本发明公开了一种经皮主动脉瓣切开器,包括三层鞘管,所述内层鞘管和中层鞘管可自由收入和拉出外层鞘管,所述三层鞘管的长度从内到外依次变短,所述鞘管尾端的各鞘管之间密封连接,所述外层鞘管尾端设有单向阀,所述内层鞘管的端部活动安装有刀片支架,所述刀片支架的另一端安装在中层鞘管的端部。该装置结构简单,使用方便,可以大大减少切开时间,从而避免流血过多。

经皮主动脉瓣切开器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术器具,具体地涉及一种用于经皮主动脉瓣的切开器。
背景技术
先天性主动脉瓣狭窄是由于瓣膜发育障碍和瓣叶增厚粘连所引起,男女发病之比约为4∶1,约20%合并诸如动脉导管未闭、主动脉缩窄等心脏畸形。基本病变为不同程度的瓣膜组织增厚及交界粘连。可分为单瓣、二瓣或三瓣等畸形。其中二瓣化畸形最多见,约占70%,且多偏向后方,相当于左和无冠状动脉窦之间,左和右冠状动脉窦间主动脉瓣交界融合,右和无冠状动脉瓣只留有交界痕迹。瓣环小,舒张期瓣膜常关闭不严。如为单瓣畸形,则瓣膜呈拱顶状,狭窄的瓣口在中央或为偏心性,有时可见一交界痕迹;隔膜性狭窄一般开口于中心,无交界痕迹。三瓣化畸形的各个瓣膜大小常不相等。后者生后并无狭窄,后来随着血流的不断冲击,使瓣膜,特别是游离缘变厚,发生硬化或钙化才逐渐形成狭窄。现有的用于切开主动脉瓣的工具多为一般的手术刀,但是这会增加切开时间,造成流血过多,因此具有一定的风险。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种经皮主动脉瓣切开器,该种切开器结构简单、使用方便,减少切开时间。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种经皮主动脉瓣切开器,包括三层鞘管,内层鞘管和中层鞘管可自由收入和拉出外层鞘管,所述三层鞘管的长度从内到外依次变短,所述鞘管尾端的各鞘管之间密封连接,所述外层鞘管尾端设有单向阀,所述内层鞘管的端部活动安装有刀片支架,所述刀片支架的另一端安装在中层鞘管的端部。
进一步的,所述活动安装为螺纹连接或者卡扣连接。
进一步的,所述刀片支架包括转轴和刀片臂,所述中层鞘管的端部设置有凹槽。
进一步的,所述刀片臂设置有刀片安装槽,所述刀片安装槽包括刀片安装层和空腔层,所述刀片安装层与空腔层通过薄膜隔离。
进一步的,所述刀片臂为两个或者三个。
进一步的,所述内层鞘管的尾端设置有手柄。
进一步的,所述的刀片安装层包括槽口和滑槽,所述滑槽与空腔层接触端用软性材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:
该经皮主动脉瓣切开器设置有三层鞘管,外层鞘管尾端有单向阀,防止血外流,刀片臂可以为三个,可以切开粘连的主动脉瓣用于治疗主动脉瓣狭窄,使左心室的血能顺利进入主动脉;刀片臂也可以为两个,用于治疗二叶式主动脉瓣畸形,使左心室的血能顺利进入主动脉。该装置结构简单,使用方便,可以大大减少切开时间,从而避免流血过多。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1所示,一种经皮主动脉瓣切开器,由三层鞘管(内层鞘管3、中层鞘管2和外层鞘管1)组成,内层鞘管3和中层鞘管2可以自由收入和拉出外层鞘管1,三层鞘管的长度从内到外依次变短(最好成一定比例递减),三层鞘管的尾端的各个鞘管之间密封连接,比如说密封圈等等,外层鞘管1的尾端设有单向阀8,可以防止血外流。内层鞘管3的端部活动安装有刀片支架4,刀片支架4可以设置有螺纹,与内层鞘管3通过螺纹连接,刀片支架4也可以设置有卡扣,与内层鞘管3通过卡扣连接,刀片支架4包括转轴42和刀片臂41,中层鞘管2的端部设置有若干等间距的凹槽5,刀片臂41可以绕转轴42转动,然后刀片臂41可以卡入凹槽5内固定。为了方便使用内层鞘管3,在内层鞘管3的尾端设置有手柄6,这样可以使得操作更加方便。
如图2、3所示,刀片臂41可以为3个或者2个,3个刀片臂41的切开器主要用于切开粘连的主动脉瓣用于治疗主动脉瓣狭窄,使左心室的血能顺利进入主动脉。2个刀片臂41最好在一直线上,主要用于治疗二叶式主动脉瓣畸形,使左心室的血能顺利进入主动脉。
如图4所示,刀片臂41设置有刀片安装槽,刀片安装槽包括刀片安装层411和空腔层412,刀片安装层411与空腔层412通过薄膜7隔离。刀片安装层411由槽口414和滑槽413组成,滑槽413与空腔层412接触端用软性材料制成,刀片可以插入槽口414和滑槽413内固定,而且方便拆卸,可以便于清洗。
空腔层412内可以设置有消炎药水等等其他有助于手术的药剂。
薄膜7在刀片的作用下会向下脱离空腔层412,从而药剂沿缝隙滑落,对手术进行辅助,有利于伤口的愈合,和手术的顺利进行,提高安全性。

1.一种经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,包括三层鞘管,内层鞘管和中层鞘管可自由收入和拉出外层鞘管,所述三层鞘管的长度从内到外依次变短,所述鞘管尾端的各鞘管之间密封连接,所述外层鞘管尾端设有单向阀,所述内层鞘管的端部活动安装有刀片支架,所述刀片支架的另一端安装在中层鞘管的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述活动安装为螺纹连接或者卡扣连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述刀片支架包括转轴和刀片臂,所述中层鞘管的端部设置有凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述刀片臂设置有刀片安装槽,所述刀片安装槽包括刀片安装层和空腔层,所述刀片安装层与空腔层通过薄膜隔离。
5.根据权利要求3所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述刀片臂为两个或者三个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述内层鞘管的尾端设置有手柄。
7.根据权利要求4所述的经皮主动脉瓣切开器,其特征在于,所述的刀片安装层包括槽口和滑槽,所述滑槽与空腔层接触端用软性材料制成。
