本发明涉及一种防水防火抗菌有层次感面料，包括底层（4），底层表面复合有一基层（1），基层（1）由经纱（11）和纬纱（12）相互连接制成，经纱（11）和纬纱（12）采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，基层（1）的外侧设置有防火层（2），在防火层（2）上表面设置有防水层（3）。所述底层由织物制成，所述织物表面设有若干个立体条纹，立体条纹水平、等距排列，立体条纹的横截面呈L形，并且上一个立体条纹与相邻的下一个立体条纹衔接。本发明具有较好的防水和防火性能，同时可以提高抗菌效率。本发明有层次感。

本发明涉及一种纺织面料，尤其涉及一种防水防火抗菌有层次感面料。属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高，并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面，而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展，在寒冷的天气里，保暖性好的衣物倍受青睐，但当遇到下雨天或湿度较大的天气时，这种保暖衣物因吸附水分而变得潮湿，不但起不到保持身体温暖的效果，反而会阴冷无比，使穿着者感到非常的不舒适。同时在生活中火也是与人们形影不离的，火灾会给人类造成极大的损失，甚至危及生命，火灾所造成的损失不可估量，为了保护公众的安全，减少火灾引起的损失，就需要提供一种具有防火性能的布料，当发生火灾或火势对人身安全和财产安全产生威胁时，能起到一定的防护作用，将伤亡和损失降低。另外人们每天都会穿着衣服在各种场合学习、工作、生活，不自觉间就会接触到各种细菌，长期累积富集，会对人体的健康产生危害。
另外，传统的制作服装的织物表面平平的，结构单一，没有层次感，凸显不了人们的个性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防水防火抗菌有层次感面料，具有较好的防水和防火性能，延长面料的使用寿命，同时可以提高抗菌效率，减少对人体健康的危害。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防水防火抗菌有层次感面料，它包括底层，底层表面复合有一基层，所述基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成，所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，所述基层的外侧设置有防火层，所述基层与所述防火层通过棉线缝制连接，在防火层上表面设置有防水层，所述防火层采用CVC 阻燃面料，所述防水层为PTFE 薄膜；所述底层由织物制成，所述织物表面设有若干个立体条纹，立体条纹水平、等距排列，立体条纹的横截面呈L形，并且上一个立体条纹与相邻的下一个立体条纹衔接，衔接处在上一个立体条纹的底部，并用线固定在织物上，所述立体条纹的背面设有若干个连接点，所述连接点与织物连接。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明在外侧设置防火层，所述防火层采用CVC 阻燃面料，具有良好的防火阻燃性能，可以防止火焰烧着衣服，给人体提供较好的防火效果，且防水效果好，保证衣物的保暖效果；同时基层由经纱和纬纱相互连接制成，所述经纱和纬纱采用纳米银纤维纺织而成，纳米银纤维可以对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用，抗菌效果较好。
本发明采用带有连接点的立体条纹增强了织物的层次感。
