本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓,有螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成,热收缩薄膜套将垫片裹紧在螺栓上,具有结构简单,使用方便,便于拆下,重复使用,通过改变垫片厚薄,适应各种材料的固定孔,通过改变垫片片数,适应各种规格大小的膨胀螺栓,确保垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高效率、高强度、高可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垫片式膨胀螺栓,尤其适合在各种材料上使用,使垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高效率,高强度、高可靠性。
背景技术
目前,广泛使用的膨胀螺栓为套管式膨胀螺栓,通过改变螺栓和套管的相对位置,螺栓上的锥台撑开的一端有缝的套管,使膨胀螺栓固定在圆孔内,当固定膨胀螺栓的材料强度不一样时,孔的直径与冲击钻头直径变化较大时,膨胀螺栓对孔的张力不够,使膨胀螺栓可靠性下降,如果要拆下膨胀螺栓,原位更换膨胀螺栓,几乎不可能,一般情况采用机械切割的方法切断膨胀螺栓,即使费劲拿下,也只有重新打孔,更换更大的膨胀螺栓。
发明内容
为了克服目前套管式膨胀螺栓的缺点,本发明提供一种结构简单、拆卸方便、高强度、高可靠的垫片式膨胀螺栓。
实现上述目的技术方案是;垫片式膨胀螺栓由螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成,螺栓和普通膨胀螺栓一样,有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分,其特征在于圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶,呈瓦片形的垫片下端的小矩形,与瓦片形垫片呈L形,与凸面同向(图3),并紧靠圆柱和螺纹之间的台阶,热收缩薄膜套在垫片的下半部,将均匀布满螺栓的圆柱上的垫片裹紧(图1、2),通过增减垫片适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化,通过更換厚薄垫片适应固定孔直径大小的微形变化。
采用上述方案,当要使用垫片式膨胀螺栓,只要将用热收缩薄膜套裹着垫片的螺栓塞进固定孔内,直到垫片下端小矩片贴进洞口,让需要固定的物件套在螺栓上,旋转螺帽,使螺栓向外移动,让螺栓锥台撑开垫片,使螺栓固定在孔内,如果螺栓锥台撑开垫片后,垫片式膨胀螺栓与孔壁不能达到预定张力,只要将螺栓向里推,使垫片回到螺栓锥台下的圆柱位置上,用平口起子向下拨动垫片下端的矩形块,晃动螺栓即可取出垫片和螺栓,更换厚的垫片后,套上热收缩薄膜套,加热裹紧后,在原孔重新插入垫片式膨胀螺栓即可。
本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓,结构简单,使用方便,便于拆下,重复使用,通过改变垫片厚薄,适应各种材料的固定孔,通过改变垫片片数,适应各种规格大小的膨胀螺栓,确保垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高强度、高可靠性、高效率。

如图1、2、3所示,本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓由螺栓1、螺帽4、垫片2和热收缩薄膜套3组成,螺栓1和普通膨胀螺栓一样,有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分,螺栓1上圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶,呈瓦片形垫片 2下端的小矩形,与瓦片形垫片2呈L形,与凸面同向,紧靠圆柱和螺纹之间的台阶,热收缩薄膜套3套在垫片2的下半部,将均匀布满螺栓1上的圆柱上的垫片2裹紧,并通过增减垫片2适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化,通过更換厚薄垫片2适应固定孔直径大小微形变化。
采用上述方案,当要使用垫片式膨胀螺栓,只要将用热收缩薄膜套3裹着垫片2的螺栓1塞进固定孔内,直到垫片2下端小矩片贴进洞口,让需要固定的物件套在螺栓1上,旋转螺帽4,使螺栓1 向外移动,让螺栓1上的锥台撑开垫片2,使螺栓1固定在孔内,如果螺栓1锥台撑开垫片2后,垫片式膨胀螺栓与孔壁不能达到预定张力,只要将螺栓1向里推,使垫片2回到螺栓1的圆柱位置上,用平口起子向下拨动垫片2下端的矩形块,晃动螺栓1即可取出垫片2和螺栓1,更换厚的垫片2后,套上热收缩薄膜套3,加热裹紧后,在原孔重新插入垫片式膨胀螺栓即可。

1.一种垫片式膨胀螺栓,有螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成,螺栓和普通膨胀螺栓一样,有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分组成,其特征在于所述螺栓的圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶;所述垫片均匀围绕在螺栓上的圆柱上,垫片下端的小矩形紧靠螺栓上的台阶,热收缩薄膜套套在垫片下半部;通过增减垫片适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化,更换厚薄垫片适应固定孔直径大小的微形变化;其中,所述垫片都呈瓦片形,呈瓦片形下端的小矩形,与瓦片形垫片呈L形,与凸面同向,热收缩薄膜套高为垫片高的一半。
