The determining unit 32 is further configured to determine whether the service terminal has data that conforms to the feature information of the first data.

A creating unit 37 configured to create an index record of data conforming to the feature information if the service terminal has data conforming to the feature information of the first data stored in the storage unit 34; and the data conforming to the characteristic information is the second data.
Further, the obtaining unit 31 is further configured to, when the storage unit of the remaining storage space of the storage unit is greater than a preset storage unit threshold, obtain the second data from the service terminal according to the index record, and store the obtained second data in the storage unit, so that the electronic device determines the second data stored in the storage unit when obtaining the trigger operation for the object identifier.

The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the invention can obtain a specific storage event, wherein the specific storage event is used for indicating that data to be stored is to be stored on the storage unit, the data to be stored occupies K storage units, and K is greater than M-N; determining data to be deleted from the first data, wherein the data to be deleted occupy L storage units, L = K- (M-N), the data to be deleted has an association relation with an index record, and the index record is used for determining second data corresponding to the data to be deleted from the service terminal; deleting the data to be deleted so that the storage unit has the residual storage space of the K storage units; and storing the data to be stored in the residual storage space of the storage unit. Compared with the prior art that the data to be deleted is manually identified by the user, the electronic equipment can automatically identify and determine the data to be deleted after a specific storage event is obtained, so that the management efficiency of the local storage space can be improved, the reliable management of the local storage space is realized, and the user experience is improved.

obtaining a specific storage event, wherein the specific storage event is used for indicating that data to be stored is to be stored on the storage unit, the data to be stored occupies K storage units, and K is greater than M-N;
determining data with index records from the first data, and taking the data with the index records as data to be deleted, wherein the data to be deleted occupy L storage units, L is K- (M-N), the data to be deleted has an association relationship with the index records, and the index records are used for determining second data corresponding to the data to be deleted from a service terminal;
deleting the data to be deleted so that the storage unit has the residual storage space of K storage units;
storing the data to be stored in the remaining storage space of the storage unit;
and reserving the object identifier corresponding to the data to be deleted, and determining second data corresponding to the data to be deleted from the service terminal according to the index record when the trigger operation aiming at the object identifier is obtained.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the data which is backed up to the service terminal in the first data belongs to the data to be deleted, recording an access mode of the data backed up to the service terminal, wherein the access mode is used as the index record;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the data acquired from the service terminal to the storage unit in the first data belongs to the data to be deleted; recording the acquisition path of the data acquired to the storage unit, wherein the acquisition path is used as the index record.
3. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the data in the first data does not belong to the data to be deleted, acquiring characteristic information of the first data;
determining whether the service terminal has data conforming to the characteristic information of the first data;
if the service terminal has data which accords with the characteristic information of the first data, establishing an index record of the data which accords with the characteristic information; and the data conforming to the characteristic information is the second data.
4. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the storage unit of the remaining storage space of the storage unit is larger than a preset storage unit threshold, acquiring the second data from the service terminal according to the index record, and storing the acquired second data in the storage unit, so that the electronic device determines the second data stored in the storage unit when obtaining the trigger operation for the object identifier.
5. An electronic device comprises a storage unit, wherein the storage space of the storage unit is M storage units, the storage unit stores first data, and the first data occupies N storage units; characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a specific storage event which is used for indicating that data to be stored is to be stored on the storage unit, the data to be stored occupies K storage units, and K is greater than M-N;
a determining unit, configured to determine, after the obtaining unit obtains the specific storage event, data with an index record from the first data, and use the data with the index record as data to be deleted, where the data to be deleted occupies L storage units, and L ═ K- (M-N), the data to be deleted has an association relationship with the index record, and the index record is used to determine, from a service terminal, second data corresponding to the data to be deleted;
the deleting unit is used for deleting the data to be deleted determined by the determining unit so that the storage unit has the residual storage space of K storage units;
the storage unit is configured to store the data to be stored indicated by the obtaining unit in the remaining storage space of the storage unit;
and the reservation unit is used for reserving the object identifier corresponding to the data to be deleted, which is determined by the determination unit, so that the electronic equipment determines second data corresponding to the data to be deleted from the service terminal according to the index record when the electronic equipment obtains the trigger operation aiming at the object identifier.
6. The electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the acquisition unit includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a recording event; the recording event comprises: at least one of document recording, voice recording, and video recording;
the response module is used for responding to the recording event obtained by the obtaining module and obtaining the collected data in real time through a collecting unit of the electronic equipment; the acquired data is used as data to be stored and stored on the storage unit in real time;
the recording module is used for recording the data volume of the acquired data generated in the first time period and determining the corresponding relation between the time period and the generated data volume;
the determining module is used for determining that the residual storage space of the storage unit in the P-th time period cannot meet the storage requirement of the data to be stored generated in the P-th time period according to the corresponding relation determined by the recording module and the residual storage space of the storage unit;
a generating module, configured to generate the specific storage event when the recording event is executed to the P-1 time period determined by the determining module.
7. The electronic device of claim 5, further comprising:
a recording unit, configured to record, if data that has been backed up to a service terminal in the first data belongs to the to-be-deleted data, an access manner of the data backed up to the service terminal, where the access manner is used as the index record;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the recording unit is used for acquiring the data of the storage unit from the service terminal in the first data if the data belongs to the data to be deleted; recording the acquisition path of the data acquired to the storage unit, wherein the acquisition path is used as the index record.
8. The electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain feature information of the first data if data in the first data does not belong to the data to be deleted;
the determining unit is further configured to determine whether the service terminal has data that conforms to the feature information of the first data;
the electronic device further includes:
the establishing unit is used for establishing an index record of the data which accords with the characteristic information if the service terminal has the data which accords with the characteristic information of the first data; and the data conforming to the characteristic information is the second data.

The electronic device according to claim 5, wherein the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain the second data from the service terminal according to the index record when the storage unit of the remaining storage space of the storage unit is greater than a preset storage unit threshold, and store the obtained second data in the storage unit, so that the electronic device determines the second data stored in the storage unit when obtaining the trigger operation for the object identifier.
