本发明涉及一种人造革，尤其涉及一种抗菌保暖静音人造革。
背景技术
 人造革是一种仿造天然皮革的塑料制品。通常以织布为基材，将聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯发泡层设于基材上，在发泡层上设有聚氨酯或聚氯乙烯表层，经压轮压平或压花，即得产品。随着人造革技术的发展，凭借其具有接近天然皮革的各种性能材质等特点，已经在生活中的大部分领域用于取代天然皮革。普通的人造革由基层和面层构成，基层为普通的织物，面层为PVC 塑料层，这样的人造革做的鞋子，功能单一，因为不通风的关系，容易滋生细菌的生长，且保暖性较差，不能满足人们在冬天穿着的需要。另外，现有人造革所采用的面料没有静音效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗菌保暖静音人造革，提高人造革的保暖性能和抗菌性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种抗菌保暖静音人造革，包括基层和表层，其特征在于所述在基层和表层之间设有抗菌夹层，在所述基层的内表面设置有绒面，所述基层由面料制成，所述面料包括面料本体，所述面料本体表面涂覆有聚乙烯树酯涂层，聚乙烯树酯涂层厚度为0.03~0.06mm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、本发明其基层表面呈绒面状，因此能够起到保暖的效果，还
能够增加人造革的饱满度，由于基层和面层之间设置有抗菌夹层，因此其具有抗菌、杀菌的功能，从而达到抗菌效果。
2、本发明通过在面料本体表面涂覆聚乙烯树酯涂层，制成的衣服穿着时无声音，且不受地理位置季节气候影响，穿着舒适，手感佳。
