本发明涉及一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,包括进风端和送风端,进风端和送风段之间通过风道连通,所述的风道内设有风机和过滤片,所述的风机包括过滤动力风机和送风动力风机,所述的过滤片包括预过滤片、二次过滤片和三次过滤片,由进风端向送风端沿风道依次排列设置,所述的滤动力风机设置在二次过滤片和三次过滤片之间,所述的送风动力风机设置在送风端和三次过滤片之间。与现有技术相比,本发明具有过滤效果好、使用寿命长、噪音小、具有加湿功能等优点。

一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气调节设备,尤其是涉及一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机。
背景技术
空气过滤主机是是应用于室内空气循环系统中用来净化室内空气的装置,主要解决室内的空气污染问题。由于工业的发展,空气中的污染越来越严重,其中PM2.5等悬浮颗粒成为空气污染的主要因素。目前的室内空气循环系统对于这些悬浮颗粒的过滤主要依赖空气过滤主机,但是现有的空气过滤主机往往存在以下缺点:1、仪对较大的悬浮颗粒能够进行有效的过滤,而对于小于0.3um的细小颗粒的过滤效果不住。2、过滤网使用时寿命较短。3、主机内的风机容易发出噪音。4、现有的过滤主机不带加湿功能,过滤后容易造成室内湿度过低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种处理室内PM2.5的金屋高效新凤过滤主机,包括进风端和送风端,进风端和送风段之间通过风道连通,所述的风道内设有风机和过滤片,所述的风机包括过滤动力风机和送风动力风机,所述的过滤片包括预过滤片、二次过滤片和三次过滤片,由进风端向送风端沿风道依次排列设置,通过三层过滤设计,分别用于过滤不同大小的悬浮颗粒,能够有效提高过滤的效率;所述的滤动力风机设置在二次滤片和三次过滤片之间,所述的送风动力风机设置在送风端和三次过滤片之间,构成一个相对独立的噪音屏蔽系统,使得两个风机所产生的噪音可以被过滤网吸收一部分,使其运行时的噪音更小。
进风端包括一个与室外连通的新风口和一个与室内连通的回风口,所述的送风端包括一个与室内连通的送风口,室外空气的空气通过新风口可以进入室内,而室内的空气通过回风口循环净化。
所述的预过滤片采用PET材质的无纺布过滤片,所述的二次过滤片为活性炭过滤片,所述的三次过滤片为HEPA过滤片,在由三次过滤片对小粒径颗粒进行过滤前,由与过滤片和二次过滤片将大粒径的颗粒进行过滤,可以有效提高过滤效率,同时由于HEPA过滤片的成本高于前两个过滤片,通过预过滤的方式,可以有效延长其使用寿命,降低使用成本。
所述的过滤主机还包括加湿器,该加湿器设置于送风端和送风动力风机之间,可以在过滤的同时进行加湿,调节室内空气的湿度,有利于使用者的健康。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,包括进风端和送风端,进风端和送风段之间通过风道连通,该风道内设有风机和过滤片。其具体结构如图1所示,其中,进风端包括一个与室外连通的新风口6和一个与室内连通的回风口7,所述的送风端包括一个与室内连通的送风口8,使得室外空气的空气通过新风口可以进入室内,而室内的空气通过回风口循环净化。
而风机包括过滤动力风机4和送风动力风机5,过滤片包括预过滤片1、二次过滤片2和三次过滤片3,由进风端向送风端沿风道依次排列设置。预过滤片1采用PET材质的无纺布过滤片,二次过滤片2为活性炭过滤片,三次过滤片3为HEPA过滤片,通过三层过滤设计,在三次过滤片对小粒径颗粒进行过滤前,由与过滤片和二次过滤片将大粒径的颗粒进行过滤,可以有效提高过滤效率。并且考虑到HEPA过滤片的成本高于前两个过滤片,通过预过滤的方式,可以有效延长其使用寿命,降低使用成本。各个过滤片对于不同颗粒的过滤效率如下表所示。
为了保证主机的噪音较小,过滤动力风机4设置在二次过滤片2和三次过滤片之间2,送风动力风机5设置在送风端的送风口8和三次过滤片3之间,由此构成一个相对独立的噪音屏蔽系统,使得两个风机所产生的噪音可以被过滤网吸收一部分,使其运行时的噪音更小。此外,过滤主机还包括加湿器9,该加湿器9设置于送风端送风口8和送风动力风机5之间,可以在过滤的同时进行加湿,调节室内空气的湿度,有利于使用者的健康。

1.一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,包括进风端和送风端,进风端和送风段之间通过风道连通,所述的风道内设有风机和过滤片,其特征在于,所述的风机包括过滤动力风机和送风动力风机,所述的过滤片包括预过滤片、二次过滤片和三次过滤片,由进风端向送风端沿风道依次排列设置,所述的滤动力风机设置在二次过滤片和三次过滤片之间,所述的送风动力风机设置在送风端和三次过滤片之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,其特征在于,所述的进风端包括一个与室外连通的新风口和一个与室内连通的回风口,所述的送风端包括一个与室内连通的送风口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,其特征在于,所述的预过滤片采用PET材质的无纺布过滤片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,其特征在于,所述的二次过滤片为活性炭过滤片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,其特征在于,所述的三次过滤片为HEPA过滤片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理室内PM2.5的全屋高效新风过滤主机,其特征在于,所述的过滤主机还包括加湿器,该加湿器设置于送风端和送风动力风机之间。
