本发明公开了一种预防和治疗家禽胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药，该药物各组分的重量份数组成为：鹤虱10-30份，苦参10-35份，槟榔8-15份，乌梅5-12份，苦楝皮15-30份，大黄8-40份，百部10-60份，地肤子10-30份山楂15-30份，钩吻3-10份，使君子10-35份。该发明采用中药，并进行科学配伍，具有清热燥湿、驱虫、消积、增肥的功效，可广泛使用于驱除猪体内各种线虫、吸虫、绦虫、及鞭虫等的成虫、幼虫及虫卵。

一种预防和治疗家禽胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种兽药，具体涉及一种驱除家禽体内寄生虫的中兽药。
背景技术
中国是养猪大国，历史悠久，养猪、肉联产业已经成为中国副食品行业的生力军。国民食肉以猪肉为主，具有全国性统一的市场和机制，但是中国猪病综合防治体系不完善、认识不统一，各类疫病日渐增多且日趋复杂，尤其是猪胃肠道寄生虫，严重影响了猪肉食品卫生安全，进而影响了整个产业链条。
体内寄生虫主要有蛔虫、鞭虫、结节线虫、肾线虫、肺丝虫等；这几种体内寄生虫对猪机体的危害均较大；成虫与猪争夺营养成分，移行幼虫破坏猪的肠壁、肝脏和肺脏的组织结构和生理机能.造成猪日增重减少，抗病力下降等；体外寄生虫主要有螨、虱、蜱、蚊、蝇等；其中以螨虫对猪的危害最大；除干扰猪的正常生活节律、降低饲料报酬和影响猪的生长速度以及猪的整齐度外，并是很多疾病的如猪的乙型脑炎、细小病毒、猪的附红细胞体病等的重要传播者，给养猪业造成严重的经济损失。对于猪胃肠道寄生虫理论上可通过进行疫苗注射来减少及根除本病的发生但其保护力不高，使用效果不理想。另外也可以通过分点式饲养管理、全进全出的饲养方式控制本病，但在我国目前的情况下，无法完全实施这种饲养方式。而中草药是纯天然物质，含有多种生物有效成分，如生物碱、有机酸、鞣质、皂苷等，具有抗菌、抗病毒、杀虫、不易产生耐药性、无毒或低毒、无残留或低残留等特点，因此，对于猪胃肠道寄生虫的防治，选用中草药对其防治是较佳选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种种驱除家禽体内寄生虫的中兽药，其采用中药，并进行科学配伍，具有清热燥湿、驱虫、消积、增肥的作用、能够高效的驱除猪体内的各种寄生虫和促进猪只生长等作用。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下方案。
一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药，按照下面重量称取中药材：鹤虱10-30份，苦参10-35份，槟榔8-15份，乌梅5-12份，苦楝皮15-30份，大黄8-40份，百部10-60份，地肤子10-30份山楂15-30份，钩吻3-10份，使君子10-35份；将上述中药草加入8-10倍量的60％-90％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入葡萄糖和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂，1g相当于原药材3g，分装。
药物可以制成散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂。
制成散剂时，按重量比例称取符合要求的药材，粉碎，过筛，混合均匀，分装即得。
制成颗粒剂胶囊剂时，按比重称取相应药材，加入8-10倍量的60％-90％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入淀粉和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂或者胶囊剂，1g相当于原药材3g，分装。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药
按照下面重量称取中药材，鹤虱10kg，苦参35kg，槟榔9kg，乌梅5kg，苦楝皮18kg，大黄30kg，百部15kg，地肤子30kg,山楂15kg，钩吻5kg，使君子35kg,将上述中药材粉碎过200目筛，混合均匀后，分装，没袋500g。
实施例2：一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药
按照下面重量称取中药材：鹤虱30kg，苦参15kg，槟榔15kg，乌梅12kg，苦楝皮30kg，大黄40kg，百部30kg，地肤子15kg，山楂15kg，钩吻3kg，使君子35kg；将上述中药草加入8倍量的75％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入淀粉和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂，1g相当于原药材3g，分装。
实施例3：一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药
按照下面重量称取中药材：鹤虱20kg，苦参10kg，槟榔9kg，乌梅16kg，苦楝皮24kg，大黄33kg，百部21kg，地肤子11kg，山楂17kg，钩吻8kg，使君子24kg；将上述中药草加入10倍量的90％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入淀粉和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂，1g相当于原药材3g，灌装如胶囊，制成胶囊剂。

1.一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药其特征在于：按照下面重量称取中药材：鹤虱10-30份，苦参10-35份，槟榔8-15份，乌梅5-12份，苦楝皮15-30份，大黄8-40份，百部10-60份，地肤子10-30份山楂15-30份，钩吻3-10份，使君子10-35份；将上述中药草加入8倍量的75％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入葡萄糖和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂，1g相当于原药材3g，分装。
2.根据权利要求1所诉的一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药，其特征在于：所诉的药物可以制成散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂。
3.根据权利要求1所诉的一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药，其特征在于：制成散剂时，按重量比例称取符合要求的药材，粉碎，过筛，混合均匀，分装即得。
4.根据权利要求1所诉的一种预防和治疗猪胃肠道寄生虫的中兽药，其特征在于：制成颗粒剂胶囊剂时，按比重称取相应药材，加入8-10倍量的60-90％的乙醇浸泡24小时，70℃回流提取2次，第一次3小时，第二次提取2小时，高速离心去除沉淀，低温真空浓缩至药液与药材比为1:1，浓缩药液相对密度为1.1时，加入淀粉和环糊精，干燥，制成颗粒剂或者胶囊剂，1g相当于原药材3g，分装。
