本发明公开了一种复合闭锁连接环,包含至少两个环体;每个所述的环体上均设置有卡槽、凸起、连接定位槽和连接开口;所述卡槽和凸起分别设置在环体的两侧上,卡槽和凸起均沿环体的周向设置;一个环体的凸起与另一个环体的卡槽紧密配合;所述连接定位槽对称地设置在同一个环体的两侧部上;本发明的复合闭锁连接环,可将多个环体组合使用,以适应不同的抗拉强度;同时,多个环体可以通过相对的滑动旋转,使连接开口封闭或打开,旋转后可以通过连接定位槽定位,被连接件也可以嵌在连接定位槽中,避免使用过程中环体产生相对滑动,使连接开口意外打开,造成安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接件,具体的说是一种结构简单、使用方便的复合闭锁连接环。
背景技术
机械部件中常使用到一些临时性连接部件,使用时通过连接部件连接起来,用完后将连接部件卸下,回归原状态,这些连接部件为了保证连接的稳定性,通常结构较为复杂,使用不方便;而一些结构简单的连接部件结构稳定性较差,使用时隐患多;一些为了适应一般抗拉强度的连接而生产的连接环的壁厚较薄,当需要应对一些抗拉强度较高的连接件时,这些较薄的连接件无法组合使用,造成浪费;而且连接环的开口一般需要相应的封闭结构,较为复杂。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构简单、使用方便的复合闭锁连接环。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种复合闭锁连接环,包含至少两个环体;每个所述的环体上均设置有卡槽、凸起、连接定位槽和连接开口;所述卡槽和凸起分别设置在环体的两侧上,卡槽和凸起均沿环体的周向设置;一个环体的凸起与另一个环体的卡槽紧密配合;所述连接定位槽对称地设置在同一个环体的两侧部上。
优选的,所述环体在卡槽的开口处朝向开口的中心凸出,凸起在与环体的连接处向内侧凹陷,一个环体上的凸起的凹陷部分与另一个环体上的卡槽的凸出部分相配合。
优选的,同一个环体上的两个相对称的连接定位槽的中心的连线与环体的连接开口到环体的中心的连线相垂直。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的复合闭锁连接环,可将多个环体组合使用,以适应不同的抗拉强度;同时,多个环体可以通过相对的滑动旋转,使连接开口封闭或打开,旋转后可以通过连接定位槽定位,被连接件也可以嵌在连接定位槽中,避免使用过程中环体产生相对滑动,使连接开口意外打开,造成安全隐患。

如附图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种复合闭锁连接环,包含三个环体1;每个所述的环体1上均设置有卡槽2、凸起3、连接定位槽4和连接开口;所述卡槽2和凸起3分别设置在环体1的两侧上,卡槽2和凸起3均沿环体1的周向设置;所述环体1在卡槽2的开口处朝向开口的中心凸出,凸起3在与环体1的连接处向内侧凹陷,一个环体1上的凸起3的凹陷部分与另一个环体1上的卡槽2的凸出部分相配合;所述连接定位槽4对称地设置在同一个环体1的两侧部上;同一个环体1上的两个相对称的连接定位槽4的中心的连线与环体1的连接开口到环体1的中心的连线相垂直。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:

1.一种复合闭锁连接环,其特征在于:包含至少两个环体(1);每个所述的环体(1)上均设置有卡槽(2)、凸起(3)、连接定位槽(4)和连接开口;所述卡槽(2)和凸起(3)分别设置在环体(1)的两侧上,卡槽(2)和凸起(3)均沿环体(1)的周向设置;一个环体(1)的凸起(3)与另一个环体(1)的卡槽(2)紧密配合;所述连接定位槽(4)对称地设置在同一个环体(1)的两侧部上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合闭锁连接环,其特征在于:所述环体(1)在卡槽(2)的开口处朝向开口的中心凸出,凸起(3)在与环体(1)的连接处向内侧凹陷,一个环体(1)上的凸起(3)的凹陷部分与另一个环体(1)上的卡槽(2)的凸出部分相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合闭锁连接环,其特征在于:同一个环体(1)上的两个相对称的连接定位槽(4)的中心的连线与环体(1)的连接开口到环体(1)的中心的连线相垂直。
