技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料。
背景技术
机械涂料就是指涂装在机械表面及各类机器零部件上的涂料。机械涂料具有以下性能:
(1)遮盖力:
遮盖力通常用能使规定的黑白格掩盖所需的涂料重量来表示,重量越大遮盖力越小。
(2)涂抹附着力:
表示涂膜与基层的粘合力。
(3)粘度:
粘度的大小影响施工性能,不同的施工方法要求涂料有不同的粘度。
(4)细度:
细度大小直接影响涂膜表面的平整性和光泽。
给水管内壁由于长期受到水流的冲刷和处理潮湿的环境,很容易被腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了耐腐蚀性强的给水管内壁涂料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种给水管内壁涂料,各组分按重量份计:环氧树脂100份、二氧化钛15-19份、磷酸盐3-10份、硫酸钡0.5-4份。
作为优选方案,上述的给水管内壁涂料,各组分按重量份计:环氧树脂100份、二氧化钛17.5份、磷酸盐6份、硫酸钡2份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的给水管内壁涂料,针对给水管的作为特点,提供了一款抗冲击力强、不容易被腐蚀的内壁涂料。
