Abstract

本发明涉及医疗照明设备,尤其是使用在手术中所需的无影灯,具体是一种LED无影灯,它包括圆形灯壳,灯壳内设置有若干个LED灯板,灯板上设有LED灯的控制电路,所述灯板上的LED灯包含色温4000K的LED灯和色温6500K的LED灯两种。灯板设有四排LED灯,由扇形中心向外依次均布设有一、二、三、四颗LED灯;所述六个灯板上的各排LED灯在灯壳内形成四个同心圆。本发明采用LED灯组,功率小,色温、照度、显色指数等均达到本行业标准规定,并且灯组寿命长,制造成本低,具有一定的推广使用价值。

一种LED无影灯
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗照明设备,尤其是使用在手术中所需的无影灯,具体是一种LED 无影灯。
背景技术
目前无影灯多为卤钨灯作为光源,采用多个细小镜面反射灯罩,形成无影灯,但是卤钨灯属于热光灯,而且聚光光斑直径小光焦浅,灯泡使用寿命短,容易使人视觉疲劳。而LED 灯属于冷光源,十分适合使用在无影灯上,但是手术室中无影灯的光线要求严格,对色温、照度、显像指数都有较高要求。但是LED 灯光的显色性差,白光光谱较窄,并且LED 灯还有色温高的显像指数低、显像指数高的色温低的缺点,单独使用或简单的多个重复排列使用均不能达到无影灯的行业标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术所存在的不足,解决传统LED 灯不能满足无影灯制造要求,而提供一种LED 无影灯。
本方案是通过如下技术措施来实现的:一种LED 无影灯,它包括圆形灯壳,灯壳内设置有若干个LED 灯板,灯板上设有LED 灯的控制电路,所述灯板上的LED 灯包含有色温为4000K 和色温为6500K 的两种LED 灯;所述灯壳内呈环形均布设有六个扇形灯板,所述灯板设有四排LED 灯,由扇形中心向外依次均布设有一、二、三、四颗LED 灯;所述六个灯板上的各排LED 灯在灯壳内形成四个同心圆;所述每个灯板上第1 排一颗、第2 排二颗、第4 排四颗设置色温为4000K 的LED 灯,第3 排三颗为色温6500K 的LED 灯。
为了能调节无影灯的光斑焦距,所述灯板呈凹陷的圆弧形,灯板的一端与灯壳铰接,在灯壳中心端为活动端,活动端设有调节旋钮可通过调节灯板的摆动来调节灯光聚焦位置。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,采用LED 灯组,功率小,亮度高,灯组寿命长。本发明中色温为4000K 的LED 灯显色指数93,共有7*6=42 颗;色温为6500K 的LED 灯显色指数78,共有3*6=18 颗,。两种LED 灯相互交叉组合使用,可达到手术无影灯的基本标准。使整体色温在4000K—5000K 范围内调节,照度达到160000lx、显色指数90。完全达到YY0627-08 手术无影灯和诊断用照明灯安全专用要求。本发明组合简单,有利于批量生产,有较大的实用性,由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本方案进行阐述。
具体实施方式:如图1 所示,一种LED 无影灯,它包括圆形灯壳4,灯壳4 内设置有若干个LED 灯板3,灯板3 上设有LED 灯的控制电路,所述灯板3 上的LED 灯包含色温4000K的LED 灯1 和色温6500K 的LED 灯2 两种;所述灯壳4 内呈环形均布设有六个扇形灯板3,灯板3 设有四排LED 灯,由扇形中心向外依次均布设有一、二、三、四颗LED 灯;所述六个灯板3 上的各排LED 灯在灯壳4 内形成四个同心圆。每个灯板上第1 排一颗、第2 排二颗、第4 排四颗设置色温为4000K 的LED 灯1,第3 排三颗为色温6500K 的LED 灯2,一共有42 颗色温4000K 的LED 灯1 和18 颗色温6500K 的LED 灯2。所述灯板3 呈凹弧形,灯板3 的一端与灯壳4 铰接,在灯壳4 中心端为活动端,活动端设有调节旋钮5 可通过调节灯板的摆动来调节灯光聚焦位置。

1.一种LED 无影灯,它包括圆形灯壳,灯壳内设置有若干个LED 灯板,灯板上设有LED灯的控制电路,其特征是:所述灯板上的LED 灯包含有色温为4000K 和色温为6500K 的两种LED 灯;所述灯壳内呈环形均布设有六个扇形灯板,每个灯板上设有四排LED 灯,由扇形中心向外依次均布设有一、二、三、四颗LED 灯;所述六个灯板上的各排LED 灯在灯壳内形成四个同心圆;所述每个灯板上第1 排一颗、第2 排二颗、第4 排四颗设置色温为4000K 的LED灯,第3 排三颗为色温6500K 的LED 灯。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的LED 无影灯,其特征是:所述灯板呈凹陷的圆弧形,在灯壳中心端为活动端,活动端设有调节旋钮可通过调节灯板的摆动来调节灯光聚焦位置,灯板的一端与灯壳铰接。
