Description

Calibration method, calibration device and calibration system for touch screen
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a calibration method, a calibration device, and a calibration system for a touch screen.
Background
With the rapid development of display technology, Touch Screen panels (Touch Screen panels) have gradually spread throughout the lives of people. Currently, a touch screen includes a touch panel and a display panel, and may be divided into: an add Mode Touch Panel (add Mode Touch Panel) and an In Cell Touch Panel (In Cell Touch Panel). The external hanging type touch screen is produced by separately producing a touch panel and a display panel and then attaching the touch panel and the display panel together; the in-cell touch panel embeds the touch electrodes of the touch panel inside the display panel.
Because the touch screen has mechanical errors and errors of amplification factors, corresponding points of graphs on the touch panel and the display panel have certain deviation, namely the touch panel and the display panel are in different plane coordinate systems, and the horizontal axis and the vertical axis of the coordinate system of the touch panel and the coordinate system of the display panel cannot be completely superposed, as shown in fig. 1a to 1c, after the external-hanging touch screen is assembled into a complete machine, relative displacement deviation and rotation deviation on the same plane may exist between the display panel 01 and the touch panel 02, and zooming deformation deviation caused by the fact that the display panel 01 and the touch panel 02 are not on the same horizontal plane, and after the embedded touch screen is assembled into the complete machine, relative displacement deviation on the same plane may also exist in the process of carrying out coordinate mapping. Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the external touch screen or the internal touch screen needs to be calibrated after being assembled into a complete machine. Calibration is a graphic reconstruction process, i.e. the picture is transformed into a set of points consistent with the display panel by some transformation method. The existing calibration method mainly includes that an operator manually touches a certain calibration point on a display panel, capacitance at a touch point position generated by manual touch on a touch panel changes, and the calibration point and a coordinate point of the touch point position with the changed capacitance on the touch panel are analyzed, so that calibration between the display panel and the touch panel is realized.
Therefore, how to make the calibration precision between the display panel and the touch panel more accurate is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

In a specific implementation, in the calibration method for a touch screen provided in the embodiment of the present invention, determining a corresponding relationship between a touch panel coordinate system and a display panel coordinate system may specifically include:
first, a formula of a corresponding relationship between a touch panel coordinate system and a display panel coordinate system can be obtained by the following method, as shown in fig. 5, xOy is a coordinate system of the display panel, x "O 'y" is a projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel, and a horizontal axis and a vertical axis of x "O' y" are respectively l1And l2,l1And l2The parameter equations of (1) are respectively as follows:
wherein (x)0,y0) Indicating the coordinate position of the origin of the projected coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel in the display panel coordinate system, α indicating the horizontal axis and the display of the projected coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panelThe angle between the horizontal axes of the panel coordinate system, β represents the angle between the vertical axis of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel and the vertical axis of the display panel coordinate system.
Therefore, at any point M in the plane, the coordinate position of the coordinate system xOy on the display panel is (x, y), and the coordinate position of the projection coordinate system x "O' y" on the display panel is (x ", y"), as shown in fig. 5, the point M is actually a straight line l1Along a line l2After translation by a distance y ″)xAnd a straight line l2Along a line l1The intersection point of ly after translation by a distance x ″, i.e.
Two straight lines lxIntersect with ly, then there is, t1=x″,t2Y ", then there are
The coordinate system xOy of the display panel is projected to the projection coordinate system x ' O ' y ' of the touch panel on the display panel, which has a certain scaling change, i.e. the coordinate system of the touch panel
Wherein k isxA scaling factor, k, between the horizontal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and the horizontal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate systemyAnd the scaling coefficient is expressed between the longitudinal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and the longitudinal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate system.
Therefore, the formula of the coordinate correspondence relationship between the display panel and the touch panel is as follows:
wherein (x)0,y0) And the coordinate position of the origin of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel in the coordinate system of the display panel is represented.
There are various methods for obtaining the formula of the coordinate correspondence relationship between the display panel and the touch panel, and the method is not limited herein.
Calculating an included angle α between the horizontal axis of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel and the horizontal axis of the display panel coordinate system, an included angle β between the vertical axis of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel and the vertical axis of the display panel coordinate system, and a scaling coefficient k between the horizontal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and the horizontal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate system according to the coordinate position (x, y) of each correction point in the display panel coordinate system and the coordinate position (x ', y') of each determined equivalent touch point in the touch panel coordinate system by adopting the obtained formula of the coordinate correspondence relationship between the display panel and the touch panelxAnd a scaling coefficient k between a longitudinal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and a longitudinal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate systemyThe corresponding relation between the touch panel coordinate system and the display panel coordinate system can be determined.
In the following, a specific example is described in detail to illustrate that, in the calibration method for a touch screen according to an embodiment of the present invention, determining a corresponding relationship between a touch panel coordinate system and a display panel coordinate system includes the following steps:

according to the above three sets of equations, the angle α between the horizontal axis of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel and the horizontal axis of the display panel coordinate system is 30 °, the angle β between the vertical axis of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel and the vertical axis of the display panel coordinate system is 60 °, and the scaling factor between the horizontal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and the horizontal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate system can be calculatedBetween the longitudinal axis value of the touch panel coordinate system and the longitudinal axis value corresponding to the projection coordinate systemScaling factorAnd the coordinate position of the origin of the projection coordinate system of the touch panel on the display panel in the coordinate system of the display panel is (1, 1), namely (x)0,y0) If the coordinate system of the touch panel corresponds to the coordinate system of the display panel, the coordinate system of the touch panel corresponds to (1, 1):
