一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,包括冷冻柜、粉条托架和冷气管,所述冷冻柜内腔中固定安装有内饰板,所述内饰板两侧面之间等距离安装有粉条托架,所述粉条托架一侧设有温度感应器,所述温度感应器与控制器连接,所述内饰板与冷冻柜外壳之间两侧面设有冷气管,底部固定安装有风扇安装板,风扇安装板中部安装有风扇,内饰板上下设有上回风板和下回风板。该冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,增设了智能化温控设备和冷气循环装置,既可以很好的控制冷冻室内的温度,也可以使室内的温度均匀,提高了粉条生产质量,该装置,结构简单,设计合理,功能多,减少人工操作带来的误差,适合广泛的推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉条冷冻装置,尤其是涉及一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置。
背景技术
粉条加工工艺中,必不可少的一个步骤,把新鲜的粉条冷冻变干,既除去粉条的水分,由于粉条本身固有的特性,对于水分结冰的速度过于敏感,一旦速度过快,会使粉条变色,变形,粉条的质量下降,冷冻的温度一般控制在0到-4度之间,冷冻需要时间比较长,现有的没有智能化的控制,一般是人工在操作,且控制的不是很准确,冷冻时,由于冷气有自然下沉的原因,所以冷冻室内的温度一般是上面高下面低,这样就不利于粉条的冷冻,还很容易造成粉条冷冻变质的现象,解决智能化控制温度和冷冻室内温度均匀的问题迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,以解决现有技术粉条冷冻柜内无冷气循环装置的技术问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,包括冷冻柜、粉条托架和冷气管,所述冷冻柜内腔中固定安装有内饰板,所述内饰板两侧面之间等距离安装有粉条托架,所述粉条托架一侧设有温度感应器,所述温度感应器与控制器连接,所述内饰板与冷冻柜外壳之间两侧面设有冷气管,底部固定安装有风扇安装板,风扇安装板中部安装有风扇,内饰板上下设有上回风板和下回风板。所述冷冻柜和内饰板及上下回风板之间形成回风道,冷气在回风道内及冷冻柜内部之间循环。
优选的,所述粉条托架和上下回风板上均设有孔洞,使冷风变得均匀,粉条的水分含量分布均匀,防止出现粉条半干半潮现象。
有益效果:该冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,增设了智能化温控设备和冷气循环装置,既控制器与温度感应器构成智能化温控设备和风扇与上下回风板构成冷气循环装置,既可以很好的控制冷冻室内的温度,也可以使室内的温度均匀,解决了粉条在冷冻过程中的若干问题,避免粉条在冷冻过程中出现变质的问题,影响粉条的质量,提高了粉条生产质量,该装置,结构简单,设计合理,功能多,减少人工操作带来的误差,适合广泛的推广使用。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,如图所示,一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,包括冷冻柜1、粉条托架2和冷气管3,冷冻柜1内腔中固定安装有内饰板4,内饰板4两侧面之间等距离安装有粉条托架2,粉条托架2一侧设有温度感应器7,温度感应器7与控制器6连接,内饰板4与冷冻柜1外壳之间两侧面设有冷气管3,底部固定安装有风扇安装板5,风扇安装板5中部安装有风扇8,内饰板4上下设有上回风板10和下回风板9,粉条托架2和上下回风板10、9上均设有孔洞,冷冻柜1和内饰板4及上下回风板10、9之间形成回风道,冷气在回风道内及冷冻柜1内部之间循环。
工作原理:将粉条置于冷冻柜1内,在控制器6设置一定的温度范围(0度到-4度之间),关闭冷冻柜门,开启冷冻柜及冷气循环装置,此时冷冻柜开始工作,控制器6可以智能控制冷冻柜的温度,当温度低于所设定的温度是,及时关闭制冷系统,若高于所设定的温度是及时开启冷冻系统,冷气循环系统通过风扇8将冷冻柜1内的冷气抽出回到回风道内,通过回风道再次从上回风板10回到冷冻柜1内部,就此循环,可以使冷冻柜1内部的温度均匀。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,包括冷冻柜、粉条托架和冷气管,所述冷冻柜内腔中固定安装有内饰板,所述内饰板两侧面之间等距离安装有粉条托架,其特征在于:所述粉条托架一侧设有温度感应器,所述温度感应器与控制器连接,所述内饰板与冷冻柜外壳之间两侧面设有冷气管,底部固定安装有风扇安装板,风扇安装板中部安装有风扇,内饰板上下设有上回风板和下回风板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种冷气可循环的粉条冷冻装置,其特征在于:所述粉条托架和上下回风板上均设有孔洞。
