骤：a.将所述重量份的苦参、黄柏、芙蓉花加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，烧开后煎煮20分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出；b.再将所述重量份的灯芯草、蒲公英、野菊花、金银花、水杨梅、鱼腥草、丹皮、车前草和桃树皮加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，再加入上述步骤所得药水，烧开后煎煮30分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出、冷却即可使用。

防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治石蛙疾病的中药，尤其涉及一种防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物。还涉及一种制备该中药组合物的方法。
背景技术
石蛙是一种营养丰富的蛙，具有很高的经济价值。养殖石蛙是山区尤其是高寒山区的一项重要经济来源。
但是，养殖石蛙是一项非常细致的工作。石蛙从野生到人工养殖，其生活环境发生了改变，防疫成为一个必须面临和解决的大问题。尤其是皮肤病，一旦出现烂皮、烂脚问题，传染快，死亡率高，会造成巨大经济损失。
目前，防治石蛙疾病，主要是采用高锰酸钾消毒。但是，这种方法具有很大的副作用，一是高锰酸钾在治疗皮肤病的同时会对石蛙的皮肤和内脏造成伤害，破坏体质，影响石蛙的品质；二是用量不好把握，用量过多可能造成其他疾病甚至死亡；三是不能预防皮肤病。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高石蛙品质的防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物。还提供一种制备该中药组合物的方法。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物用如下重量份草药原料制成水剂：苦参2份、黄柏2份、芙蓉花1份、灯芯草1份、蒲公英1份、野菊花1份、金银花1份、水杨梅2份、鱼腥草1份、丹皮1份、车前草2份和桃树皮0.5份。
其制备方法可以采用常规的煎煮方法。
本发明提供的制备方法包括如下步骤：
a.将所述重量份的苦参、黄柏、芙蓉花加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，烧开后煎煮20分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出；
b.再将所述重量份的灯芯草、蒲公英、野菊花、金银花、水杨梅、鱼腥草、丹皮、车前草和桃树皮加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，再加入上述步骤所得药水，烧开后煎煮30分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出、冷却即可使用。
用法用量是：治病，每立方米水面用药剂500g；预防减半，每季度使用一次。
本发明的药剂是一种水剂，味苦，有消炎、清热解毒、提高机体免疫力功效，能预防和治疗石蛙烂皮、烂脚等皮肤病，能够提高石蛙的免疫能力和品质。
通过使用试验发现，采用本发明的药剂治疗石蛙的皮肤病，施药第2天即可见效，而且第3天就能100%痊愈；每季度施药一次，完全可以预防石蛙皮肤病。采用本发明的药剂预防和治疗石蛙烂皮、烂脚等皮肤病，避免了现有技术的缺陷，还可以提高石蛙的免疫能力和品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作详细描述：
本发明的防治石蛙皮肤病的中药组合物用如下重量份草药原料制成水剂：苦参2份、黄柏2份、芙蓉花1份、灯芯草1份、蒲公英1份、野菊花1份、金银花1份、水杨梅2份、鱼腥草1份、丹皮1份、车前草2份和桃树皮0.5份。
制备方法包括如下步骤：
a.将所述重量份的苦参、黄柏、芙蓉花加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，烧开后煎煮20分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出；

制备方法包括如下步骤：
a.将所述重量份的苦参、黄柏、芙蓉花加水，加水量以盖住草药原料为宜，烧开后煎煮20分钟，将煎煮好的药水倒出；
