本发明涉及一种照明设备,具体是一种节能路灯。
背景技术
面对煤炭及石油等石化燃料日益枯竭的威胁,风能与太阳能等可再生能源已在全球受到极大的重视,也是最具商业潜在价值的能源产业。现有的太阳能LED路灯用以给城市街道照明,太阳能LED路灯主要包括用以将日照中的太阳能转化为电能的光伏板、蓄电池、LED灯体。太阳能板通常固定在灯杆上,而日照光线的角度随着时间的变化而不断变化,难以发挥最大的发电效率。如果梅雨季节来临,长期的阴雨天气将导致蓄电池储能不足,无法满足LED路灯的使用需求。为此,需要对现有的节能路灯进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节能路灯,解决了现有节能路灯在长期阴雨天气下储能不足的问题。其结构设计巧妙,具有环保节能、使用寿命长等优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:该节能路灯包括灯杆、LED灯、光伏板,其特征在于:所述光伏板设置在LED灯的背面上;灯杆内设有限位凸台,限位凸台上安装有发电机,发电机转轴的一端限位在发电机上,发电机转轴的另一端贯穿灯杆顶部,发电机转轴的另一端的设置有螺旋状叶片。
所述LED灯包括灯体、设置在灯体上的灯体固定部、限位在灯体内的铝基板、通过导热胶固定在铝基板上的LED、设置在灯体透光面的灯罩、安装在灯罩与铝基板之间的灯碗。
所述发电机包括外壳,装配在发电机外壳中的环形的定子,缠绕在定子上的定子绕组,限位在发电机外壳上的发电机转轴,固定在转轴上的发电机转子,转子与定子同轴设置,转子由多层等大的永磁体盘片构成。
本发明具有的优点及积极的技术效果是:光伏板设置在LED灯的背面上,使路灯外形更加简洁美观。灯杆内设有限位凸台,限位凸台上安装有发电机,将发电机设置在灯杆内部,不影响美观同时提高了路灯的蓄电池的电能产率。发电机转轴的另一端的设置有螺旋状叶片,叶片可受到任意方向风的作用而旋转发电。综上所述,本发明的路灯可不受季节、天气等因素的限制,弥补了传统节能路灯在长期阴雨天气下储能不足的问题,因此具有环保节能、使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
       根据图1~5详细说明本发明的具体结构。该节能路灯包括灯杆5、LED灯6、光伏板9、蓄电池(图中未示出)等部分。其中,蓄电池设置在灯杆底部,以方便定期更换。LED灯包括灯体14、设置在灯体14底部的灯体固定部11、限位在灯体内的铝基板19、通过导热胶13固定在铝基板19上的LED15、设置在灯体14透光面的灯罩17、安装在灯罩17与铝基板19之间的灯碗16。LED15与稳压管18并联,防止由于电压不稳而降低LED的使用寿命。灯罩17上设有空腔,灯体14底部设有与灯碗空腔向对应的散热孔10。铝基板19通过铝基板固定螺丝20固定在灯体14内,安装方便。灯体固定部11插入灯杆后通过灯体固定螺丝12锁紧。光伏板9设置在LED灯6的背面上,使灯杆外形更加简洁美观。灯杆5内设有限位凸台4,限位凸台4上安装有发电机3,发电机3包括发电机外壳22,装配在发电机外壳22中的环形的定子23,缠绕在定子上的定子绕组24,限位在发电机外壳22上的发电机转轴2,固定在转轴上的发电机转子,转子25与定子22同轴设置,转子25由多层等大的永磁体盘片构成。发电机转轴2的一端限位在发电机3上,灯杆顶部限位有轴承,发电机转轴2的另一端贯穿灯杆5顶部,并通过该轴承限位。发电机转轴2的另一端的设置有螺旋状叶片1。叶片1可制成两端面转角为90~180°的螺旋叶片。由于发电机转轴2垂直于地面,叶片1可受到任意方向风的作用而旋转。

1.一种节能路灯,包括灯杆、LED灯、光伏板,其特征在于:所述光伏板设置在LED灯的背面上;灯杆内设有限位凸台,限位凸台上安装有发电机,发电机转轴的一端限位在发电机上,发电机转轴的另一端贯穿灯杆顶部,发电机转轴的另一端的设置有螺旋状叶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能路灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯包括灯体、设置在灯体上的灯体固定部、限位在灯体内的铝基板、通过导热胶固定在铝基板上的LED、设置在灯体透光面的灯罩、安装在灯罩与铝基板之间的灯碗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能路灯,其特征在于:所述发电机包括外壳,装配在发电机外壳中的环形的定子,缠绕在定子上的定子绕组,限位在发电机外壳上的发电机转轴,固定在转轴上的发电机转子,转子与定子同轴设置,转子由多层等大的永磁体盘片构成。
