本发明涉及测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED手电筒,属于太阳能光伏发电技术领域。它包括反光板、开关按键、挂钩、充电接口、防滑槽、高亮LED灯、手电筒本体、PCB板、带螺纹聚光罩。其特征是所述高亮LED贴装在PCB板上,且固定在灯头内,灯头内安装有一反光板,灯头上安装有一带螺纹聚光罩,挂钩、充电接口安装在手电筒本体尾部,开关按键为推动式,防滑槽雕刻在增强型高亮LED于电筒本体握手处,手电筒内放置一块可充电式理电池,LED灯寿命长达2万小时。该增强型高亮LED于电筒维修方便维修成本低,体积小,携带方便,聚光罩的使用,可以更高效的利用光源,同时适用野外检修高倍聚光电池模块。

技术领域
本发明涉及测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,属于太阳能光伏发电技术领域。 
背景技术
随着全球能源的日渐枯竭、核辐射带来的严重后果、人类环保意识的增强,太阳能发电已成为世界获取能源的新途径,尤其以高倍聚光太阳能á代表的新技术,更是世界关注的焦点。 
相对于低倍聚光系统,高倍聚光太阳能能够得到更高的效率以及更高的性价比。高倍聚光组件是发电系统中的核心,也是发电系统中价值最高的部分。高倍聚光组件的质量和成本将直接影响整个系统的质量和成本。但有时在生产及检测接收器时,如果遇到电力不稳,电力错峰,及野外检修无阳光时,因无法使用标准光源,我们就需一种可以临时替代的光源,这样就可以保证生产,及检修工作继续进行。实验证明,使用增强型高亮LED 手电筒可以临时替代标准光源测试。但现在市面上都是普通的LED 于电,光源散射比较大,根本无法满足测试的要求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,该高亮LED 手电筒用于解决现有技术的不足。 
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是它包括反光板、开关按键、挂钩、充电接口、防滑槽、高亮LED灯、手电筒本体、PCB 板、带螺纹聚光罩:所述高亮LED 贴装在PCB 板上,且固定在灯头内,灯头内安装有一反光板,灯头上安装有一带螺纹聚光罩,挂钩、充电接口安装在于电筒本体尾部,开关按键为推动式,防滑槽雕刻在增强型高亮LED 手电筒本体握手处,手电筒内放置一块可充电式理电池。 
所述反光板为塑料及其它材料所制成,且反光面涂有反光材料分子。 
所述高亮LED ,为贴片式高亮LED 灯,单颗灯电流为100mA,且亮度都达到2000cd/m2 以上。 
所述LED 可以为1 颗或多颗。 
所述增强型高亮LED 于电筒,子电筒本体为铝,铝合金或其它金属材料制成。 
所述带螺纹聚光罩可为塑料、铝或其它材料制成,且内部涂有反光材料分子。 
本发明测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒的优点主要体现在:1.体积小,携带方便;2. 替代标准光源测试时也能达到检测效果; 3. 适应野外检修高倍聚光电池模块;4. 可充电锂电池可以提供更充足的电力相比碱性电池和钮扣电池; 5. 维修简单及LED 灯寿命长达2 万小时;6. 安装聚光罩后,可以更高效的利用光源。

具体实施例
下面结合附图对本发明进一步的说明。 
测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,如图1 所示,它包括1 、反光板2 、开关按键3 、挂钩4 、充电接口5 、防滑槽6 、高亮LED 灯7 、于电筒本体8 、PCB 板9 、带螺纹聚光罩;其特征是所述高亮LED 灯6 贴装在PCB 板8 上,且固定在灯头内,灯头内安装有一反光板1,灯头处安装有一带螺纹聚光罩9 ,挂钩3 、充电接口4 安装在于电筒本体7 尾部,开关按键2 安装在于电筒本体7 的正面上,且为推动式开关,防滑槽5 雕刻在于电筒本体的表面上。 
具体应用时,参见图1,首先将充电接口4 接入电源插座进行充屯,充电完成后拔下来持用;当需要检测聚光太阳能电池片或者接收器模块时,推动开关按键到开的状态,开启后,光源经过内部反光板及带螺纹聚光罩的作用后,聚焦到待测聚光太阳能电池片上,聚光太阳能电池接收到光亮后,经由测试系统测试出产品的性能参数或者直接评估产品的好坏。 
本发明中,作为变行实施例,高亮LED 于电筒材质可以为铝,铝合金等材质,可以为圆形或其它形状;高亮LED 灯可以为任何功率;电池可以为任何普通电池或者纽扣电池;带螺纹聚光罩的光线出射口大小和形状可为任何大小和形状,本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。 

Claims (6)

1.测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是,它包括反光板、开关按键、挂钩、充电接口、防滑槽、高亮LED 灯、手电筒本体、PCB 板、带螺纹聚光罩,所述高亮LED贴装在PCB 板上,且固定在灯头内,灯头内安装有一反光板,灯头上安装有一带螺纹聚光罩,挂钩、充电接口安装在于电筒本体尾部,开关按键为推动式,防滑槽雕刻在增强型高亮LED 于电筒本体握于处,子电筒内放置一块可充电式理电池。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种简易检测聚光太阳能的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是所述反光板为塑料或其它材料所制成,且反光面涂有反光材料。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种简易检测聚光太阳能的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是所述高亮LED ,为贴片式高亮LED 灯,单颗灯电流为100mA,且亮度都达到2000cd/m2 以上。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的测试高倍聚光太阳能电池的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是所述LED 可以为1 颗或多颗。
5.根据权利要求l 所述的一种简易检测聚光太阳能的增强型高亮LED 手电筒,其特征是所述高亮LED 手电筒,于电筒本体为铝,铝合金或其它金属材料制成。
6.根据权利要求l 所述的一种简易检测聚光太阳能的增强型高亮LED 子电筒,其特征是所述带螺纹聚光罩可为塑料、铝或其它材料制成,且内部涂有反光材料。
