Abstract
本发明公开一种医用自动报警闭管输液器,属医疗器械,所述测量器内设置有报警接点和闭关接点,是通过重量的增减使测量器伸缩来断开或接通报警接点和闭关接点;所述定时继电器作为延时通断光电控阀电源的继电器,当闭关接点接通时,定时继电器人为定时接通电源,光电控阀关闭,阻止输液管回血;所述光电控阀设装于输液管中,与输液管连为一体,其所需电源受定时继电器控制,通电时关闭输液管,失电时连通输液管。输液治疗让病人放心休息,医护人员安心工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤指医用自动报警闭管输液器。
背景技术
输液是治疗疾病的一种快速有效方式。现有技术中,由于输液用时时间长,输液过程病人瞌睡,药水输尽,不能及时拉警钟,提示医生更换药瓶或撤掉针头,输液管出现回血,造成病人心理恐慌,从而产生医疗事故。也有自动报警输液器,如中国专利CN201010272350.5,在液囊内部三分之一处设置了液体感应报警器,使输液管内的液体将要滴完时自动报警,但当病患多,医护人员非常忙碌,病人还处于瞌睡状态,不能及时更换药瓶或撤掉针头,同样出现医疗安全问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种医用自动报警闭管输液器,目的是病人输液没人看护时,通过自动报警器及时通知医护人员处置,医护人员不能及时处置,也能自动闭关输液管,阻止输液管回血。
解决上述问题的技术方案:
医用自动报警闭管输液器,它由挂件、测量器、报警接点、闭关接点、药瓶、输液管、报警线、警钟、定时继电器、信号线、光电控阀、针头组成。
所述测量器是机械式测量器或电子测量器,内设置有报警接点和闭关接点,是通过重量的增减使测量器伸缩来断开或接通报警接点和闭关接点;
所述定时继电器作为延时通断光电控阀电源的继电器,当闭关接点接通时,定时继电器人为定时接通电源,光电控阀关闭,阻止输液管回血,定时目的是让输液管里的药水不浪费,同时等待医护人员处置;
所述光电控阀设装于输液管中,与输液管连为一体,其所需电源受定时继电器控制,通电时关闭输液管,失电时连通输液管;
医用自动报警闭管输液器,使用时,药瓶挂于测量器下,输液管连接药瓶,吊药瓶输液,测量器拉伸,报警接点和闭关接点断开,当输完药水,报警接点和闭关接点接通,报警接点通过报警线连接警钟,发出警声通知医护人员,闭关接点接通定时继电器电源,定时继电器接点通过信号线延时接通光电控阀电源,等待药水输尽或医护人员处置,定时时间到,关闭输液管,阻止血液回流输液管。
本发明的有益效果:使用医用自动报警闭管输液器,当病人输液没人看护时,能及时通知医护人员更换药瓶或者撤掉针头,医护人员如不能及时处置,也能自动闭关输液管,让病人在输液过程中,放心休息,避免产生医疗事故。

图1中,医用自动报警闭管输液器,所述测量器2a是机械式测量器或电子测量器,内设置有报警接点2b和闭关接点2c,是通过重量的增减使测量器2a伸缩来断开或接通报警接点2b和闭关接点2c;所述定时继电器6作为延时通断光电控阀8电源的继电器,当闭关接点2c接通时,定时继电器6人为定时接通电源,光电控阀8关闭,阻止输液管4回血;所述光电控阀8设装于输液管4中,与输液管4连为一体,其所需电源受定时继电器6控制,通电时关闭输液管4,失电时连通输液管4。
在图1所示的实施例中,所述挂件1连接测量器2a固定在药架上,药瓶3挂于测量器2a下,输液管4连接药瓶3,测量器2a受药水重量拉伸,报警接点2b和闭关接点2c断开,信号线7无电源通过,当输完药水,报警接点2b和闭关接点2c接通,报警接点2b通过报警线5a连接警钟5b,发出警声通知医护人员,闭关接点2c接通定时继电器6电源,定时继电器6接点通过信号线7延时接通光电控阀8电源,等待药水输尽让医护人员更换药瓶3或撤掉针头9,定时时间到,关闭输液管4,阻止血液回流输液管4。

1.医用自动报警闭管输液器,包括挂件1、测量器2a、报警接点2b、闭关接点2c、药瓶3、输液管4、报警线5a、警钟5b、定时继电器6、信号线7、光电控阀8、针头9,其特征是:所述测量器2a是机械式测量器或电子测量器,内设置有报警接点2b和闭关接点2c;所述定时继电器6作为延时通断光电控阀8电源的继电器,当闭关接点2c接通时,定时继电器6人为定时接通电源,光电控阀8关闭,阻止输液管4回血;所述光电控阀8设装于输液管4中,与输液管4连为一体,其所需电源受定时继电器6控制,通电时关闭输液管4,失电时连通输液管4。
