Abstract
本发明提出了一种输电线路在线监测电路及智能绝缘子吊环。在线监测电路集成了闪络监测、微气象监测、泄漏电流监测、以及输电线路覆冰监测功能。同时,将监测电路与绝缘子吊环结合,通过在吊环内部嵌入应变传感器、泄漏电流传感器、闪络传感器、泄漏电流窃取供电模块、北斗/GPS定位模块和无线信号传输模块等,使绝缘子吊环成为具有在线监测功能的智能绝缘子吊环,实现一种具有导线重量在线监测、综合泄漏电流在线监测、闪络计数和定位功能的智能吊环,可大幅提升输电线路状态监测的有效性和实时性。

背景技术
[0002] 最近几年,随着电力系统状态检修工作的开展和智能电网的建设,输电线路在线 监测技术得到迅速发展,国家电网公司、南方电网公司均增加了对输电线路覆冰、舞动的研 究投入,2010年国家智能电网规划总报告中提出加大对输电线路状态监测装置及其系统的 研制开发,全面建成覆盖全网范围的总部和各网省公司输电设备状态监测系统,利用先进 的测量、信息、通信和控制等技术,以线路运行环境和运行状态参数的集中在线监测为基 础,实现对特高压线路、跨区电网、大跨越、灾害多发区的环境参数(温度、湿度、风速、风向、 雨量、气压、图像等)和运行状态参数(污秽、风偏、振动、舞动等)进行集中实时监测,开展状 态评估,实现灾害的预警。
[0003] 目前在线监测产品的安装数量达到了上万套的规模,但各厂家产品质量参差不 起,总起来说有以下问题:
[0004] 1)产品可靠性差,据南方电网2011年5月对2008年至2010年底安装的产品进行统 计,产品在线运行率不足40%;
[0005] 2)产品功能实用化成度不高,如通过测量导线及金具在覆冰状况下的拉力来分析 导线的覆冰状况,由于各厂家覆冰计算模型不统一,造成计算误差过大,产生误报警等现 象;
[0006] 3)设备体积、重量过大,造成现场安装、维护困难,设备重量普遍达到50kg以上,甚 至有的覆冰监测整套装置总重量达1吨多。
[0007] 4)在环境监测、覆冰判断上存在误判,准确率不高、灵敏度不高。
[0008] 5)在有限重量和体积内无法实现集成环境监测及污闪/雷闪、覆冰拉力监测多种 监测功能。
[0009] 6)现有监测装置均为独立设备,需要另外独立安装于输电线路上,额外增加输电 线路上的装配零部件。
发明内容
[0010] 为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷和不足,本发明提供一种输电线路在线监测电路, 提供了对输电线路的环境情况、污闪/雷闪、覆冰拉力、及泄漏电流的集成在线监测。中央处 理器MCU根据分析评判规则对接收的检测信号进行分析判断,并向智能电网控制站(基站) 发出状态监测信号。为智能电网的智能控制提供可供参考的信息。
[0011] 另外,本发明还提供一种智能绝缘子吊环,吊环壳体承载上述的在线监测电路,使 该在线监测电路与绝缘子吊环形成一体,无需独立的监测设备,不用单独设置并安装于输 电线路上。无线传感器和金具有机结合,采用机电一体化设计,形成智能绝缘子吊环,通过 绝缘子吊环的安装即可实现在线监测。

[0022] 采用本发明提供的一种输电线路在线监测电路带来的有益效果为:(1)在线监测 电路集成了污闪雷闪在线监测判断、覆冰拉力在线监测判断、体泄漏电流在线监测及定位 功能。基本实现对输电线路主要环境及运行时的主要状态参数的在线监测及分析判断,及 时将输电线路的运行状态情况进行分析并上传给智能电网控制站。(2)覆冰拉力检测电路 中,应变片的数量为4个,每2个彼此串联形成一组,两组之间并联,构成桥式电路结构。在进 行覆冰拉力检测时,对于输电线路非覆冰造成的某个应变片的拉力变化,桥式电路结构可 以有效避免误判,减小了监测的误报率提高了监测的准确率。(3)通过无线通信信号收发电 路,中央处理器可以接收来自监测电路以外的传感器发出的检测信号,比如雨量传感器发 出的检测信号,通过无线通信信号收发电路传输给中央处理器,中央处理器就可以根据雨 量传感器的检测信号,结合污闪雷闪传感器的检测信号,实现雷闪的判断。(4)供电电路通 过取能线圈从输电线路中取电,并通过充电电池进行充放电,实现了监测电路的自行充电 和用电。
