本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种防辐射保暖自发光人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材,将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上,在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层,经压轮压平或压花,即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展,凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点,已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革由基层和面层构成,基层为普通的织物,面层为PVC 塑料层,这样的人造革做的服装,保暖性,不能满足人们在冬天穿着的需要,此外生活环境中也存在着越来越多的辐射,容易对人体造成伤害,这就迫切需要出现一种防辐射人造革。另外,自身不会发光,需外界的光才能进行发光,适用范围较窄。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防辐射保暖自发光人造革,能够起到防辐射作用,提高人造革的保暖性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防辐射保暖自发光人造革,包括相互粘合在一起的基层、发泡层和表层,所述表层外表面设有金属纤维层,在所述基层的内表面设置有绒面,所述基层外表面覆盖有发光体,所述发光体为稀土长余辉荧光体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明其基层表面呈绒面状,因此能够起到保暖的效果,还能够增加人造革的饱满度,由于人造革表面设有金属纤维层,能够起到防辐射的作用。
2、本发明不需要外界的光自身能够进行发光,适用范围更加广泛。
