Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种HARQ反馈方法、用户设备和基站,该方法包括:在该UE的辅小区的子帧N上接收物理下行共享信道PDSCH;根据该辅小区的子帧N以及该辅小区的HARQ反馈时序,确定用于对该PDSCH进行HARQ反馈的该辅小区的子帧M;在该辅小区的子帧M的缺省物理上行共享信道PUSCH资源上发送该HARQ反馈,其中该缺省PUSCH资源为基站预先配置的PUSCH资源,或者该缺省PUSCH资源为当确定该UE在该辅小区的子帧N上接收PDSCH后,在该辅小区的子帧M上配置的缺省PUSCH资源,该基站为该主小区对应的基站或该辅小区对应的基站。本发明实施例中,通过在UE的辅小区的子帧上配置缺省PUSCH资源,并利用该缺省PUSCH资源进行HARQ反馈,确保了HARQ反馈的顺利进行。
