本发明涉及一种垃圾清理工具，具体地说就是一种带畚箕的垃圾桶。
背景技术
垃圾桶和畚箕是人们居家必备的卫生工具，随着历史沿革，他们的材质有很多变化，现代人们清扫垃圾通常将扫帚、垃圾桶和畚箕相配合，用扫帚将垃圾扫入畚箕，再由畚箕将垃圾倒入垃圾桶或垃圾袋完成清扫工作，在互相转倒的过程中往往垃圾又会洒落，人们往往要再做重复劳动，多个单一功能的工具也占据家里空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带畚箕的垃圾桶，即通过将在垃圾侧壁的通孔上设置类似于畚箕的垃圾引导槽，使得使用者可以直接将垃圾扫入垃圾桶，省略掉倒垃圾进垃圾桶的工序，避免二次劳动，提高清理效率。
本发明的技术方案是这样的：本发明由左壁、右壁和底板组成的垃圾引导槽、垃圾桶、垃圾桶壁通道、提把等组成，其主要结构特征在于：垃圾桶壁设有通道，垃圾引导槽的底板通过自弹铰链连接在位于通道的垃圾桶的底板上，垃圾引导槽以自弹铰链为转轴为轴转动开合，当垃圾引导槽立起时封闭通道，垃圾引导槽的左壁和右壁插置于通道中或卡置垃圾桶侧壁上。
垃圾引导槽的左壁和右壁分别设置有凸点，垃圾桶壁与之相应位置设有凹点，垃圾引导槽关闭时凸点和凹点相咬合。
通道上有活门，活门上缘通过铰链安置在通道上缘。
使用时，打开垃圾引导槽，将垃圾扫进垃圾引导槽后将其口部上仰，通道上的活门随重力打开，垃圾落入垃圾桶内。使用完毕，拉动垃圾引导槽使之封闭垃圾桶上通道。

具体实施方式
图1实施例中，垃圾桶壁设有通道6，垃圾引导槽的底板9通过自弹铰链7连接在垃圾桶的底板上，垃圾引导槽可以自弹铰链7为转轴为轴转动开合。垃圾引导槽的左壁8和右壁11间距离略小于或略大于通道6的宽度，当左壁8和右壁11间距离略小于通道6的宽度时，垃圾引导槽的左壁8和右壁11插置于通道6中，当左壁8和右壁11间距离略大于通道6的宽度时，垃圾引导槽的左壁8和右壁11包覆于垃圾桶壁外。使用时，垃圾引导槽可手动开合，也可用把手控制。当手动开合时，打开垃圾引导槽，使底板9与垃圾桶底部在一个平面，将垃圾扫入垃圾引导槽，再将口部略仰起，垃圾即进入垃圾桶中，不用时再将垃圾引导槽收起，使之封闭通道6；当使用手把控制时，打开手把20的锁套21，使拉线18处于松弛状态，杠杆17在弹簧16拉动下向前移动，使垃圾引导槽下移打开，使用完毕，握住把手，拉线18从导管19后移，拉动杠杆17向后移动，杠杆17拉动拉杆15，进而使垃圾引导槽上翘，封闭通道6.
本发明由于在原垃圾桶的基础上增加了垃圾引导槽，使得其使用比原结构垃圾桶功能更多，且更加简便、卫生。

Claims (3)

1.带畚箕的垃圾桶由左壁(8)、(11)右壁和底板(9)组成的垃圾引导槽、垃圾桶、垃圾桶壁通道(6)、提把(1)等组成，其特征在于：
垃圾桶壁设有通道(6)，垃圾引导槽的底板(9)通过自弹铰链(7)连接在位于通道(6)的垃圾桶的底板上，垃圾引导槽以自弹铰链(7)为转轴为轴转动开合，当垃圾引导槽立起时封闭通道(6)，垃圾引导槽的左壁(8)和右壁(11)插置于通道(6)中或卡置垃圾桶侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带畚箕的垃圾桶，其特征在于：
垃圾引导槽的左壁(8)和右壁(11)分别设置有凸点(10)，垃圾桶壁与之相应位置设有凹点(12)，垃圾引导槽关闭时凸点(10)和凹点(12)相咬合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带畚箕的垃圾桶，其特征在于：
通道(6)上有活门(5)，活门(5)上缘通过铰链(4)安置在通道(6)上缘。
