Abstract

一种进行人体体表两点间距离测量的专用工具,适用于医护生体格检查训练时或临床体格检查时使用,用于测量脏器上下、左右界或移动度等数据。本发明由吸盘、橡胶吸球、滚轴、软尺组成,吸球与吸盘紧密连接,吸盘口上有两对带滚轴的直立支架,软尺一端固定于滚轴上,使用时拧松滚轴固定帽,按压吸球,吸盘可固定于皮肤表面,开始进行脏器的触诊或叩诊,接触人体体表皮肤的检查手位置不变,另一手拉尺测量,用完后转动滚轴即可收起软尺,方便正确,用双侧的软尺测量肺下界移动度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一端可固定的体表两点间距离测量的人体体表测量尺。适用于医护生体格检查训练时或临床体格检查时使用,用于测量脏器上下、左右界或移动度等数据。
背景技术
目前国内市场上用于人体体表的测量尺需双手操作,测定前需在体表用记号笔确定两个测量点,进行脏器叩诊时,皮肤组织会发生移位,皮肤表面标记点不能正确标识脏器的位置,容易发生测量误差,而且测量后需要进行局部清洗。
发明内容
本发明人体体表测量尺是一种进行人体体表两点间距离测量的专用工具,可以通过吸盘固定于皮肤表面,使用时接触人体体表皮肤的检查手位置不变,另一手拉尺测量,方便正确。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种人体体表测量尺,由吸盘、橡胶吸球、滚轴、软尺组成,其特征在于:吸盘是1个内中空的半球形体,顶部有一个突出的吸盘帽,内中空,帽口圆顿,吸球内中空,吸球有一个突出的吸嘴,吸嘴将吸盘帽紧密包裹住,吸盘口外方内圆,四个角上有四个直立支架,形成2对平行的支架,每个支架中央有一个穿通的小孔,孔内有内螺纹,每对支架间有滚轴穿过两个小孔,滚轴两端有内螺纹,并与两端的固定帽内的外螺纹契合,固定帽外有与支架孔内螺纹契合的外螺纹,固定帽拧紧,滚轴不易滚动,滚轴中央有两圈软尺固定齿,呈球形突起,和软尺固定端的两排平行固定孔相契合,软尺零度端有一个拉头,软尺宽度等于每对支架间距。使用时,吸盘口紧贴皮肤,按压吸球,吸盘即固定于体表皮肤,拉动软尺拉头至检查手按压的体表位置点,滚轴端的刻度就是测量值,进行肺脏下界移动度测量时,通过两侧的软尺,分别进行测量,将测量值和吸盘直径相加得到移动度。

具体实施方式
拧松滚轴两端的固定帽(6),确定脏器检查测量的起始点,将软尺(14)侧的吸盘口(11)紧贴起始点的皮肤,按压吸球(1),吸盘(3)即固定于体表皮肤,开始进行脏器的触诊或叩诊,拉动软尺拉头(16)至检查手按压的体表位置点,滚轴(5)端的刻度就是测量值,用完后转动滚轴(5)即可收起软尺(8),最后拧紧两端的固定帽(6),进行肺脏下界移动度测量时,吸盘(3)固定于肺脏平静呼吸时的下界,并使滚轴(5)与脊柱垂直,用上端的软尺(8)测量肺脏深吸气位的肺上界,用下端的软尺(8)测量肺脏深呼气位的肺下界,2个测量值加上吸盘直径即为移动度。

1.一种人体体表测量尺,由吸盘、橡胶吸球、滚轴、软尺组成,其特征在于:吸盘是1个内中空的半球形体,顶部有一个突出的吸盘帽,内中空,帽口圆顿,吸球内中空,吸球有一个突出的吸嘴,吸嘴将吸盘帽紧密包裹住,吸盘口外方内圆,四个角上有四个直立支架,形成2对平行的支架,每个支架中央有一个穿通的小孔,孔内有内螺纹,每对支架间有滚轴穿过两个小孔,滚轴两端有内螺纹,并与两端的固定帽内的外螺纹契合,固定帽外有与支架孔内螺纹契合的外螺纹,固定帽拧紧,滚轴不易滚动,滚轴中央有两圈软尺固定齿,呈球形突起,和软尺固定端的两排平行固定孔相契合,软尺零度端有一个拉头,软尺宽度等于每对支架间距,使用时,吸盘口紧贴皮肤,按压吸球,吸盘即固定于体表皮肤,拉动软尺拉头至检查手按压的体表位置点,滚轴端的刻度就是测量值,进行肺脏下界移动度测量时,通过两侧的软尺,分别进行测量。