[0023] 采用本发明提供的承载有在线监测电路的智能绝缘子吊环带来的有益效果为: (1)由于绝缘子吊环承载绝缘子及其所挂载的导线,绝缘子的体泄漏电流、表面污秽泄漏电 流、击穿闪络电流、表面污闪电流等对地电流信息都可以在此获得,导线的重量,外力拉拽 等信息也反应在吊环的拉力上。通过重新设计绝缘子吊环,使绝缘子吊环承载输电线路在 线监测电路,在绝缘子吊环壳体中嵌入污闪雷闪传感器、微气象传感器、泄漏电流传感器、 供电模块、北斗定位模块和无线信号传输模块等,实现具有导线重量在线监测、综合泄漏电 流在线监测、闪络计数和定位功能的智能绝缘子吊环。(2)在线监测电路与绝缘子吊环形成 一体,无需另外单独设置在线监测装置并安装于输电线路上。无线传感器和金具(绝缘子吊 环)有机结合,采用机电一体化设计,形成了具有输电线路状态检测分析功能的智能绝缘子 吊环,解决目前输电线路在线监测系统庞杂、体积笨重,耗电巨大等问题的。(3)在一次设备 (绝缘子吊环)内部直接嵌入传感器、信息处理算法软件、无线传输模块,直接获取一次设备 的多维工作参数,并从一次设备本身的泄漏、感应获取能源,无需外部供电实现一次设备的 智能化,大幅提升输电线路状态监测的实时性和有效性,降低系统的复杂度和总拥有成本, 为输电线路状态检测的普及奠定基础。(4)绝缘子吊环的第二连接部用于与输电线路连接, 取能线圈套在输电线路上用于取电,本发明的智能绝缘子吊环将取能线圈安装于第二连接 部内部,使取能线圈和第二连接部成为一体,同时满足了与输电线路的连接和向输电线路 取电的要求。

[0028]如图1所示,为本发明提供的一种输电线路在线监测电路,属于整个智能电网控制 系统中的一个节点,智能电网的智能控制系统是由广泛布局在输电线路网络中的多个这样 的监测节点构成的。智能电网的控制基站在对整个系统进行监测/分析判断/控制时,这其 中的每个节点所反馈的信息仅是代表该节点所处输电线路的各种参数、及运行状态,而整 个输电线路构成的输电网络的整体状态监测及控制,则需要根据各个节点提供的信号,进 行再综合的分析,继而实现对整个输电网络的智能控制。比如判断整个输电网络是遭受覆 冰或者是受1卜力破坏,要根据多个节点提供的信息最后综合判定,如果只有某一个节点提 供的信息显示拉力超标,其他节点提供的信息均显示正常或延超标传感器往外档距递减, 综合判断就属于外力破坏造成某段输电线路故障,如果多个节点提供的信息均显示档距都 超标,则综合判定为输电网络覆冰。
[0029]该在线监测电路包括:污闪雷闪检测电路,检测输电线路的污闪、及雷闪情况并输 出污闪雷闪检测信号。污闪雷闪检测电路包括霍尔闪络传感器3,当输电线路发生闪络时, 霍尔闪络传感器3将污闪雷闪检测信号传输至信号处理电路。
[0030] 泄漏电流检测电路,包括泄漏电流传感器5,检测输电线路上绝缘子的体泄漏电 流、表面污秽泄漏电流并输出泄漏电流检测信号。微气象检测电路,包括微气象信息传感器 4,微气象信息传感器4为上位概括称呼,具体可以包括温度传感器,湿度传感器等,微气象 检测信号也包括了温度和湿度信息。微气象信息传感器4检测输电线路环境气象信息并输 出微气象检测信号。覆冰拉力检测电路,包括应变片和放大器电路,应变片受拉力形变产生 信号并经由放大器处理后,输出拉力检测信号给信号处理电路,由信号处理电路检测输电 线路覆冰拉力。信号处理电路,包括中央处理器MCU,用于接收上述各传感器输入的检测信 号并对检测信号进行分析判断并输出运行状态监测信号。无线信号收发电路,用于所述信 号处理电路与智能电网控制站之间的无线通讯,也用于接收外部智能电网总体框架中的传 感器发出的信号并传输给信号处理电路,供其分析判断时作为参考,如雨量传感器。无线导 航定位电路,为所述信号处理电路提供地理位置信息。还有为上述各电路工作提供电源的 供电电路。

