技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡扣。
背景技术
当移动电气设备操作时,由于接地不能跟随的原因致使无法可靠接地,存在漏电、触电等危险源,所以需要一种便携、移动性能强的接地卡扣,当移动至操作区域,卡扣可固定在现有的接地引下线上,能跟随移动电气设备进行操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动式防漏电、防触电接地卡扣装置,,可以提供稳定地连接地线。
本发明的技术方案是: 移动式防漏电、防触电接地卡扣装置,用于电路上的接地板,包括卡扣本体和锁紧螺杆,所述卡扣本体呈“h”形,卡扣本体的下部设有向底部开口的卡口,所述卡口的宽度与待连接的接地板的宽度相适配,卡扣本体的上部为连接板,所述卡口的两侧为板状的左支腿和右支腿,左支腿和右支腿的中部位置相互对应设有通孔,锁紧螺杆穿过两个通孔,锁紧螺杆的左右两端分别连接蝶形螺母和锁紧螺母,蝶形螺母和锁紧螺母分别位于左支腿和右支腿的外侧;所述左支腿和右支腿的下半部分各设有一个防脱卡扣,两个防脱卡扣的开口相对设置,防脱卡扣包括两个横板,横板端部垂直连接在左支腿或右支腿上,两个横板之间的间距与待卡接的接地板的厚度相适配;连接板上设有接地连接孔,接地连接孔内穿设有接地螺栓,接地螺栓连接有接地线。
所述卡扣本体上涂覆有蓝黄相间的漆层。左支腿和右支腿相互平行。所述连接板上还设有备用连接孔,备用连接孔位于接地连接孔的下侧。所述卡扣本体的材料为镀锌扁铁。
本发明的优点:
1、采用-60×6镀锌扁铁,接地线采用6mm2黄绿双色多股软铜线,价格低廉,方便耐用,无需经常移动、更换。
2、增加了对移动电气设备有效的可靠接地,避免了接地防护不到位的现象。由原来的固定接地极创新出现在的移动式接地卡扣。
3、采用扁铁,体积小便于携带。
4、结构简单、安装维护方便,寿命长。
此装置起到了明显的安全保护效果,完全避免了移动设备不能有效的可靠接地等现象,外观简单,安装使用方便,后期维护费用低,且效果显著。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明用于电路上的接地板4,包括卡扣本体1和锁紧螺杆2,卡扣本体1呈“h”形,卡扣本体1的下部设有向底部开口的卡口3,卡口3的宽度与待连接的接地板4的宽度相适配。卡扣本体上涂覆有蓝黄相间的漆层。
卡扣本体1的上部为连接板5,卡口3的两侧为板状的左支腿6和右支腿7,左支腿6和右支腿7相互平行。
左支腿6和右支腿7的中部位置相互对应设有通孔8,锁紧螺杆2穿过两个通孔8,锁紧螺杆2的左右两端分别连接蝶形螺母9和锁紧螺母10,蝶形螺母9和锁紧螺母10分别位于左支腿6和右支腿7的外侧;左支腿6和右支腿7的下半部分各设有一个防脱卡扣11,两个防脱卡扣11的开口相对设置。
防脱卡扣11包括两个垂直连接在左支腿6或右支腿7上的横板12,两个横板12之间的间距与待卡接的接地板4的厚度相适配;连接板4上设有接地连接孔13,接地连接孔13内穿设有接地螺栓14,接地螺栓14连接有接地线15。
连接板4上还设有备用连接孔16,备用连接孔16位于接地连接孔13的下侧。
卡扣本体1采用-60×6镀锌扁铁,接地线15采用6mm2黄绿双色多股软铜线。
卡口3提供固定作用,并在顶端加装螺帽能有效的连接、固定接地线,再用一根长15m接地线6mm2黄绿双色多股软铜线固定在螺帽上,使移动设备达到防漏电、防触电的效果。

1.移动式防漏电、防触电接地卡扣装置,用于电路上的接地板,其特征在于:包括卡扣本体和锁紧螺杆,所述卡扣本体呈“h”形,卡扣本体的下部设有向底部开口的卡口,所述卡口的宽度与待连接的接地板的宽度相适配,卡扣本体的上部为连接板,所述卡口的两侧为板状的左支腿和右支腿,左支腿和右支腿的中部位置相互对应设有通孔,锁紧螺杆穿过两个通孔,锁紧螺杆的左右两端分别连接蝶形螺母和锁紧螺母,蝶形螺母和锁紧螺母分别位于左支腿和右支腿的外侧;所述左支腿和右支腿的下半部分各设有一个防脱卡扣,两个防脱卡扣的开口相对设置,防脱卡扣包括两个横板,横板端部垂直连接在左支腿或右支腿上,两个横板之间的间距与待卡接的接地板的厚度相适配;连接板上设有接地连接孔,接地连接孔内穿设有接地螺栓,接地螺栓连接有接地线。
