本发明一种高效除尘脱硫过滤器,采用塔式2过滤,其特征;烟尘1与水混合,灰尘3沉入水底,烟尘冒出水面与水雾5混合,由旋风机9从烟囱4排出,高效除尘脱硫过滤器,设有水雾喷头6与输水管道7相接,输水管道与循环水泵8接通。

一、技术领域;
本发明涉及一种高效除尘脱硫过滤器,属环保领域。
二、背景技术;
目前,由于工业发展带来了一种附产品-雾霾。雾霾的出现空气污染严重,严重影响了人们的身体健康。各种燃煤锅炉、铁合金,电石、水泥、炼焦、砖厂、炼油、有色金属电熔炉,高炉及海上船泊动力的排放,是污染空气的头号元凶。
三、发明内容:
本发明一种高效除尘脱硫过滤器,采用塔式2过滤,其特征;烟尘1与水混合,灰尘3沉入水底,烟尘冒出水面与水雾5混合,由旋风机9从烟囱4排出,高效除尘脱硫过滤器,设有水雾喷头6与输水管道7相接,输水管道与循环水泵8接通。
一、设备制造周期短,造价低.二、除尘脱硫二氧化炭及有容气体同步治理完成.三、环保运行费用低,只用布袋除尘费用的50%,所以与布袋除尘运行费用相比,可节约能耗50%以上。四、水与粉尘分离,好回收运输处理,不产生二次污染。
