本发明涉及一种阀芯,特别是一种密封阀芯。 
背景技术
CN 202158209 U已经公开了一种轻触式龙头阀芯,CN 102072361 A已经公开了一种用于洁具的阀芯。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封阀芯,只要控制阀芯上部封水杆的上下移动就可以开启或关闭出水阀。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的密封阀芯,其特征在于:包括阀壳、阀座、封水片、封水片座、封水片盖、固定盖、封水杆、封水头、封水杆密封圈; 
其中,所述阀壳与所述阀座上都有进水口、出水口; 
其中,所述封水片上有连通小孔,所述封水片座上有控制孔,所述固定盖及所述封水片盖上有封水杆孔; 
所述封水片在所述封水片座上,所述封水头在所述封水杆的下端,所述阀座、所述封水片、所述封水片盖、所述封水杆密封圈、所述固定盖依次安装在所述阀壳内,所述封水杆在所述封水杆孔中且所述封水头在所述控制孔上方,且能自由上下活动; 
在有水流进入的情况下,当所述封水杆向上移动时,使所述封水头上移,从而打开了所述控制孔,在水压的作用下所述封水片及所述封水片座一同上移,从而打开了所述阀座上的所述出水口;当所述封水杆向下移动时,使所述封水头下移,从而关闭了所述控制孔,在水压的作用下所述封水片及所述封水片座一同下移,从而关闭了所述阀座上的所述出水口; 
作为本发明密封阀芯的改进,其进一步的特征是:还包括阀针,所述封水片盖上有阀针孔; 
作为本发明密封阀芯的改进,其进一步的特征是:所述阀壳与所述阀座为一体。 
本发明的有益效果是: 
只需轻轻控制阀芯上部封水杆上下移动就可以控制出水阀的开启或关闭。

参阅图2(a)、图2(b),固定盖4上有封水杆孔5; 
参阅图3(a)、图3(b),封水片盖6上有封水杆孔5、阀针孔7、阀针密封圈槽8、封水杆密封圈位9; 
参阅图4(a)、图4(b),封水片座10上有控制孔11、阀针孔7; 
参阅图5(a)、图5(b),封水片12上有连通小孔13,其中,封水片12是用胶体制成; 
参阅图6,阀座14上有进水口2、出水口3、密封圈槽15; 
参阅图11,封水杆20上有封水头固定部21; 
参阅图12,封水头22是用胶体制成,一端上有固定孔23; 
参阅图1(a)至图13,把封水片12安装在封水片座10上,使连通小孔13与阀针孔7对齐,把封水头22安装在封水杆20上,使封水头固定部21在固定孔23中,把阀座密封圈16安装到阀座14上的密封圈槽15中;把阀座14、封水片12、封水片盖6、依次安装在阀壳1内,使封水片盖6上的阀针孔7与封水片座10上的阀针孔7对齐,再把阀针17从封水片盖6上的阀针孔7插入封水片座10上的阀针孔7及连通小孔13中,再把阀针密封圈18安装到封水片盖6上的阀针密封圈槽8上,把封水杆密封圈19安装到封水片盖6上的封水杆密封圈位9上,再把固定盖4固定在上面,最后把封水杆20从上到下安装到封水杆孔5中; 
其中,阀壳1上的进水口2与阀座14上的进水口2部分对齐,阀壳1上的出水口3与阀座14上的出水口3对齐,封水头22在封水片座10上的控制孔11上方,封水杆20能在封水杆孔5中自由上下活动。 
下面介绍本发明的密封阀芯的工作过程 
参阅图13,当封水杆20向下移动时,封水头22下移,从而关闭了控制孔11,在水压的作用下封水片12及封水片座10一同下移,从而关闭了阀座14上的出水口3; 
参阅图14,当封水杆20向上移动时,封水头22上移,从而打开了控制孔11,在水压的作用下封水片12及封水片座10一同上移,从而打开了阀座14上的出水口3,水流从进 水口2流经出水口3后流出。 
在本发明的基础上可以使阀壳1与阀座14为一体,上述改进是本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (3)

1.一种密封阀芯,其特征在于:包括阀壳、阀座、封水片、封水片座、封水片盖、固定盖、封水杆、封水头、封水杆密封圈;
其中,所述阀壳与所述阀座上都有进水口、出水口;
其中,所述封水片上有连通小孔,所述封水片座上有控制孔,所述固定盖及所述封水片盖上有封水杆孔;
所述封水片在所述封水片座上,所述封水头在所述封水杆的下端,所述阀座、所述封水片、所述封水片盖、所述封水杆密封圈、所述固定盖依次安装在所述阀壳内,所述封水杆在所述封水杆孔中且所述封水头在所述控制孔上方,且能自由上下活动;
在有水流进入的情况下,当所述封水杆向上移动时,使所述封水头上移,从而打开了所述控制孔,在水压的作用下所述封水片及所述封水片座一同上移,从而打开了所述阀座上的所述出水口;当所述封水杆向下移动时,使所述封水头下移,从而关闭了所述控制孔,在水压的作用下所述封水片及所述封水片座一同下移,从而关闭了所述阀座上的所述出水口。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封阀芯,其特征在于:还包括阀针,所述封水片盖上有阀针孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的密封阀芯,其特征在于:所述阀壳与所述阀座为一体。
