本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓，有螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成，热收缩薄膜套将垫片裹紧在螺栓上，具有结构简单，使用方便，便于拆下，重复使用，通过改变垫片厚薄，适应各种材料的固定孔，通过改变垫片片数，适应各种规格大小的膨胀螺栓，确保垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高效率、高强度、高可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垫片式膨胀螺栓，尤其适合在各种材料上使用，使垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高效率，高强度、高可靠性。
背景技术
目前，广泛使用的膨胀螺栓为套管式膨胀螺栓，通过改变螺栓和套管的相对位置，螺栓上的锥台撑开的一端有缝的套管，使膨胀螺栓固定在圆孔内，当固定膨胀螺栓的材料强度不一样时，孔的直径与冲击钻头直径变化较大时，膨胀螺栓对孔的张力不够，使膨胀螺栓可靠性下降，如果要拆下膨胀螺栓，原位更换膨胀螺栓，几乎不可能，一般情况采用机械切割的方法切断膨胀螺栓，即使费劲拿下，也只有重新打孔，更换更大的膨胀螺栓。
发明内容
为了克服目前套管式膨胀螺栓的缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单、拆卸方便、高强度、高可靠的垫片式膨胀螺栓。
实现上述目的技术方案是；垫片式膨胀螺栓由螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成，螺栓和普通膨胀螺栓一样，有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分，其特征在于圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶，呈瓦片形的垫片下端的小矩形，与瓦片形垫片呈L形，与凸面同向(图3)，并紧靠圆柱和螺纹之间的台阶，热收缩薄膜套在垫片的下半部，将均匀布满螺栓的圆柱上的垫片裹紧(图1、2)，通过增减垫片适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化，通过更換厚薄垫片适应固定孔直径大小的微形变化。
采用上述方案，当要使用垫片式膨胀螺栓，只要将用热收缩薄膜套裹着垫片的螺栓塞进固定孔内，直到垫片下端小矩片贴进洞口，让需要固定的物件套在螺栓上，旋转螺帽，使螺栓向外移动，让螺栓锥台撑开垫片，使螺栓固定在孔内，如果螺栓锥台撑开垫片后，垫片式膨胀螺栓与孔壁不能达到预定张力，只要将螺栓向里推，使垫片回到螺栓锥台下的圆柱位置上，用平口起子向下拨动垫片下端的矩形块，晃动螺栓即可取出垫片和螺栓，更换厚的垫片后，套上热收缩薄膜套，加热裹紧后，在原孔重新插入垫片式膨胀螺栓即可。
本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓，结构简单，使用方便，便于拆下，重复使用，通过改变垫片厚薄，适应各种材料的固定孔，通过改变垫片片数，适应各种规格大小的膨胀螺栓，确保垫片式膨胀螺栓在使用中达到高强度、高可靠性、高效率。

如图1、2、3所示，本发明垫片式膨胀螺栓由螺栓1、螺帽4、垫片2和热收缩薄膜套3组成，螺栓1和普通膨胀螺栓一样，有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分，螺栓1上圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶，呈瓦片形垫片 2下端的小矩形，与瓦片形垫片2呈L形，与凸面同向，紧靠圆柱和螺纹之间的台阶，热收缩薄膜套3套在垫片2的下半部，将均匀布满螺栓1上的圆柱上的垫片2裹紧，并通过增减垫片2适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化，通过更換厚薄垫片2适应固定孔直径大小微形变化。
采用上述方案，当要使用垫片式膨胀螺栓，只要将用热收缩薄膜套3裹着垫片2的螺栓1塞进固定孔内，直到垫片2下端小矩片贴进洞口，让需要固定的物件套在螺栓1上，旋转螺帽4，使螺栓1 向外移动，让螺栓1上的锥台撑开垫片2，使螺栓1固定在孔内，如果螺栓1锥台撑开垫片2后，垫片式膨胀螺栓与孔壁不能达到预定张力，只要将螺栓1向里推，使垫片2回到螺栓1的圆柱位置上，用平口起子向下拨动垫片2下端的矩形块，晃动螺栓1即可取出垫片2和螺栓1，更换厚的垫片2后，套上热收缩薄膜套3，加热裹紧后，在原孔重新插入垫片式膨胀螺栓即可。

1.一种垫片式膨胀螺栓，有螺栓、螺帽、垫片和热收缩薄膜套组成，螺栓和普通膨胀螺栓一样，有锥台、圆柱和螺纹三部分组成，其特征在于所述螺栓的圆柱和螺纹之间有台阶；所述垫片均匀围绕在螺栓上的圆柱上，垫片下端的小矩形紧靠螺栓上的台阶，热收缩薄膜套套在垫片下半部；通过增减垫片适应螺栓上圆柱的直径大小变化，更换厚薄垫片适应固定孔直径大小的微形变化；其中，所述垫片都呈瓦片形，呈瓦片形下端的小矩形，与瓦片形垫片呈L形，与凸面同向，热收缩薄膜套高为垫片高的一半。
