本发明公开了一种不污染水体还可不断提高水质的网箱养鱼设施,密封巨型保温网箱养鱼兼种植水生植物作为沼气发酵原料。沼气用于发电,余热输送到网箱内和沼气发酵池内使其水温保持全年恒温以提高鱼、草、沼气产量。多种方法清洁水体以防鱼病,水中充入富氧空气满足鱼和植物生长,在网箱外“水培花卉”净化水体。
Description
技术领域
本发明为巨型网箱养鱼兼作水生作物如水葫芦等生产的动植物共同生长系统。此系统中的植物靠鱼类和鱼呼出的二氧化碳作为肥料营养,水生植物又净化优化了鱼生长的水环境。促进了鱼的生长,减少疾病,降低成本。相辅相成,互相利用,一举多得。
鱼类的饲料报酬比家禽、家畜高得多。向人类提供大量必须的优质蛋白质,吃鱼比吃其他肉类对人的健康更加有利。网箱养鱼的产量是池塘、水库养鱼的10倍甚至百倍以上,节约了大量建设鱼塘的土地。近一二十年来此生产方式发展很快,但是由于鱼粪、饲料残渣污染了水体,很多地方的网箱养鱼被迫转移和遭到了禁止。本发明为此提供了解决办法,产量又可以大幅度提高。
发明内容
本发明是在传统网箱养鱼的网衣内表面另外附着类似蔬菜大棚的塑料保温强度高的膜。整个网箱四方和底部都被此膜严格封闭,不让一点网箱中的水和网箱外的水进行交换。
在网箱底部设置充气管道网络使其充氧时充分和均匀。达到低成本充氧,鱼草共享。另在网底放养生长特快的福寿螺,此物吞食鱼粪和饲料残渣,清洁水体又增加收入。
水生植物浮在水面生长,兼有可让网箱养鱼增产10%的网箱盖子的作用,一举两得。水生植物长到成熟,作为沼气发酵原料,所产沼气用于发电燃料,发电余热供沼池和鱼池全年恒温,产生的二氧化碳作蔬菜生产的气肥。
水生植物上面设密封的保温透光大棚,风机将棚内的富氧空气不断送到网底,达到为水体供给充足氧气目的,鱼呼出的二氧化碳又不断冒出水面,供植物生长的气肥,富含溶解氧的水体可加速水生植物的生长。
网箱高2-10米,也可以超过10米,网底福寿螺及残渣由多个预设口取出。
鱼饲料由横向设置的管道从网箱外的平台输入,定时开启管道上的活门投放饲料。
在网箱周边大量“水培花卉”,以达到不断吸收水中氮、磷和有机物目的,提高水质。
将网箱横断面分隔成若干由小到大的小区,鱼苗刚放入时养在第一区,稍大在第二区……以此类推。该捕捞时用声波诱到出鱼口处,连鱼带水放入运输车内漏掉大部分水后活鱼运到市场或加工厂。
自繁鱼苗设施尽量靠近上述网箱设施,投入鱼苗时使用电子计数仪,声波将鱼苗诱至出口处,打开放水闸门,鱼苗顺水进入网箱第一区,减少鱼苗传统放养的应激死亡。

具体实施方式
钢拱棚1和小区隔离网棚柱8共同组成了网箱的外围和内部各小区的骨架。在钢拱棚上盖保温透光膜2以利水生植物的生长和接受日照提高水温。由拱棚拉杆3将其加强,为了不让网箱内、外的水进行交换,在网箱四周和底部设网箱的密封组合4网底13。网箱四周和拱棚架顶部由保温复合膜5起到保温兼密封作用。水生植物如水葫芦7生长在水面6。饲料管道9和活动喂饲口10完成每天多次的饲料投放。福寿螺放养在养螺网11上收集成螺和残渣,以网箱每小区端头进入到每个捕螺口12收集残渣,残渣运出口16和成螺。富氧空气和加温热空气出口14设在养螺网上,网箱支撑柱横向拉杆15让整个骨架更加结实。
Claims (4)
1.不污染水体还可不断提高水质的网箱养鱼设施,其特征在于,高2-10米或10米以上,网底养福寿螺,网箱外“水培花卉”。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不污染水体还可不断提高水质的网箱养鱼设施,其特征在于网箱全封闭,全年恒温,鱼呼出的二氧化碳不排入大气层又兼供植物作为气肥,不让网箱内的水和箱外交换有利于环保,封严的大棚让植物吐出的氧气循环为水体充氧,使其鱼和水生植物都能快速生长。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不污染水体还可不断提高水质的网箱养鱼设施,其特征在于鱼苗繁殖池靠近网箱,待鱼苗放养时打开繁殖池闸门,鱼苗顺水流入网箱第一区,鱼苗计数仪控制放入鱼苗数量。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不污染水体还可不断提高水质的网箱养鱼设施,其特征在于整个网箱横向分隔或若干不同面积的小区,随鱼不断增重,从小面积逐级移入大面积养殖区,捕捞时声波诱鱼到出鱼口,开闸后鱼随水尽数流出,活鱼运到市场或加工厂,横向设置的饲料投放管定时开启活门投喂饲料。
