本发明车工内夹弹簧夹具涉及机械加工领域,具体涉及车工内夹弹簧夹具,包括底座,所述底座上通过紧固螺栓连接有一夹具壳体,所述夹具壳体上设置有一凹槽,且下底面开有一中心孔,所述夹具壳体的凹槽内设置有一夹爪座,所述夹爪座上设置有若干夹爪,夹爪和夹爪座通过螺栓相连,所述夹爪座通过穿过夹具壳体中心孔的拉杆螺钉与底座相连。本发明定位精准,且可通过更滑夹爪实现不同尺寸的套圈加工,能覆盖多个型号的产品,大大降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,具体涉及车工内夹弹簧夹具。
背景技术
轴承套圈车削加工使用的夹具大多为专用弹簧夹具,对夹具的基本要求是:夹持工件要牢固可靠,工件变形要小,定位精度要高,操作迅速省力,装卸、调整方便,夹具本身易于制造。但现今通用的车削加工内夹弹簧央具存在以下问题:
1、夹具与法兰盘无法同心;夹具壳体作为内夹式弹簧夹具的关键零件,只用3只螺钉与凸缘连接,工作时,在自身重量、工件重量和切削力的共同作用下,壳体会发生位移,无法保证壳体轴心线与主轴轴心线的同心,加工出来的工件壁厚差大、圆度超差、尺寸离散性大,不符合工艺要求;
2、定位不准确,在壳体上用3只螺钉作为工件轴向定位元件,其刚性、精度都无法保证工件的加工精度,在较大轴向切削力作用下易发生弹性变形及磨损,加工出来的工件宽度方向尺寸散差性大;
3、成本高,弹簧夹头作为内夹式弹簧夹具的核心零件,本身的制造成本高、加工难度大。且当加工不同型号的套圈时,需整体更换弹簧夹头,更换成本也较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种定位精准,且可通过更滑夹爪实现不同尺寸的套圈加工,能覆盖多个型号的产品,大大降低了生产成本的车工内夹弹簧夹具。
本发明车工内夹弹簧夹具,包括底座,所述底座上通过紧固螺栓连接有一夹具壳体,所述夹具壳体上设置有一凹槽,且下底面开有一中心孔,所述夹具壳体的凹槽内设置有一夹爪座,所述夹爪座上设置有若干夹爪,夹爪和夹爪座通过螺栓相连,所述夹爪座通过拉杆螺钉穿过夹具壳体与底座相连。
优选地,夹爪座上成60°对称分布有六个夹爪。
优选地,夹具壳体凹槽为喇叭状,且夹爪座上的六个夹爪与凹槽相配合。
优选地,底座上设置有定位台阶。
本发明定位精准,且可通过更滑夹爪实现不同尺寸的套圈加工,能覆盖多个型号的产品,大大降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
本发明车工内夹弹簧夹具,包括底座1,所述底座1上通过紧固螺栓3连接有一夹具壳体2,所述夹具壳体2上设置有一凹槽,且下底面开有一中心孔,所述夹具壳体2的凹槽内设置有一夹爪座4,所述夹爪座4上成60°对称分布有六个夹爪5,夹爪5和夹爪座4通过螺栓相连,所述夹爪座4通过拉杆螺钉6穿过夹具壳体2与底座1相连。夹具壳体2凹槽为喇叭状,且夹爪座4上的六个夹爪5与凹槽相配合。底座上设置有定位台阶7,所述夹具壳体2通过定位台阶7实现径向定位。
当拉杆移动时,带动夹爪座4一起移动,并使其头部的夹爪5作相应的径向收缩或放松,从而夹紧或松开工件8。

1.一种车工内夹弹簧夹具,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上通过紧固螺栓(3)连接有一夹具壳体(2),所述夹具壳体(2)上设置有一凹槽,且下底面开有一中心孔,所述夹具壳体(2)的凹槽内设置有一夹爪座(4),所述夹爪座(4)上设置有若干夹爪(5),夹爪(5)和夹爪座(4)通过螺栓相连,所述夹爪座(4)通过穿过夹具壳体(2)中心孔的拉杆螺钉(6)与底座(1)相连。
2.如权利要求1所述车工内夹弹簧夹具,其特征在于,所述夹爪座(4)上成60°对称分布有六个夹爪(5)。
3.如权利要求2所述车工内夹弹簧夹具,其特征在于,所述夹具壳体(2)凹槽为喇叭状,且夹爪座(4)上的六个夹爪(5)与凹槽相配合。
4.如权利要求3所述车工内夹弹簧夹具,其特征在于,所述底座(1)上设置有定位台阶(7)。
