Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水纺织品,包括:耐磨层、防水薄膜层和防辐射层,所述防辐射层包括:金属微丝网和护肤层,所述金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述护肤层包裹在所述金属微丝网的表面,所述防水薄膜层一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述耐磨层相贴合,另一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述防辐射层的护肤层相贴合,通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,手感舒适,且能够具备有防辐射、防水、耐磨的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料领域,特别涉及一种防水纺织品。
背景技术
随着现在生活水平的不断提高,人们对于自身穿着面料的要求也越来越高,从而各种功能性面料层出不穷,现阶段,对于孕妇而言,防辐射服为必不可少的服装,其面料主要依靠服装内的金属丝进行防辐射处理,但是此面料遇到水后,里面的金属丝就会慢慢生锈,影响其防辐射性能,主要缺陷为:使用环境要求高、不能遇水,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水纺织品,本发明结构简单,手感舒适,且能够具备有防辐射、防水、耐磨的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防水纺织品,包括:耐磨层、防水薄膜层和防辐射层,所述防辐射层包括:金属微丝网和护肤层,所述金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述护肤层包裹在所述金属微丝网的表面,所述防水薄膜层一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述耐磨层相贴合,另一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述防辐射层的护肤层相贴合。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述耐磨层采用莫代尔制成,使面料不仅手感佳、透气滑爽,并且具备有较强的耐磨性。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述防水薄膜层采用由高分子防水透气材料制成的PTEE膜,使得面料具备有较强的防水性能。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述护肤层采用纯棉面料制成,使面料穿着在身上具备优越的舒适性。
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述金属细线的直径为20-30μm,便于金属细线的纺织,保证面料的柔软性,防止面料过硬而无法加工。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将相互导通的金属微丝网包裹在护肤层内部,从而具备有防辐射的功效,同时在防辐射层上方贴合有一防水薄膜层,使得面料能够具备有防水功效,并在薄膜层上贴合有耐磨层,使得面料能够具备有较高的耐磨性,进一步保证防水性。

本发明进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参考图1在本发明的实施例中,一种防水纺织品,包括:耐磨层1、防水薄膜层2和防辐射层,所述防辐射层包括:金属微丝网3和护肤层4,所述金属微丝网3由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述护肤层4包裹在所述金属微丝网3的表面,所述防水薄膜层2一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述耐磨层1相贴合,另一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述防辐射层的护肤层4相贴合。
其中,所述金属细线的直径为20-30μm,由于金属细线的粗细影响其自身的纺织加工的难度,直径过厚,会使得金属细线的硬度过大,难以加工,而直径过细,会导致面料的防辐射性能较低,采用金属细线的直径优选为为20-30μm。
进一步说明,所述耐磨层1采用莫代尔制成,使面料不仅手感佳、透气滑爽,并且具备有较强的耐磨性;所述防水薄膜层2采用由高分子防水透气材料制成的PTEE膜,使得面料具备有较强的防水性能;所述护肤层4采用纯棉面料制成,使面料穿着在身上具备优越的舒适性。
区别于现有技术,本发明揭示了一种防水纺织品,在护肤层4内部包裹有由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成的金属微丝网3,能够使面料具备有防辐射的特点,然后再在防辐射层的表面通过热熔胶点钜涂层和防水薄膜层2的一面相贴合,使得面料具备有防水的功效,保证内部金属细线的使用耐久性,由于防水薄膜层2较易磨损,再在防水薄膜层2的另一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层和耐磨层1相连,提高面料整体的耐磨性,整体结构简单,感受舒适,设计新颖。

1.一种防水纺织品,其特征在于:包括:耐磨层、防水薄膜层和防辐射层,所述防辐射层包括:金属微丝网和护肤层,所述金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述护肤层包裹在所述金属微丝网的表面,所述防水薄膜层一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述耐磨层相贴合,另一面通过热熔胶点钜涂层与所述防辐射层的护肤层相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织品,其特征在于:所述耐磨层采用莫代尔制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织品,其特征在于:所述防水薄膜层采用由高分子防水透气材料制成的PTEE膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织品,其特征在于:所述护肤层采用纯棉面料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水纺织品,其特征在于:所述金属细线的直径为20-30μm。