[0035]所述无线信号收发电路包括无线信号传输模块RF,所述无线信号传输模块与所述 中央处理器M⑶的第a5端口连接,为中央处理器M⑶与智能电网控制站之间提供无线信号传 输。无线信号传输模块使用2.40抱频段无线传输技术,符合正££802.15.4传输协议,可实现 在线监测电路与智能电网控制站(基站)之间的无线自组网,降低了安装部署的复杂度。所 有传感器采集标准化信息模型,无需配置与先验知识,应用系统可以自动解析感知数据。闪 络的定性和闪络的计数信息,覆冰告警信息,综合泄漏电流在线监测信息,及地理位置信息 均通过无线信号传输模块回传至基站。

[0038] 例如钢芯铝绞线(LGJ-240/40型)是220KV线路上的常用导线,其每964.3kg/km,铝 导线面积为240mm2,钢芯面积约40mm2,导线外径为22mm,最大允许覆冰厚度为50mm,假设档 距为25〇m,4分裂导线,则相线路每个绝缘子拉力传感器测的干重约为964kg,考虑到还有间 隔棒等金具(明确不变的重量),假设总重量为1200kg,下雨导致外表覆水最多1mm (估计 值),则每根导线重量增加为:18kg,4根导线增加重量约为72kg,而当导线覆冰厚度5mm时, 每根导线重量增加(冰比重按0.9计算)约为95kg,4根导线重量增加380kg,远大于下雨引起 的重量增加,绝缘子拉力传感器可以发出高可信的覆冰告警信息。
[0039] 除上述在线监测电路之外,本发明还提供一种智能绝缘子吊环,在原有绝缘子吊 环的基础上,将上述的在线监测电路集成到绝缘子吊环上。具体见图2,包括吊环壳体8,所 述吊环壳体8上设有用于与绝缘子连接的第一连接部6和与所述输电线路连接的第二连接 部7,所述吊环壳体8承载有上述的输电线路运行状态在线监测电路。霍尔闪络传感器、微气 象传感器等均嵌入吊环壳体中,吊环壳体8内部开有空腔c,上述的各检测电路集成在一块 集成电路板9中,集成电路板9安装在该空腔c中。应变片粘帖在吊环壳体上。由于绝缘子吊 环连接输电导线和绝缘子,当输电导线覆冰时,绝缘子吊环也会受覆冰拉力,吊环壳体产生 形变,从而导致粘帖在吊环壳体上的应变片产生形变,形变后应变片的电阻变化,导致流经 其电流变化,再由放大器2进行处理后输入中央处理器MCU。采用该方案,将在线监测电路与 现有的绝缘子吊环集成在一起,无需另外单独设置在线监测装置并安装于输电线路上。采 用机电一体化设计,形成了具有输电线路状态检测分析功能的智能绝缘子吊环,解决目前 输电线路在线监测系统庞杂、体积笨重,耗电巨大等问题。
[0040] 在上述实施例的基础上,为了进一步的提高覆冰拉力监测的准确性,避免误判断, 在进一步提供的优选实施例中,改进之处在于所述吊环壳体8的上下两端开有缺口 b,在所 述上下两端缺口 b之间的壳体内开有空腔c,所述的4个应变片分别对应的贴于所述空腔c内 壁的上下左右四个测点上。在上下两端设置缺口b,目的是为了提高覆冰拉力形变使的灵敏 性。绝缘子吊环连接在输电线路和绝缘子之间,当输电线路覆冰,受拉力产生形变,所受拉 力会传导给绝缘子吊环,此时绝缘子吊环壳体也会受拉力产生形变,在吊环壳体的上下两 端设置缺口 b,就是为了使形变的变化更为显著,提高覆冰拉力监测的准确性和灵敏性。具 体形变过程可见图3,当吊环壳体受拉力形变,上下两端的缺口 b形变,粘帖在对应位置的应 变片相应产生形变,一旦缺口 b拉伸形变,就会带动粘帖在该处的应变片产生形变,灵敏性 更好。4个应变片,每2个彼此串联形成一组,两组之间并联,构成桥式电路结构。在进行覆冰 拉力检测时,对于输电线路非覆冰造成的某个应变片的拉力变化,桥式电路结构以及4个相 互对称的测点位置可以有效避免误判,减小了监测的误报率提高了监测的准确率。

