本发明涉及一种地质勘探用浅层手动取土套结构,包括取土套,所述取土套的外壁螺旋装置有抱紧套,抱紧套的下端带有抱紧环部。所述抱紧环部的内侧带有螺旋槽,取土套的下端外壁固连有导向块,导向块与所述螺旋槽配合。本发明的结构简单、设计合理,其工作可靠性高;采用抱紧套对土样的局部封闭结构,有效地防止土样脱离取土套,提高取样效率;抱紧套与取土套之间为螺旋结构,方便抱紧操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘探设备领域,尤其涉及一种用于浅层土壤取土样的装置。
背景技术
在地质勘探领域中,采集土样品时常常用到取土器。现有的取土器结构包括圆环形底座,底座的中心固连有导向座,导向座的中心滑动装置取土杆,取土杆为上端带有丝杆下端带有取土套的结构,丝杆螺旋连接于丝杆座内,丝杆座与圆环形底座固定连接。上述取土器的取土杆存在的缺点是:取土杆的下端为筒形状结构,取土后脱离地面时,土样品容易从筒内脱落,导致需要多次取土,效率低;并且筒形结构的下端取样时的掘进力不足,一次取样耗费的时间较长。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有现有技术中的缺点,进行研究及改进,提供一种结构合理、方便使用、效率高的地质勘探用浅层手动取土套结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种地质勘探用浅层手动取土套结构,包括取土套,所述取土套的外壁螺旋装置有抱紧套,抱紧套的下端带有抱紧环部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述抱紧环部的内侧带有螺旋槽,取土套的下端外壁固连有导向块,导向块与所述螺旋槽配合。
所述导向块包括多个并分别布置于取土套的下端部的上下部位。
位于取土套下端部的下部的导向块安装于取土套的端槽中。
所述取土套带有外螺纹,抱紧套带有内螺纹。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的结构简单、设计合理,其工作可靠性高;采用抱紧套对土样的局部封闭结构,有效地防止土样脱离取土套,提高取样效率;抱紧套与取土套之间为螺旋结构,方便抱紧操作。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的地质勘探用浅层手动取土套结构,包括取土套1,取土套1的外壁螺旋装置有抱紧套2,取土套1带有外螺纹11,抱紧套2带有内螺纹21;抱紧套2的下端带有抱紧环部22,抱紧环部22的内侧带有螺旋槽221,取土套1的下端外壁固连有导向块3,导向块3与螺旋槽221配合,导向块3包括多个并分别布置于取土套1的下端部的上下部位,位于取土套1下端部的下部的导向块3安装于取土套1的端槽12中。
本发明的使用使用时,取土套1置入地下取土点后,旋转抱紧套2的下端压入地下,直至达到取土点;转动抱紧套2,将抱紧套2相对取土套1向下旋入,抱紧套2下端的抱紧环部22在导向块3的导向作用下,向取土套1的下端靠拢,将取土套1中的土样进行局部封闭,防止其漏出;取出取土套1后即完成取土样操作。
本发明的结构简单、设计合理,其工作可靠性高;采用抱紧套对土样的局部封闭结构,有效地防止土样脱离取土套,提高取样效率;抱紧套与取土套之间为螺旋结构,方便抱紧操作。
