Abstract

本发明公开了一种颈椎前路固定系统,该颈椎前路固定系统包括骨板(21)和螺钉(22),骨板(21)上形成有螺钉孔,螺钉(22)可植入骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中,以将骨板(21)与椎体连接,骨板(21)上的螺钉孔内嵌设有锁紧环(23),螺钉(22)植入骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中后,锁紧环(23)与螺钉(22)的螺帽位置接触并膨胀,以将螺钉(22)锁紧在骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中。本发明的颈椎前路固定系统改进了螺钉的锁定结构,由原来的锁钉锁紧固定改为现在的螺钉自锁结构,减少了螺钉脱落的风险,且在骨板上增加了定位孔,防止骨板植入时偏移。

颈椎前路固定系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种颈椎前路固定系统,尤其涉及一种自锁式颈椎前路固定系统。
背景技术
颈椎前路减压手术已被广泛地应用于颈椎退行病变、颈椎外伤等疾病,而且在椎间盘、椎体次全切除后植骨内固定方面的应用越来越广泛。颈椎前路减压和融合术在治疗颈椎病和颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤等具有明显优越性,其疗效较为理想,这种手术疗法可直接清除来自脊髓椎管前方的致压物,在许多情况下,脊髓和神经所遭受的损伤并非在一个水平上,其范围为两个和多个脊髓节段,治疗上应切除所有致压物,才能达到加压目的。
在颈椎前路单纯植骨融合时,由于植骨界面缺少可靠的稳定措施,容易发生植骨块脱落、植骨不愈合或延迟愈合或假关节形成。资料显示颈前路减压植骨融合的假关节发生率高达26%,而多节段的植骨融合的假关节发生率更高,成为困扰临床医师的难题。颈椎前路钢板的出现,不仅为临床提供了良好的固定手段、为颈椎前路融合提供一个稳定的支持、缩短了植骨块融合时间、提高了融合率,还可以预防迟发性颈椎后凸畸形和保持颈椎高度。
如图1和图2所示,现有技术中的颈椎前路固定系统包括骨板11、螺钉12、锁钉13和锁片14。其中,锁钉13是一种短螺钉,旋紧固定在骨板11上,压紧锁片14,锁片14再压紧固定两个螺钉12,防止脱落。由此,现有技术中两个螺钉只靠一个锁钉固定,但锁钉也有松动脱落的风险,锁钉的压紧固定效果并不理想,在钢板系统实际使用过程中,锁钉有脱落的案例,说明这种锁紧结构并不那么理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、锁紧效果良好的颈椎前路固定系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明的颈椎前路固定系统的具体技术方案如下:
一种颈椎前路固定系统,包括骨板和螺钉,骨板上形成有螺钉孔,螺钉可植入骨板上的螺钉孔中,以将骨板与椎体连接,骨板上的螺钉孔内嵌设有锁紧环,螺钉植入骨板上的螺钉孔中后,锁紧环与螺钉的螺帽位置接触并膨胀,以将螺钉锁紧在骨板上的螺钉孔中。
本发明的颈椎前路固定系统改进了螺钉的锁定结构,由原来的锁钉锁紧固定改为现在的螺钉自锁结构,减少了螺钉脱落的风险,且在骨板上增加了定位孔,防止骨板植入时偏移。

具体实施方式
为了更好的了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明的一种颈椎前路固定系统做进一步详细的描述。
如图3和图4所示,本发明的颈椎前路固定系统包括骨板21、螺钉22和锁紧环23。其中,骨板21可由钛合金材料制成,例如采用与人体内环境相容性较好的Ti6Al4V合金材料,以减少钛板对软组织的刺激。此外,骨板21上形成有多个圆柱形的螺钉孔,以用于植入螺钉22,多个螺钉孔优选设置在骨板21的两端,且相互对称。应注意的是,本实施例中,骨板21优选为弧形,且沿矢状面(a-a截面)的曲率半径为150mm-170mm(优选为160mm),沿横截面(b-b截面)的曲率半径为20mm-40mm(优选为30mm),以与患者的生理解剖形态相匹配。
进一步,锁紧环23嵌设在骨板21上的螺钉孔中,可由医用膨胀材料制成,例如医用膨胀海绵。由此,在骨板21上的螺钉孔中植入螺钉22后,锁紧环23会与螺钉22的螺帽位置接触并膨胀,以将螺钉22锁紧在骨板21上的螺钉孔中,从而实现自锁。
进一步,骨板21上还形成有定位孔24,定位孔24可设置在骨板21端部的螺钉孔之间,优选为对称设置的螺钉孔之间的中间位置,用于将骨板21临时定位,以防止植入偏移。例如,手术时,在确定了骨板21的植入位置后,可先在骨板21上的定位孔24中打入定位针,然后再在骨板21上的螺钉孔中植入螺钉22,手术完成后,可将定位针从骨板21上的定位孔24中拔除。此外,骨板21的中部还可形成有融合窗口25,通过融合窗口25,手术操作者可清晰地直视椎体终板,便于确认植骨块和骨板的位置。

Claims (6)

1.一种颈椎前路固定系统,包括骨板(21)和螺钉(22),骨板(21)上形成有螺钉孔,螺钉(22)可植入骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中,以将骨板(21)与椎体连接,其特征在于,骨板(21)上的螺钉孔内嵌设有锁紧环(23),螺钉(22)植入骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中后,锁紧环(23)与螺钉(22)的螺帽位置接触并膨胀,以将螺钉(22)锁紧在骨板(21)上的螺钉孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路固定系统,其特征在于,骨板(21)上形成有多个螺钉孔,多个螺钉孔设置在骨板(21)的两端,且相互对称。
3.根据权利要求2所述的颈椎前路固定系统,其特征在于,骨板(21)上形成有用于将骨板(21)临时定位的定位孔(24),定位孔(24)设置在骨板(21)端部的螺钉孔之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路固定系统,其特征在于,骨板(21)的中部形成有便于确认植骨块和骨板的位置的融合窗口(25)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路固定系统,其特征在于,骨板(21)为弧形,沿矢状面的曲率半径为150mm-170mm,沿横截面的曲率半径为20mm-40mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路固定系统,其特征在于,骨板(21)由Ti6Al4V合金材料制成,锁紧环(23)由医用膨胀海绵制成。
