本发明涉及剪刀,尤其是涉及骨科复合检诊剪锤。
背景技术
骨科医生在对患者进行治疗时,根据骨病患者的病情,常常需要对病患部位进行叩诊检查、夹持剪切软硬物、长度和角度测量定位、感觉定点检查、感觉平面检查、临床应用物的螺母调整等。目前,在进行上述检查操作时,所使用的器械多为单一功能的器具,这就给骨科医生在对患者进行检查、施术治疗时带来诸多的不便。

本发明所述的骨科复合检诊剪锤,包括由主动刀身、被动刀身,和开设在所述主、被动刀身上的刀刃,以及固定在主、被动刀身后部的刀柄杆和尾部的套指环所组成的剪刀本体;所述主动刀身或被动刀身的单边刀刃为锯齿形结构;主动刀身或被动刀身的单边剪切面上设置有开合角度尺寸指示标刻,被动刀身或主动刀身的单边刀背面设置有长度尺寸指示标刻;位于主、被动刀身相铰接的铰轴端面上设置有角度标刻;所述主动刀柄杆或被动刀柄杆的套指环为环腔结构,其内设置有弹性卷尺,该套指环的外周面下方固定有作为叩诊锤的硬韧突出部;被动刀柄杆或主动刀柄杆的套指环尾端设置有检测齿轮和检测凸尖。
位于所述被动刀身或主动刀身的单边刀背面顶端设置有书写笔铅芯套入筒,所述书写笔铅芯套入筒上设置有书写笔铅芯定位销;所述被动刀柄杆或主动刀柄杆的扩宽部开设有用于卧入内六方螺丝扳手的凹腔。
本发明优点在于集聚了骨科临床检查的叩诊锤、圆规测画、两点分辨、感觉凸尖定点检测、感觉平面滚动齿轮检测、角度检测评定、长度测量、单刀刃锯齿剪刀、传统剪刀等多项功能为一体,大大方便了中、西医骨科医生的临床检测、治疗。

如图1所示,本发明所述的骨科复合检诊剪锤,包括由主动刀身1、被动刀身2,和开设在主、被动刀身1、2上的刀刃,以及分别固定在主、被动刀身1、2后部的主、被动刀柄杆3、4和尾部的套指环8、14所组成的剪刀本体;主动刀身1的单边刀刃5设置为锯齿形结构,更利于骨科医生在对病人的治疗实施过程中对夹板软、硬物的处理;主动刀身1的单边剪切面上设置有开合角度尺寸指示标刻6,满足了对治疗部位的角度测量;被动刀身2的单边刀背面设置有长度尺寸指示标刻7,方便了骨科医生用于两点感觉分辨及短距离检测的操作;位于主、被动刀身1、2相铰接的铰轴端面上设置有角度标刻15;主动刀柄杆3的套指环8设置为环腔结构,其内设置有弹性卷尺9,这不仅便于长度测量,而且固定于套指环8外周面下方的硬韧突出部16又可作为叩诊锤进行治疗使用;被动刀柄杆4的扩宽部开设有用于卧入内六方螺丝扳手的凹腔17,方便了骨科手术临床应用物的螺母调整;被动刀柄杆4的套指环尾端设置有检测齿轮10和检测凸尖11,检测齿轮10用于治疗部位的感觉平面滚动检测,检测凸尖11用于治疗部位的感觉定点检测;位于被动刀身2的单边刀背面顶端设置有书写笔铅芯套入筒12,书写笔铅芯套入筒12上设置有书写笔铅芯定位销13,这样装上书写笔铅芯即可作为圆规使用。