1. 一种输电线路在线监测电路,其特征在于,包括: 污闪雷闪检测电路,检测输电线路的污闪及雷闪情况并输出污闪雷闪检测信号; 泄漏电流检测电路,检测输电线路上绝缘子的体泄漏电流及表面污秽泄漏电流并输出 泄漏电流检测信号; 微气象检测电路,检测输电线路环境气象信息并输出微气象检测信号,所述微气象检 测信号包括温度信息和湿度信息; 覆冰拉力检测电路,检测输电线路覆冰拉力并输出拉力检测信号; 信号处理电路,用于接收上述检测信号并对检测信号进行分析判断并输出运行状态监 测信号; 无线信号收发电路,用于所述信号处理电路与智能电网控制站之间的无线信息通讯; 无线导航定位电路,为所述信号处理电路提供地理位置信息; 为上述各电路工作提供电源的供电电路; 所述信号处理电路根据接收的污闪雷闪检测信号,当通过无线信号收发电路接收到外 部雨量传感器传输的雨量信号时,则判定为雷闪,当接收的微气象检测信号中湿度为80% 至95 %之间时,则判定为污闪并由所述无线信号收发电路输出所述运行状态监测信号; 所述信号处理电路根据接收的拉力检测信号,当拉力检测信号大于所设定的覆冰阈 值,同时所接收的微气象检测信号中的温度小于4度时,则判定为输电线路覆冰并由所述无 线信号收发电路输出所述运行状态监测信号; 所述信号处理电路根据接收的所述泄漏电流检测信号由所述无线信号收发电路输出 所述运行状态监测信号。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述污闪雷闪检测电路包括霍尔 闪络传感器,所述微气象检测电路包括微气象信息传感器,所述泄漏电流检测电路包括泄 漏电流传感器,所述信号处理电路包括中央处理器,所述覆冰拉力检测电路包括应变片和 放大器电路。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:当有闪络发生时,霍尔闪络传感 器产生污闪雷闪检测信号并输入至所述中央处理器的第a2端口,微气象信息传感器检测输 电线路所处环境的温度和湿度信息并输入至所述中央处理器的第al端口,所述泄漏电流传 感器检测绝缘子的体泄漏电流、表面污秽泄漏电流,当泄漏电流流过所述泄漏电流传感器 时,所述泄漏电流传感器输出泄漏电流检测信号至中央处理器的第a4端口。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述应变片的数量为4个,第一应 变片与第二应变片串联,第三应变片与第四应变片串联,两组串联的应变片之间相互并联, 两组串联的应变片的一端共同接入中央处理器的第a7端口并与供电电路连接、另一端与中 央处理器的第a8端口一同接地,第一组串联的应变片接入放大器的正极,第二组串联的应 变片接入放大器的负极,当应变片受拉力产生形变,应变片电阻变化导致流经的电流变化, 放大器将电流转化为电平信号输入至中央处理器的第a3端口,电平信号即为所述的拉力检 测信号。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述无线信号收发电路包括无线 信号传输模块,所述无线信号传输模块与所述中央处理器的第a5端口连接,为中央处理器 与智能电网控制站之间提供无线信号传输。
6.根据权利要求5所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述无线导航定位电路包括北 斗/GPS双模导航定位模块,所述北斗/GPS双模导航定位模块与中央处理器的第狀端口连 接,为中央处理器提供输电导线的地理位置信息。
7.根据权利要求6所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述供电电路包括从输电线路中 获取电能的取能线圈、与所述取能线圈连接的电源管理电路、与所述电源管理电路连接的 充电电池,所述电源管理电路向各电路提供工作电源。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的在线监测电路,其特征在于:所述电源管理电路包括整流电 路、充电管理电路、和稳压电路,所述取能线圈与所述整流电路连接对电流进行整流处理, 所述充电管理电路与所述充电电池连接对其进行充电管理,所述稳压电路将充电电池输出 的电源进行稳压处理后输出至各电路。
9. 一种智能绝缘子吊环,包括吊环壳体,所述吊环壳体上设有用于与绝缘子连接的第 一连接部和与输电线路连接的第二连接部,其特征在于:所述吊环壳体承载有上述权利要 求1至8任一所述的输电线路在线监测电路。
