Abstract

本发明公开了一种防爆风机,包括壳体,其特征在于:在所述的壳体上喷涂有一防爆材料形成的防爆层。所述的防爆材料为聚四氟乙稀,本发明在于改变传统防爆风机的制作办法,采用在机壳上喷涂一种防爆材料并形成防爆层解决本发明的防爆问题,并配上现有风机的高效弧形板式叶片结构叶轮,同时对风机叶轮和进风口间隙进行处理来进一步提高防爆性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及风机技术领域,具体是一种应用于化纤行业的防爆风机。
背景技术
    传统防爆风机一般采用铝叶轮、碳钢进风口或采用喉口加铜圈,碳钢叶轮两种形式。但在氨纶生产工艺中SM风机往往不允许采用铝和铜等任何有色金属,但又要风机防爆。
 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种成本低、易于生产的应用于化纤行业的防爆风机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防爆风机,包括壳体,其特征在于:在所述的壳体上喷涂有一防爆材料形成的防爆层。
所述的防爆材料为聚四氟乙稀。
本发明在于改变传统防爆风机的制作办法,采用在机壳上喷涂一种防爆材料并形成防爆层解决本发明的防爆问题,并配上现有风机的高效弧形板式叶片结构叶轮,同时对风机叶轮和进风口间隙进行处理来进一步提高防爆性能。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图,对本发明作详细说明,如图1、图2所示,本发明不锈钢防爆风机,包括壳体,在壳体1上喷涂有防爆层2,防爆层2的材料为聚四氟乙稀,氢氧化铝,石膏等。
